Worst worst idiots work there! Discrimination in treating Indian guests! Ruthless speech and insulting behavior! I wish the country closes down that nonsense hotel… utter rubbish place to stay!

Roms ok! Service tonight in the Restaurant very unfriendly. We want to have a drink in the bar, no chance!

Horrible experience… The alarm started automatically to ring at midnight without any reason and the staff didn't give us any explanation or excuses (i had a flight at 6.50 in the morning so it was really bad to wake up in the middle of the night) … I'm still waiting the refund of the caution paid on 8th July…
Definitely I cannot recommend this hotel for your staying close to Orly…

Well placed, Executive room a little dated but well furnished. Restaurant a little light (low card, courteous service but a bit flippant by some)

Excellent location for an airport hotel. Easy access to A6 into the city and periferique. Good parking area. Staff need to be polite and helpful. Rooms are large with comfortable beds and clean baths. Breakfast is good. Not a big spread but sufficient. The tea coffee machine is not working well and if you want to get a hot chocolate. You get it with a coffee blend. The children love this place for the pool and play tables. The adults can visit Metropolis which is a nightclub. At walking distance from the hotel.

Dirty (in the toilet of other people's hair on the floor), all shabby and some unfinished. Weak pressure in the shower. Underground parking (entry) is very narrow and there is an exorbitantly high temperature. The elevator went only up to 0 floors, and then down and up the stairs with a suitcase. The elevator should wait a very long time and do not immediately understand where the stairs. The staff don't say hello. It is very strange why the hotel is given 4 stars.

Horrible experience staying in this hotel the keys are not working in the room the staff are incourteous one will never recommend staying in this hotel faced this problem for two days out of three days stay arranged the trip through vayusena tour operator.

Beautiful and well located — little further from the hustle and bustle of the city. Can improve user experience with Air Conditioning being available in rooms.

Beautiful hotel with great rooms. Stopped in for a layover during the day. Checked in at 8am and out at 5pm. Great location close to Orly Airport and the free shuttle took us there quickly.

Modern Hotel and cute bike very close to Paris Orly Airport. Free shuttle available. Great restaurant and Bar. It was a very nice hotel. Wifi OK. Large bathroom. Fitness facilities and swimming pool (outdoor). Nice and helpful staff.

Extremely rude staff. Kept me waiting in spite of multiple notifications. The child bed was not made. At night while I was back at the hotel, noticed there was no blanket. I called the reception to an extremely rude receptionist who hanged up on me saying the office is closed and they have no blankets. I can't believe it's a four star hotel. I went downstairs to talk to the man and he was already fighting to another guy. The hotel staff teamed up and were pointing fingers at me and was being extremely rude. I ended up sleeping cold in the room, tired and depressed after the treatment. Will never return again to this hotel chain.

Very poor customer service. I asked for toothbrush and they didn't have it. I asked for extra bedsheet, they didn't have it. I asked for tea in my room, they asked to come down to restaurant. This is all because we went as part of startours travel group. Why are they treating customers differently? More importantly, the receptionist representatives English is poor. I will not stay here again. One good thing is the food service delivered by a young lady in group restaurant. She took care of all the customer needs.

Almost one star less for the slow ness of service in the restaurant that reduces only slightly the quality of this service: staff and meals at the top.

Do not book here, rooms are over sold! Arrived at 1am after travelling by car with family only to find our room which was reserved and confirmed had been sold. Had to wait in queue with other guests all same problem.

This is a great hotel to stay in. I had come here for a 3 night stay and it was a great experience. The hotel is just off the ring road and easily accessible. The rooms of the hotel are quite large and comforting but the Reception service can at times be of a low standard. Wi-Fi is at a barely workable speed but is of good quality. The rooms are not air conditioned and it gets hot at times but since the weather of Paris is always relatively cool, it's workable. Overall great hotel.

Decent hotel… but everything is to be paid. Drinking water… even they charge for the luggage trolley.

Rooms are pretty good, the complementary water bottle is nice :). Only downside (which is a big one to me) is that there is no air conditioning or fans. People from here are probably used to it but coming from a colder place makes it difficult.

The room is comfortable, the breakfast buffet full and quality.
But 1/2 bottle of water for 4 and as coffee and tea in the room, the children were disappointed.

Stayed here for 1 night. Stayed in Executive room. Very comfy bed. Lovely meal sat outside. Very helpful and frendly staff. Only draw back A/C dosnt work very well. Found a air cooler in room which was very good.

Stained carpet, dirty curtains, broken chandeliers in the restaurant, bathroom faded, hairs, shower almost clogged…

In a hurry to complete the service? I can understand at 11:00 that we're a little fed up. But I was stuck for the evening, I expected more serious and calm.
The room of €240 was offered to me from where my note clement, if I had to pay this hotel, it would have had 2 stars less!
I travel often and unpretentious hotels do a lot better for 3 times cheaper.

We recently stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and were part of group tour. The fridge had just a small water bottle (for a family) and on asking for more water, I was told that they do not give room service to people who come as part of groupt tour. It was late in the night and I said I am willing to pay the waiter, I was still told that rules are rules and I will only get water when I go to reception. I think the so called "rules" are not fair for every customer should be treated fairly. For breakfast, they said there is continental breakfast (there were no eggs). Also rotten oranges full of fungus were served for breakfast (somebody should atleast check) what is there in their fruit basket, god knows how long the stale fruits were there. I am never ever going to stay there again as they have very poor customer care and service, not at all as per basic standards.
