Very good place. Clean and quiet.

Nice place and is got good parking for car and coaches.

Horrible hotel and staff except Cyril, hotel manager. Me and my colleagues stayed here and my colleagues Passport, Laptop and cash stolen from hotel room. Scary night. Don't book this hotel. Its not safe.

Hotel access to metro and bus stations is good. Some of the reception staffs are not familiar with the Paris map and most popular sites of the city obviously! The others hate of hotel’s guests considerably! The breakfast is good but as soon as you get there you will loose your appetite because they don’t consider you noteworthy! Not caring about cleaning your room as well. I will never come to this hotel and never recommend here to anyone as well!

Great location to take the means to get to the center… Small hall and rooms devoid of some amenities… but overall a good hotel.

A very poor customer service. Arriving at the hotel at 8.30pm we are given a room where the bathtub faucet doesn't work, I decide to call the front desk but no one answers so I get off the receptionist tells me I didn't have to make it work, eventually it goes up and co nstate that the faucet doesn't work. He tells us that he's going to change rooms for us and that I have to wait 15 minutes for him to come back for us. After 25 minutes still no one we decide to go down to the front desk the receptionist tells us he is sorry but he had forgotten us! He gives us a room card we go up, we try to get home but inactive card. I go down it activates the card and the surprise there were other guests in the room. We go down the manager takes over she makes us wait again to take us to a room finally at 9:40 p. M. To apologise she tells us that tomorrow morning she will offer us breakfast. The next day we go to the front desk to return the key and ask for a refund of the breakfasts but there a new receptionist complete amorphous tells us not to be aware and not be able to do anything. I ask her several must to call his manager he finally does it by phone, she confirms but that she forgot to leave the instructions. I'm told you'll be reimbursed within 48 hours. 1 week later still nothing, I contact them by phone, they have nothing and ask me to email them my RIB what I do. Since 2 raises by email nothing is done.

Very dry and uncooperative staff. Unpreferred!

We didn't have a hair dryer. We were given a curling iron with a deposit of 20 euros.

It's impossible to get out of the parking lot with a card made for.
Breakfast below the Novotel where we have already stayed.

Good hotel but avoid its restaurant.

Very clean, comfortable, the room was spacious. Super well located, Metro 5 minutes walk. The people at reception were super friendly. I would return without hesitation.

Old man but kind staff. Convenient to public transport.

Friendly and welcome are at the rendezvous. On the other hand the condition of the rooms is to be reviewed.

Horrible! The breakfast is poor, the attention bad, the room sooo smaller, the toilet in room apart from the shower, what? And we're dying of heat. I don't recommend it.

For a 4 star the extra bed for the kids were dirty hairs in the sheets and suspicious tasks. More than an hour to have a change of sheets and without any excuse…

It seemed to have chemical baths inside the room, all too precarious, I wouldn't go back, I didn't choose it but it would have been very bad choice.

Economical the hotel, if you are Latin American I do not think you like breakfast.

Rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is ok. Not great just ok. The bar and restaurant are deserted at night and there is nil atmosphere.

I had a very bad experience in this hotel, I booked paid the room before I arrived in Paris, but the night I arrived I was charged again. I did not know this until I went to pay for at a restaurant the next day and my payment was declined, I could not understand this cause I know I had money in my account. I checked my account when I got to the hotel and saw what they did. This was the account I was to une for my time in Paris and all the money was taken out by Novotel and thehotel staff could not reverse this. Not at one time did a supervisor come to me to offer a solution, So bassically I did not have much money to spend in Paris. I returned home yesterday and my account still has not had the money returned. I have rregular debits that come out of my account that the bank will charge me extra for now. I am beyond upset, this hotel does not have its act together and Novotel does not care its customers, I do not recommend them.

It was all right but the breakfast room had a few improvement posts.

Location is pretty convenient. Front staff are nice but there is a bit of a language barrier so I was not able to get good directions. Breakfast buffet is good.

The rooms are very good. Lack of professionalism and customer relationship.

Overated. The staff tries their best. But really not up to search for a so called 4star. No bang for the bucks. Thumbs down on this one. Extra ameneties : zero. Transport, leave much to be desired. Nearest metro station a good 10 minutes on foot. Save your money on this one.

Clean Hotel, nice staff, great choice for breakfast, well laid out rooms. About 8 minutes walk from the Metro.

The hotel is nice, the location not so much, despite that it is very close to the station Mêtro Gallieni.

Underground parking costs extra but is important, because here car — driving needs courage and patience.

Bad housekeeping, we have been woken up early in the morning because of the hotels construction.

Nice hotel right off the periferique. Clean spacious rooms. No minibar though and even though we stayed here in December no amount of AC could cool the room to an acceptable temperature.

This hotel does not deserve its 4 stars. The reception staff is not friendly and very casual. We had to try three rooms before you get in line with our booking and with a functional bathroom. And yet… The hot water supply was erratic, the water pressure in the shower very weak and the shower door could see through the water on the floor of the bathroom. Not to mention the huge crack from the top to the bottom of the bathroom wall! Really unacceptable for a hotel of this category.

No, but, the quality of service is impeccable. A gold team, the human warmth is really there. Like my team and I, made a stay at Novotel Paris 13 Porte d'Italia.

AC is hot. Staff smiles but hates u. Breakfast is the same everyday. U can't complain coz they don't care. After all. Its France. They give u frozen food for a thousand euro.

The hotel is fantastic. Very close to the metro. The area is very nice. Staff was regrettable.

I chose this hotel because it was affordable and I've never had an issue with a Novotel hotel before. It was very clean and the staff was pleasant. It's in a bit of a rough area to be honest, if you're a tourist it's probably better not to be alone. We took the train to get there which was pretty awful as Paris stations don't seem to have elevators, so lugging our suitcases up the stairs in all the stations wasn't pleasant. It's also a little further away from the centre of the city, but the train is just a 10 minute walk away. Overall, if you're willing to sacrifice convenience for price then go for it.

I liked being there, although they thought that we were two different families by surnames.

With 21 days staying experience, the worst hotel I have ever seen in terms of service and even room cleaning. Breakfast is the same everyday, tables are not well ready! They even steel my own purple towel which is clearly can be identified from they white towels, 5 days like running with them with no response! Wi-fi connection is too slow. Air conditioner is not working well during hot days. Some days there was no hot water to get a shower. not recommended at all.

Staying here at the moment and queued for breakfast this morning with our 1 year old and as we got to the front of the line we had to wait longer with todler in arms as we were a table of 3 and not 4 they let three groups of 4 people behind us be seated as it filled their seating. Obviously don't know how to please the customer so we decided they can stick their overpriced 17euro breakfast and walked.

Absolutely it is not a four stars for cleaning (approx) and for what offer to client. It's very expensive to relation the service offer.
