Very nice. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived but front desk staff was very helpful in orienting is to the area.

Pathetic service. The lady at the reception on 15 and 16 August was rude and behaved in a racist manner. We could see how the others were being treated courteously and she was very accommodating to them but rude to us. Rooms were not cleaned even once during out 3 day stay and we were expected to take out the trash, which we did inspire of having paid $150 in advance for cleaning services during our stay. Pathetic.

It's a nice hotel. Fully justifies its 4 stars. The rooms are clean and chilly. The only thing that was a little upsetting is the poor knowledge of the English staff.

I was a bit leery about booking someplace which seemed far from the center of Paris but it actually isn't too far from Metro 1 line and is pretty quick to all sites. The apartment is very clean and the front desk personnel are very helpful. Bakeries and supermarkets are close by and there's a good mixture of restaurants in the area. The rooms are very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a tub and showerhead. There is plenty of storage space but no closet or dresser in the bedroom which is fine with me because I tend to live out of my suitcase when traveling. The kitchenette is a separate room in the apartment, which I like because I can close the door while cooking to keep the heat and smells from getting into the other rooms. It has a good size refrigerator. There is free parking underground. There is a balcony/ terrace which is big enough for dining on. If you don't mind the walk to the Metro station, it's a nice place for a week's stay.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The only reason for not giving them a 5 star review is the lack of AC, and the poorly designed fans they have. The location is about a 10-15 min walk from the Metro 1 line and the RER.

Conveniently located near the metro in vincennes. Great quality for the price. We had a kitchenette and balcony. The staff were extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Front desk is really friendly and helpful. Make sure to order fresh baguette and pastry for the morning coffee. Really enjoyed our stay there and Paris overall.

Simply cheesy. I booked for two nights' stay through Agoda, and I canceled the reservation since I checked in the wrong date. Now they won't keep the previous reservation, nor refund. Well, forget about it. The hotel location couldn't be worse. It's in the vicinity of Paris, and it is not close to any of attractions in the city.

Large rooms quiet. A little bit dated. Very friendly staff. Some pettiness (Wi-Fi pay, departure post 10am pay, …)

Here for the fourth time. Don't understand the negative reviews. It is not a 5 Star hotel so don't expect them to fawn over you. It is much more relaxed. And no, they don't serve breakfast but you are in a self catering apartment and so do it yourself or you go out for breakfast. The staff are not at all rude but have been exceptionally friendly and helpful to us. Yes there is Wi-Fi (although it is only free to Diamond Resort members). We will be back again some time in the future for visit number five.

Well appointed set of apartments within easy reach of both Disneyland Paris and the centre of Paris via RER, this is a great place to stop over.

Located in a very nice suburb. Many restaurants. Close to local shopping area and big street vendors on the weekend. Close to the Metro number 7 line. One train to main Paris sites. Louvre Arc de Triomphe etc. Friendly staff. The unit was well equipped. The heated towel dryer was a big plus as our luggage was lost and we were able to rinse and dry clothing to get by.

First of all guests who are very rider to listen and very professional that gives the image of a very large hotel which upstream and very reassuring. As for the apartment living room with flat screen, sofa more than comfortable mirior has Gogo kitchen very very functional bathroom room frenchly Nothing to criticize just to be careful before booking 200euros guaranteed and no network at all or Wi-Fi which and paying I have to pay for my part 50euros the apartment with separate room and lounge for 4persons full of dressing including sheets and towels has available in addition to what we are given to specify in its cold weather radiator that works perfectly if that And a very good point pr me this winter BRF 1st experience of the Appart hotel and it was vrmt better than any hotel room that I could see I would recommend.

Close and expensive Parking €15 despite an email from the site where I booked that told me it was free so somewhat surprised.

My stay here at Royal Regency in July 2016 was amazing. Except for one small thing concerning the bathroom, everything else was great. Even the small issue was handled immediately. Nadine and her team went out of the way to make my stay wonderful, including the little tidbits about getting around the city and where to find the best bakeries. The apartment was comfortable and convenient located to markets and restaurants. Although not in the centre of Paris, it wasn't but a few stops from the city. Wonderful stay and look forward to my next visit.

Has had a revamp. Clean nice town apartment. Vincennes is a lovely place with rich history. Excellent base to explore France also not far from Euro Disney.

I’ve booked a stay for 4 weeks. I’ve been here 2 of the 4. The front desk staff is amazing. Nadine, Lissa, and the rest of them are so helpful and friendly. The Metro is only 15 minutes away by walking or you can hop on the 118 and take it to the RER or Metro. Lots of neighborhood bakeries, shops, markets, etc. For me, the best thing about Royal Regency is what I thought would be a disadvantage. It’s a little far from Paris’ City Center. That’s turned out to be one of the best things about it. Vincennes is a lovely neighborhood and it’s nice being away from the urban density of Paris. I love this place.

This is a lovely resort just outside Paris. Very peaceful and our studio apartment has everything we need. Short walk to Metro giving easy access to central Paris. Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend and will definitely come back in the future.

20 minutes to central Paris on the metro. Great staff that went out of their way to help out. Italian and Lebanese restaurants a 2 minute walk. Grocery store 1 minute walk. Bakery around the corner. Would definitely recommend and will likely return.

Very nice place, clean and friendly staff. Just a short distance from the RER A stop which can take you to the center of Paris, the airport or Disneyland Paris. Several Bakeries within a block. Several block further you have sidewalk farmer's markets for blocks.

Great! Nice comfortable apartments: it's like home. The area is nice and offers many services, close to the capital.

Staff were great and very accommodating. The hotel was half mile from the metro and RER lines to Disney land and airport. Very clean and near markets.

Our 5 days trip in Paris (second time), stay at Royal Regency gave us more for the money spend. Although, this is not in the city but commute was easy and convenient. There is 118 bus that take us to Metro 1 train in less than 5 min. Getting to Eiffel Towel in about 45 min. There are plenty of shop and restaurant near by… plus street market 3 days a week where fresh vegetables, fruits, and homemade cheese are sold.

Got put into a fantastic refurbished room. It was amazing, it did have a slightly small bedroom but was so comfortable and well looked after. It would have been nice to have a lunch as we were self catered.

This is a great hotel, great location, still close to everything without being in the hustle and bustle. Grocery store close as well as short walk to Metro and markets on weekend. Staff are very helpful with maps and directions and anything you may require. Our 1 bedroom apartment is just what we needed after being on the move for the last week with a tour.

Service was excellent, the only issue we had was the hot water stopped working the second night, but the front desk gave us a key to an empty room to shower in til our hot water was fixed. Overall the rooms were nice.

Nice big rooms, friendly service with lots of amenities. You have to pay for Wi-Fi and there isn't a ton to do or see right nearby.

As an RCI trade, I visited the Royal Regency in 1996, and liked it so much, I bought a timeshare week. It's gone through a few different corporate owners, but is now Diamond Resorts International, who are fabulous! I have a 2 bedroom apartment for the week each year, and so get to Vincennes often. It is a wonderful trip and Paris is just wonderful, too! The local staff are fluent in many languages, and helpful if you wish to speak French. The local restaurants may not be famous, but they are very good. If you like Brioche, a bakery in Vincennes wins the Paris-wide competition almost every year. I have grown to love Vincennes as a home away from home, and enjoy the every day life with the French people more than the touristy attractions and museums. I also have a good friend in Ville-en-Selve (in the Champagne region) who we visit, too. The French people are the best.

Not on the beaten path by no means. My wife and I were there 10 days. Our airport shuttle driver had one heck of a time trying to get to the place with the maze of one way streets. One reviewer said it was a 15min walk to the subway (metro). There is a bus stop 50 meters from the front door of the hotel. Week days the bus arrives about every 10 mins. We senior citizens ride the bus to the metro. Returning you will need to get off the bus about three blocks away from the hotel. Those tricky one way streets at work again. Stay on the bus and you are in for a long ride. The suites have a kitchen. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. There is a meat market next to the bus stop to die for. You will love this place, if you can find it.
