Nice place, cosy, staff is polite and helpful. Good location, really close to RER station and big supermarket, some restaurants and fast food shops. The only drawback for me are small rooms. These are studios, but quite small. Small kitchen, with no working surface, so it is not really useful for real cooking, but good for snacks and quick meals. Variaty of utensils, pots, pens, glases etc. Is more than satisfactory. Some rooms have feally small closets. No deskin the room, just a small round table. Maybe it is ok from French point of view. I would recomend it like this: 1 person, good for longer stay if you get the right room. 2 persons, only for short stay, except you are really light on luggage and work all day. When I arrived I was kind of dissapointed, but afrer one week, and after changing to better room, I enjoyed my stay here.

3 stars for a 3 star hotel. But nothing more. Expect the minimum comfort, rooms are not big, not the space for an additional sofa bed anyway. Wi-Fi is so slow especially during pick time. Don't respect to watch your series in streaming! Breakfast is fare from what they show on the picture, it is pretty basic and only 1 coffee machine for you to start your day queuing rooms are basic too looking pretty standard let day depressing for the one that use to hotels. Be careful to not burn yourself in the bathroom and I hope you will manage to last the week with 1 tiny bottle of body wash and one toilet roll. If you have a car don't expect to park outside, and don't forget your phone if you want to access the garage, because you need to call them to get the door open, yes. No pass, no buzzer the good thing about this place is the nice staff at the reception and the view of you get lucky with the room facing the river. There is not even a bar to complain around a drink.

The studio is very nice, very clean and elegantly decorated. Only snag the VMC which makes a lot of noise. Breakfast at the top. I recommend this place for the sympathy of the employees, the room and the common areas. Hotel Niquel in every detail.

Very very nice hospitality.

Estuendísimo, out of the almond of the capital but very well communicated. The surroundings prices, by the river and several shopping centers and renovators. Spotless, well equipped, modern decor and 24h attention. The price is great.

Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la soirée et avons reçu un bon acceuil à notre arrivée. La personne à l'accueil a été arrangeante. Nous avons passé une bonne nuit, la literie très confortable dans un cadre très calme. Un peu déçu par la salle de bain car le tuyau de douche fuyait. Concernant le petit déjeuné nous avons déjeuné vers la fin du service et nous avons très bien mangé. Le personnel était très agréable. Nous le conseillons.

Very good and cheap. Except for parking, the hotel parking is a bit fair. Think well to reserve a place at the same time as the room.

This place is right next to river marne which makes it a wonderful place to stay and relax. Easily accessible from metro and bus.

A simple but very well maintained hotel.
The rooms are clean, freshly renovated and sufficiently large, the breakfast was OK, there is a (really tight) garage and a small green area by the river. The house is quiet, yet centrally located with train station, supermarket and some restaurants nearby. The surroundings have a charisma like Offenbach, but for a short stay a clear recommendation!

Nice and friendly staff. Places resting at the edge of the Marne. Cons … no restaurant, very expensive parking — €10 at night, room … well equipped but … I arrive, a leak to avoid it from the bathroom … whose faucet is wobbly and has very little flow … and not adjustable. A lot of dirt at the top of the cabinets. 4 Big wandering spiders. Universal TV remote control and worn button level … Broken fridge bottle door, a hole in the shower, two single bed making a double bed, soundproofing 0. Noisy fridge. Electrical outlet That's taking a walk. No cork at the bathroom sink … convenient for this shave. In short … I would go more.

Great place to stay. Just outside paris, but easy acces both by public transport as by car. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast compared to price is poor and needs improvement.

It is a beautiful hotel right on the Marne.
Totally quiet and beautiful back, life is raging in the front.
Very short walk to the train and to restaurants and snacks.
The room was totally beautiful and the new bathroom a dream.
For me with gluten, the breakfast was unfortunately not the hit but there were eggs, plums & apricots and yogurt.

Lovely river side aparthotel, nice and welcoming staff rooms are clean with modern interriors. Five minutes walk to nearest RER metro and bus station.

Very well located, clean hotel. Very central and one is in 30 minutes in the middle of Paris. Friendly and helpful hotel.

Room 203 between 11 and 13 September. Staff friendly, easy access, very nice room, suitable and clean dishes, nice view, very clean. Only, parking is charged €10 per night, which in this case does not bother me. But when I pay parking with access 24/24 7/7, I want access 24/24 7/7. Off, no remote control is provided, there is an access code, it must always go through the reception desk to ask to open, but not between 12 and 1 p. M. Because the receptionist is paused meal so unable to go out or go in the parking lot. Imagine, in my case or you're staying in the hotel for a wedding and you have to take the groom at the ceremony and that the person is not to open! unacceptable! It took finding a car at the last moment and arrive late for the wedding! In addition, the number of covers in the bedroom is weird; 5 plates, 3 forks, 6 glasses, 8 knives and do not expect to put the Pan and the stove at the same time on the plates, there is not the place! Finally, the cleaning of the room was not clean when we arrived, mosquitoes are crushed on the walls of the entrance, a sponge is probably too tiring… The bathroom was clean, nothing to say. When the Wi — Fi, it works with some cuts from time to time.

Really nice hotel, excellent price and service, right next to the river and near a RER station. The only thing that was not that good was the breakfast but everything else was fine. Will definitely come back.
