Great location after you find it. No Best Western sign on outside. Rooms are typically cramped. No room upgrade offered even for Diamond Elite members. Our room had broken toilet seat, broken sink drain. Internet was all but useless — Wi-Fi connection to hotel server was stable, but connection from hotel server to internet was in/out every few minutes. If you have cloud based work, stay some place else. Not even one English language TV channel — unforgivable for a US chain hotel in my opinion.

Staff is extremely friendly, rooms are functional and comfortable.

For a Best Western the quality is not at the appointment for the price I am disappointed as I expected the breakfast is just OK. On the other hand the gentleman who is the night is great to smile and kindness.

Small hotel with very nice and helpful staff. Small but good and stylish room. My room on the 6:th floor must have been recently refurbished. The bed was however quite hard.

Clean, small rooms, friendly staff, if you like asian food you are in he right area. The hotel has no food, bar or pool but Close to transportation.

Good location, okay price. I did not give the staff opportunity to remedy any problems I had, but was dissatisfied with many elements. I was also not given opportunity to report about my stay on checkout. As a past employee of BW for a number of years, my expectations fell short.

Good location, just off a main square, close to a shopping centre and public transport. Rooms are cosy and well presented. 24hr reception, staff very polite and friendly.

I would recommend this hotel for a professional stay (Wi-Fi high capacity), also suitable for a tourist stay (area well served by all means of transport).

Clean, silent and comfortable room. Excellent location close to metro. Top quality bakery called Lorette is just nearby.

Very nice, clean hotel with easy access to the Metro. My major complaint about this hotel is if you put up the "do not disturb" sign, they will still knock, and try to enter the room to clean.

Very good location at the foot of the subway. Modern decor, not too noisy. Sure value.

Very pleased with the hotel and the staff. Since I'm used to the larger hotel rooms of the U. S. I was a bit surprised initially at the size of the room, but I got used to it quickly. They did a great job organizing everything in the room, and it was very comfortable. I will definitely return to this hotel when I come back to Paris.

Our second visit to this hotel. Hotel location is very good, in 13 districts of quiet dignity. Staff were very friendly, very helpful, work is also very efficient. Near Italy Square, our ten minutes into the Centre of Paris by Metro. There are many delicious restaurants around, even McDonald's and Kentucky Fried chicken. Very clean and quiet, only during peak times can hear a little noise from the street.

Its basically a budget hotel that does its job. Smallish rooms. The single room I was given were a bit smallish but so were the prices compared to other hotels. The nearby subway station is very convenient for seeing Paris as it's connected to major gare's. Lot of food and shopping options around the place.
