Hotel booked last minute. Family room for 6 people. Clean. Ideally located 5 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Nothing to complain about except the breakfast which can be improved.

Very clean hotel and very good welcome.
The most: location, available board games and free arcade games.
The children had a blast.

I recently had to cancel our stay because my son could not travel due to a medical condition. I provided all the medical notes and still the hotel refused to give us a refund. Horrible customer service!

I recently made a booking, that I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. According to booking. Com. The cancellation is free of charge and I am still within the window for free cancellation. Yooma however substracted a deposit and have not refunded me 2 weeks after the cancellations. They have also not given any response to any of my emails. Good customer service?

Good night at Yooma, ds a room of 6 people, spacious, bedding comfortable and cozy. Large bathroom and a separate wc with wash hand very cool!

Rooms quite spacious and modern, well priced, friendly staff, spoke Spanish, thing that is appreciated. The buffet breakfast with quite a variety. 10 min walk from the eiffel tower, very well located.

Have stayed here two years in a row now with a large group of Canadian youth, everyone loves that they can see the Eiffel Town from the hotels lobby balcony. It’s only a 1km walk to its base. The rooms are clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. They have two sets of blinds, one for privacy one set as black out drapes. Showers are rainfall or wall mounted, some leak a bit of water on the floor but nothing an extra towel can’t clean up when you’re done. The breakfast is large with lots of gluten free bread, you can even watch as the baker rolls the croissants and bakes them for you. Dinner was also fabulous. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back again next year.

Clean, efficient. Bed was good. Hip modern feel. Not fancy, small room. Ac was on but very little air movement. Bought a small fan and that fixed the stuffy air feel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Food was good not great but I enjoy the dining room. Playful lobby. Great for kids.

Very nice family hotel, we really liked, very modern. The stairway is full of art, the design is really cute. We are a family of four so got the room with bunk bed and a double (queen). It was very nice, the kids loved the bunk beds. We would definitely stay here again. It’s very close to Eiffel Tower too.

Great location near Eiffel Tower. Very modern rooms with USB chargers, which is good because you don't need adapters. High tech rooms. Weird shower which is not enclosed and just sprays onto the floor.

You cannot beat the location for the price. A 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. The restaurant is good but not amazing, but very convenient and friendly staff. We had an issue when checking in but they made it right quickly so that was nice. The luggage room is great for dropping your stuff off if your room isn't ready, but it's very pricey. It was 2 euro to drop it off and I thought that was a good deal but when we went to pick it up an hour later it was another 2 euro. So be warned it can get pricey. The family rooms are great with the private bathroom and the bunk beds for the kids. All and all it was a good stay and I'd stay again.
