Very nice modern hotel would recommend.

Room was nice food was poor no entertainment no ware close by to go had take case over busy road no help from hotel.

I stayed here for four days, very clean and modern hotel, excellent service, staff speak very good English, the food was good and the choice of food was spectacular, comfy and a clean beds, kept clean daily, would definitely recommend a visit.

This is not a 3 star hotel. Budget category hotel. But mention 3 star outside the hotel.

Hello, I had booked 2 nights from 6 to 8/07/2018 and I had a very good stay at this hotel of EPINAY/SEINE,
Welcome with a pleasant and professional staff even in maintenance, very clean hotel, well insulated and well-air-conditioned room,
Hearty and well-balanced breakfast,
I recommend this hotel without worries,

Ibis worthy of a Paris area ibis, clean room and ibis bedding, the air conditioning lacks cold.
The big black spot is the parking lot, if you have a big car, hang on, it's very narrow. And limit in places.

Top hotel just a pity it's a fair way out from any main eating places or pubs. Apart from that its fine.

Rooms that make the deal for the price and the area (clean, with air conditioning, detail that can change everything in summer). The staff are particularly friendly and welcoming, which is why I recommend this hotel for tight budgets, despite the overall state a bit dated.

Au début, j'avais une légère hésitation à l'idée de venir dans cet hôtel, mais après quelques minutes, j'ai tout de suite compris que j'avais fait le bon choix! Je suis extrêmement ravi d'avoir fait ce choix! Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, les lits sont très agréables! Bravo.

This h ^ Tel is well located, it is close to the RER C, the rooms are small to my taste, the bathroom is quite large, the cleanliness of the room is OK, the comfort of the beds is rather good, so I advise this hotel.

A very good welcome. The team is friendly and attentive. Good value for money. The restoration is of quality. I haven't been looking for a hotel in five years. We come systematically and the quality has only improved under the leadership of Laurent the dynamic boss.

Very good reception. The kitchen is family and French: Roast pork with mashed potatoes. My room is of perfect cleanliness. I have a place for my Renault Traffic van in front of the hotel, in a strictly closed area. Almost miraculous in this suburb!

One night in this hotel. Excellent reception. Nickel room. Meal at hotel, super service with smile and very good food. We had a great evening. Small + for the manager who is really very friendly. Business stay. We'll come back.

The power of the little man!
Arranged for an early breakfast for 10 people, but the person at the reception categorical and not ready to go against his princypa. Did not agree to even give on yogurt or apple. Although many hotels in the world practice lunch-box.
There are no walls in the middle of the hotel, they are made of cardboard. If someone goes to the toilet hear everything in the hotel.
The only star rating for being in Paris.

1h30 waiting for the lamentable meal. This is happening… Noisy room people use hairdryers they have fun at night to turn it on and off! Parking Close attention! Friendly hotel Staff.

Pretty good impression when you arrive. The free underground parking is a real plus. The room clean and pretty well arranged. Then comes the worries… Despite a rather nice setting the restaurant is very very average. Ultra long Service and really not great dishes, all for an exorbitant cost. At the staff level, very nice but a little dumped. To pay for the restaurant and the room I took almost 15 minutes. I advise you to pay at night and not in the morning, especially if you are in a hurry.

Nothing to say about the hotel on the other hand I am not satisfied with the restaurant where you have to spend 1h30 at the table to eat and still.

Toilets in the Rooms has no ventilation system Beds are too tiny and discomforts. Before booking make sure that you can fit on the beds.

Hotel on a busy crossroad but with the window closed you cab barely hear the traffic. The staff is very good and nothing seems the bother to them. I have realy enjoyed the stay Thnk You.

Friendly staff speak both French and English. Breakfast is fresh and really nice. Clean quiet rooms which get cleaned every day. Safe box and luggage storage for convenious and goodnights sleep. Near a lot of restaurants only a 5 minute walk if that.

Absolutely 1st rate cleanliness courtesy and food although drinks even water are pricey.

The location was very close to the station which made it convenient to get there. I was meeting up with a friend who was staying there during his holiday in France.

A service that pays and I find the hotel up to the price. No complaints except Tv and the noise of the ventilation.
