Great hotel. The staff is friendly. Come the second time. Near metro, bus 76.10 minutes and you're in the center of Paris. I recommend to all this hotel.

I love them because they are near the terminals… care excellent, good, nice and cheap.

A couple of minutes ago I experienced one of my most terrified episodes in a hotel! I'm registered with my parents in the Ibis budget Paris Porte de Bagnolet Hotel (rooms 518-520) since yesterday. Tonight I asked one member of the staff called Oumar (he didn´t give me his name) to helped me and he WAS REALLY RUDE! When I complained to the receptionist about his terrible attitude he didn´t say anything… I asked for the whole name of this person and he approaches just to but he didn´t give me her name… after an exchange of arguments he definitely wasn't in a good mood and he treated me really bad so I tried to take a picture of him for making an official complaint and he's respond was trying TO HIT ME! If it wasn't for my 65 years old mom that ent in the middle, this aggressive guy would have been struck me! This is very terrifying and unacceptable in a hotel. I'm afraid and concern for my security and I called the Paris police to help me! I just hope you can help me! I don't want to go out of my room until this guy leaves the building! Please, I ask you to change me to a new location where I can feel safe tomorrow and starting all your security procedures in this case. In any case I', sending an official complaint to the Ibis headquarters trying to find the best solution to this case.

Some service was smoking in our room. The rooms was dirty, warm and smelled like a smoker pub. The reception only replied in french when we had a question. The room wasn’t cleaned in two days : ( (

Very good breakfast.

Site promised air conditioning and there wasn't. Manager then told me he knows but doesn't care. Staff barely speaks English and thinks we don't understand french, so they even made rude comments about us.

Smell of urine on the stairs.
I booked for two people, the room was equipped for one.
Dirty and clogged bathtub. Dirt is pulled up by the siphon.
Let's not talk about breakfast, bad memories…
The duvet was warm and cozy all the same…

Great place so emblematic of Paris. Food was excellent and the service and treatment are of world class. The place is worth a lot because it's worth it. Not missing.

Best 0 stars, just disgusting, mold on the walls, shower defective, squat bumped broken, blood stains on the wall, just sad for such a "dirty hole! " So much to ask for. No further recommended.

Good night except the friendliness with the guests who would really improve and level room hygiene with some cigarette butts found.
Be careful if you go out at night the stairwell can be full of traffic, and pimping. The police had also intervened in the morning.

Good location, room acceptable for such price. The hotel is so stingy, don, t even provide cattle or hot water and not even mineral water.

Floors are dirty, windows broken, bathroom not cleaned properly. Breakfast barely has anything other than drinks. Stairway to the htoel smells like piss too. Don't bother tbh.

I found it a very cosy hotel. Very friendly who looked after us and the rooms very beautiful.

An ageing hotel that deserves a good renovation, but clean. A mixed situation, certainly close to transport, but the neighborhood is not the most pleasant in Paris. The nearby device is the view offered from half the rooms, and the noise is infernal, even Windows closed.
Apart from bath towels and SOAP, nothing is expected in the room. The lack of a kettle or a bath mat is particularly regrettable. Very thin pillows are not comfortable but the beds are OK. The height of the beds is not made, so you will have to play the acrobats.
We appreciate the parking at a competitive rate compared to others in Paris, exorbitant. But elevator access is via the Ibis hotel and not the Ibis budget. A code is required to not have to go out to go from one hotel to another. Not practical when you arrive with your suitcases.
In short, a hotel just OK for a very short stay. We will definitely not go back.

Frankly, for a small budget why not, but if you have the means to put more than 64 euros a night in a hotel, do not choose this one. Moquette burned by cigarettes, questionable bathroom, in short there is too much to say and even the neighborhood I still do not believe. Excellent price-quality ratio. The rooms are small, only to sleep. No fridge. The area itself is gloomy and dirty. Near Auchan, Metro and airport shuttle.

Location:Close to metro but if you need to buy things of basic necessities, you will have to walk atleast 2kms. Staff: No one speaks English which makes it difficult and moreover annoying. Room: It has all the basic things, but smaller as compared to other hotels.

Really bad. Room dirty and smelly, as well as the hallways. There are spots of mold on the walls and in the bathrooms, bathroom door broken. The room was ok but one of their staff did not like I parked next to the elevator which he considered his spot despite no signs to this effect so he stuck a knife in each of my 4 tires. I asked reception who told me it was one of their staff but refused to do anything about it. I had to let my car roll down to the end of the street to a mechanic who wanted $300 for a new set of tires. While there I spoke to another guy who was getting brand new tires on his Volvo who told me he also had parked by the elevator and got all his tires punctured too. This is out-rageous, if I lived in Paris I would sue this hotel, but I don't so I resort to just warning others instead. This is some years ago so hopefully they have fired this bad employee but just to be safe, I would recommend never parking by their elevator.

The location was very nice. We rented three rooms, they were all damaged by burns from butts on the ground, yellow stains on the walls and ceilings. The rooms smelled like cold tobacco. Very unpleasant! The hallways were windy and cold! We will not go back!

In the framework of a school trip, this hotel was recommended by a travel agency (BTtours). What a mistake! If the staff, from the receptionist to the security guard, showed himself to be very kind, and it is the only positive point chosen in this hotel. Half of the rooms occupied by the students and the teachers, to the number of 60, were affected : blood, faeces, flush water is not drawn, cigarette butts, hairs in the beds and bath linens, etc Some members of our group had to change rooms three times before you can stay in a room decent. If you expect to find a housing rudimentary in choosing a hotel, "budget", the cleanliness remains a non-negligible element to me, it seems. Added to this is the fact that two rooms on our floor were the place of a drug trafficking incessant during the night. By doing this, the faculty had to stand guard for a long time, in order to ensure the safety of students in a place where I shall never the feet.

Is a pena q eu to this hotel is called the Ibis, Accord, the facilities are old. The 1st day one of the beds had no blanket and it looked sloppy. We changed room the 2nd day. The 2nd day there was no hot water, every day, in compensation they gave us breakfast. The staff showed friendly, but when they walk it is uncomfortable to go through this. This is located very close to a metro station and shopping centre but the train 50 minutes from the city centre. Buscaria another option.

It has a square on one side of the hotel with a supermarket so that you can save a few euros. It has a train station to a corner, and media that connects directly with the center. The rooms are very small and the continental breakfast with little variety. The Internet of good speed.

Not bad in terms of price, but frankly, difficult to sleep, the first night, fortunately the staff was understanding and have arrange the situation and the condition of the showers leaves desirable, too many traces of rust and mold.

The stay was perfect, the service excellent, the beds comfortable and they clean every morning. A special mention to the long-haired receptionist at the ibis hotel (red) who was very friendly and quickly contacted us with a taxi that we needed to go to the airport.

I find this hotel acceptable. The price of the rooms is not really too high but what bothers me the most is the condition of the showers. I could repeatedly see broken tiles traces of rust in the bathtub which makes me put 3 stars only.

To start outside access to the Ibis bidget hotel is very dirty, en suite by going into the hallways of the hotel the smell of tobacco was very present, in the room there were pellets sticking all over the floor, as well as half-clear riverfront, the bathtub also was butcher leaving the water stagnate all night, and finally we parked just to check out the hotel and all we have to gain from going down is to get the glass broken and Rob the car! Good if you are on a budget, near the subway (line 3) but staff us really rude and the rooms aren't the nicest ones, they are really small. Food is ok, buffet in the morning.

Staff was great at the front desk at night. Room dirty complaint tear, dirty toilet of the hairs on the draw sheet task or wall j took pictures. Breakfast leaves to be desired covered plastic cup. The MR breakfast even not Hello talk to him he looks bfmtv and with your phone. Hotel really leaves to be desired. Request a towel to the Chambermaid she sent packing.
