I came 3 years in a row and unfortunately this year it will not be possible in summer … I hope for winter.
A very pleasant setting with a friendly welcome. The restaurant's table makes the taste buds vibrate. Chef and team bravo!

The value for money is correct. Delicious dishes. The service can improve.

I went there for the second time and I have no complaints. The bedding is perfect the room is quiet. Breakfast is superb.

Stay more than pleasant; attentive, smiling and very friendly hosts; very comfortable room and bedding. The manor is tastefully furnished. Step not to be missed if you pass in this beautiful region of Ariège. And then a glowing review for the restaurant adjoining the hotel "The flavors of the mansion": delicate and refined cuisine; attentive staff, good advice and smiling. Recommend it. This gorgeous hotel would be worthy of having an extra star. Perfection is not of this world but here we approach it from every point of view. Rooms are spacious, superbly equipped and of impeccable cleanliness. The place is nice and the manager extremely friendly. I will definitely come back even if I have to take a little detour.

Very good restaurant, a little expensive for me. A green space very pleasant and conducive to the relaxation despite the Rn20 right next door, very welcoming and professional staff.

A very special place. One day on the road to Midi-Pyrénées we saw it and decided that we had to go back to stay there. So we did, and we were delighted. The special charm of the hotel is to add exemplary treatment and attention, an excellent meal (with some desserts that leave you speechless), and a beautiful setting at any time of the year. I will repeat without hesitation.

Only there for a brief overnight stop, but hotel is beautiful, the bed comfy, double glazed so if there was traffic I didn't hear it, good breakfast. Would happily revisit.

An excellent hotel/Restaurant for a relaxing weekend in the Ariège. The restaurant has a traditional but original cuisine, which is worth a visit. The reception is very good, and the services (hammam and care) are of good quality. To do or to remake without worry.

Excellent table! Welcome, a menu of the original chef and tasty, a wine served at a good temperature, (it is remarkable when you are "amateur" because there are few establishments able to serve the wines as it should). Everything is homemade, including bread:-). We were 5, we had a feast! Thank you.

Wonderful, welcoming and extremely comfortable. Anywhere with feather pillows rather than the solid foam pillows you usually find in hotels gets my vote!

Stop losing your GST to read my review and go ahead. It is a value for money on the hotel and the restaurant great. Menu at €52, absolutely to make, foie gras, veal rice, piece of beef with ceps, and shell plate of the moment, divine. One without faults with a welcome and kindness of the staff to whom one is little used.

A fine cuisine that is well worth its Michelin BIB and an unbeatable value for money, very friendly home it feels like home it's nice.

We were driving past and just liked the architecture of the building and decided to stop. We were welcomed in and all our requirements were discussed and met (I am disabled and require oxygen 24hrs a day). The room was warm and spotlessly clean. It was also equipped with a kettle, unusual in France. Good quality toiletries in the bathroom, feather pillows and nice bed. The hotel itself is 19th century and a quirky looking building with lots of character. The floor is original and the decorating is unusual, lots of vintage bric a brac mixed with items such as cosmetics and jewellery for sale. There is an excellent restaurant that serves a delicious dinner menu, 4 courses for 29€. Excellent value for money and really good food. Attentive staff and quite busy for a Tuesday night when we were there. Breakfast next morning was continental and we were well looked after by the manageress/owner, who pottered around us making sure we had water for our tea and tidying up after us. The entire place never put a foot wrong the whole time we were there and I'd go back tomorrow given half a chance. Highly recommended.
