Clean and convenient hotel. Small room. Breakfast correct. Be careful there is a parking surcharge. And I confirm that the hotel is really noisy, the elevator and doors slamming all night, people who settle down in the hallways to chat, hard to rest.

Breakfast is so bad and my door didn't locked from outside. I told them this problem but they didn't fix it. Room was clean but caring was zero.

Wifi was not working. Tooms were too small. Not enough space to take a proper bath in washroom. Even breakfast was too pathetic. One of the worst experiences statying in this hotel.

Average in all: home, size of the room. The TV was not working, as well as the beverage vending machine, expensive and unattractive breakfast, urine odors in front of the hotel's common toilet entrance. Positive Points: Underground parking, clean room.

The area is not near the centre of Paris. There are many Chinese tourists. The beds are very comfortable and they rest well. Breakfast depends on what you have hired: it may be fine or something crappy.

Battle Hotel. Valid for school excursions (in fact, it has many). Their breakfast machines leave a lot to be desired and provoke many queues.

Make a trip with a student. They gave Me a small room, with a floor shower, no gel, pretty bare. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Pretty Central.

The room is quite small and the most uncomfortable part is absense of the air conditioner. It's really hot to stay long. But staffs are really kind.

Comfortable and clean (as for Paris) hotel, polite staff. Rooms aren't big, however it's enough. Situated about 1-1, 5 km from the train station RER.

I went there the weekend last for the Japan Expo with my sister. I had selected him because he was in 1 km from the RER station, so close enough to get quickly to the expo.
Already the neighborhood is not great, better not go out after night fell, the receptionists were relatively friendly, rooms have going to say what's right for this kind of hotel. However the announced Wi — Fi didn't work, breakfast was completely overpriced ~ 13 euros per person, for his they could to keep him, we to favorite eating a little something at the expo for less ~ and lucky to only wanted an entire group of English ~ probably in green class ~ came the same night that we and as much tell that was the limit of the tolerable : the kids kept running in the halls, screaming, slamming doors, knocking 10 times at each door, the thing that drove me crazy! We went out screaming suddenly because the receptionists had obviously strictly don't care whether the mess in their hotel.
Anyway it will say to spend a night in the Paris area this hotel is enough, finally we got was so flat by the expo that we fell fast asleep too, but I do not advise for something else, especially at 70 euros a night for 2 people.
Anyway I went back to the Japan Expo of next year and I will surely return to this hotel because it to the advantage of being not even 1 km RER station which after going straight to the expo Park.

We spent 2 nights and the internet did not work!
The rooms are not very clean (cobwebs, dirty toilets: top of the tank)!
No air conditioning, no more!
For a 3 star, that's a lot!
On the other hand, nothing to say about the reception.

Small rooms and area of POO.

The neighborhood is bad. I had a rather scary encounter walking to the hotel at 11pm from the RER station (1km away) ; The hotel seems clean, although it stinks of bubblegum-flavored scent. An odor so strong you think they are covering up another odor with it. I am not particularly sensitive to, or bothered by, scents, but this was really out of control. The room itself had a different smell, something more like an ashtray. The Wi-Fi was very finicky, and stopped working frequently (but it is free, at least).
