For 2 nights 3 adults in junior suite July 2022 are still waiting for our bathrobes slippers and tooth cups no separation curtains between the 2 rooms fridge not working in full heat wave reel toilet paper not holding products shampoo shower gel empty all this on the 30th floor shameful for a 4 stars! Expensive price.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Great location. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. If that’s all you’re looking for. There are 2 things awful about this hotel. HOUSEKEEPING is TERRIBLE and the shower in the bathroom is terrible! After 1 shower in the afternoon, the entire floor was soaked with water and the sink as well. We used the other towels to dry the floor so we requested for additional towels and also requested to have the shower fixed around 3pm. They said they will bring them and also have a technician fix the shower. 5pm came around, still no towel or technician. We spoke to a concierge before leaving for dinner and she said she will handle it. We got back to the hotel after dinner around 10:30pm still no towel and the shower didn’t get fixed so I went to the front desk to asked for towels and we finally got the towels. I showed housekeeping what was wrong with the shower. He said he will have a technician fix it first thing in the morning but no one came. Housekeeping came to our room to do the bare minimum… replaced the towels and fixed the bed. They didn’t vacuum or replenish the cups for coffee. I had to go to the bar to get cups every afternoon. There’s only one person that made our day there. Mika… he’s very nice and personable. He’s always happy to help.

No working today phone, no working AC, only two out of six working elevators for a fully booked 31 story building. This is not a safe place to stay.

I recommend it 💯. We spent the weekend with my daughters there. Super quiet, spacious. Excellent breakfast buffet, attentive staff.

We were given a corner unit on the 30th floor and the views of the Seine River were amazing. The room is very comfortable for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids…

Given that the Australian government isn't expecting travel for years I would expect this hotel to allow refunds or an open ended credit/voucher for those countries like Australia that aren't allowed to travel any time soon. Expiry of 2021 is not suitable for Australia as it has been mentioned that international travel will no begin until 2023. And yet Scotland hotels were more than happy to refund for accommodation that was originally booked as non refundable prior to Covid. Considering the situation we are all in I think its very poor form that you are happy to keep our money knowing it's not our fault that we cant come to your country.

This is the first time I stay in a such bad service hotel, very bad and lousy service and no manner at all on the night reception staff on 06 Dec 2019. No star rating hotel service even better than here.

We had a great stay. Great for our 10 and 11 year olds. Breakfast was included with our rate. And it was amazing. Small pool, two blocks from the metro station. Very helpful concierge.

Hotel is fine, fairly close to metro and different bus routes, but not the closest hotel to tourist centre. Swimming pool requires tight shorts and a swimming cap! Evening meal is buffet, but includes wine and food is ok, but much cheaper than going out to eat. Generally good place to stay.

Great location and beautiful views, but there were ants in the room. I was not able to get a hold of anyone from the phone in my room. Also, a colleague of mine had her credit card stolen out of her wallet, so be sure to utilize the safe!

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights during our stay in Paris. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the Eiffel Tower. It has a great location and you get a good view of the Tower right from the front of the hotel. Staff was pretty good and friendly. Only one complaint is that I called the concierge desk several times one day and no one answered. I ended up calling the front desk and got someone immediately. There was always a line for breakfast but it goes pretty quickly. Breakfast was good, although the eggs are a bit runny. My daughter realized you can request the restaurant staff prepare fresh eggs for you instead. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Paris.

Doesn't pull the hotel for 4 stars, as stated. A maximum of threes with a minus. The rooms are cramped, the air conditioning system is old. Maids steal in little things, clean badly.

Good location of the hotel. Near the subway, stops, all the necessary shops exit right out of the hotel yard.

Very good restaurant, a lot of delicious and interesting tasted, desserts and fruits at the height, if you suddenly sing Happy birthday and bring a cake with a candle, everything is very festive and sincerely turns out.

The hotel is nice, staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was always clean and the AC works perfectly. The hotel is so close to Eiffel tower and a shopping mall and the metro. So it's very convenient. Children under 16 stays for free (up to 2 per room). I totally recommend it.

It all started a little messy with problems in the bathroom and elevators, but after some time the cast of the hotel made everything up and then everything was fine. The room was nice, and the cast is great! Great breakfast too. Very near from 2 metro stations and right beside a big supermarket and a shopping center.

Perfect location for a break in Paris! Rooms are very good, views are amazing and staff is very friendly. The hotel has a very good breakfast and dinnertime at the hotel restaurant is superb. About 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and other landscapes as well as restaurants and gardens. 5 minutes to a big shopping mall and a Ladurée store. The hotel staff arranges river cruises for you and you can even buy museum's tickets directly from the receptionist.

Very cosmopolitan hotel and well located but adjacent streets under slab quite dirty and very dark. Taxis and VTC clutter the access road.

We booked this place in a package deal with our Eurostar booking. As soon as we arrived we were happy to be in a great location within 15 minutes of the Eiffel tower. The faded paint, exposed sheetrock, caution tape when you walked in didn't give much appeal, but we figured maybe they were renovating. If you have 3 people don't stay here. The third wheel will get a pullout couch, which broke upon pulling out. We had to change to another room. The second room didn't have hot water. The breakfast also is horrendous, eat elsewhere… Just stay elsewhere.

This Novotel is a 31 storey tower. Reception is spacious and it's all marble floors. Staff are curtious and all speak english. Room was spacious and clean. One thing that made chuckle was that it was advertised that there would be a bottle of water in the mini fridge. It was a small bottle that I could have drunk in one go. Paris is expensive so shop around for places to eat. Breakfast at the hotel is all you can eat and thankfully it tasted good. It's a standard affair with sausages, streaky bacon, scrambled eggs and croissants etc. Was half a mile from the Eiffel Tower which was ideal ideal because we picked up the Big Bus tour and a boat cruise close by. I would stay there again and recommend it.

Hotel location is great, very nearby to Eiffel tower, and the river is just one road away. Hotel room is quite big, every room has a big window to enjoy the views of Paris. Hotel staffs are all very friendly. Definitely a hotel I would love to go back in the future.

If we do not want to be far from everything, to visit Paris, quietly, with the tour effeil, the trocadéros, the lawns, the museums… It's a good choice! Besides, it's not far!

Too busy. Near to tower but too much people. Breakfast time is so many people. Room maintenance is not updated. But the location is very very good. Nearby tower, good shopping mall, theater etc.

Very bad experience. €205 night out of price for the service. €20 breakfast with the minimum. Small and shabby room. The doors are grince. Impermeability of the catastrophic shower. The work women at 8AM on Sundays. Nothing in the fridge. Hotel parking at €30 at night. Never again!

Very nice place for romantic or family appointments.
The service is exceptional and the food and sublime. Knowing how to eat with chopsticks is indispensable, the Cook will prepare your meal in front of you.

We were on the 31st floor, so the views were excellent. Reception: Good care. Availability of use of computer of free for 20 minutes, and print documentation.

Not the cleanest hotel. Guest are unable to control the A/C unit in their room. In the winter it can get very warm in the building/rooms and guest won't be able to cool down the room, all you get from the A/C unit is warm hair blowing out. If you're a person that's always warm, avoid this hotel in the winter. Great location, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and shopping areas. Close to Monoprix.

The location was good, but my reason for giving a 5 Star is the staff. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days this past weekend, and I got breakfast at the cafenovotel every morning. The staff there was exceptional. Mr. Hadedh Ben Amour was especially helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that our morning started out perfect. Thank you so much for your top quality service. You definitely helped make our Paris trip amazing.

Eiffel Tower is magical but especially the Novotel Paris Centre offers many services that are not negligible especially the comfort and the rooms fairly spacious are at the rendezvous the meals are excellent the service is the same I highly recommend TA All and I am very satisfied with the proposed service.

Reception was very good and friendly. Breakfast is ok and they cater widely but it is very busy and rushed. Dinner was good and relaxed service at the restaurant. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

A hotel which seems to be mainly used for big tourist groups. I stayed on the 31st and the 29th floors respectively. Beautiful views from there. Very close to many tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower and the Arch de Triomphe. Practically situated on the Seine. Big shopping centre close by.

The room was spacious and had a nice view, however the bathroom was very tiny and the drain shower was leaking and pouring water out onto the floor and into the room! The toilet and bathroom was separate room. And the toilet did not have sink so you had to goto the bathroom to wash hands. Very inconvenient. The breakfast buffet was lower than average both in regards to variety and quality of taste. Based on the price paid I don’t think it was value for money.

I enjoyed my 3 night stay here. Breakfast is great and staff real friendly. Room is great and very tidy. Few minutes away from the Eiffel Tower which resulted in a nice morning run around the park in front of the tower.

Got to my room, but someone was already in it. Front desk was helpful in getting me another room though. The room was fine. The bath/shower is the worst design ever. The door panel only covers 1/3rd the tub size so a lot of water ends up on the bathroom floor when you shower.

It is a lovely hotel with a kind staff. The rooms are spacious and good if you just need a place to sleep. The "king" he's are just two beds pushed together, but this is a typical European design. There are other facilities available like gym, pool, resturant, and store.

It was my best hotel when I was coming to Paris. But now we realize that it takes a few renovations. In the rooms, the carpet had several tasks and a lot of dust. At the bedding level, the mattress is always as it was but the cushions have changed. A four star hotel must renovate regularly so as not to lose its customers especially their carpets everywhere!
At the breakfast level, the sausages are still delicious. However, one negative Point remains the crescents that were not fresh.
At the staff level, nothing to say.
At the elevator, the positive point is its cleanliness and air conditioning. However, some move a lot during the climb when we had no baggage.

The hotel is well placed, the prices are accordingly… But for this price level, we could at least have comfortable mattresses! On the day of my passage, the bedding is very soft, I really did not sleep well and got up with a good big back pain. Too bad…

Very nice hotel with a staff and attentive to the customers. A classic breakfast for this kind of establishment (no service of hot or cold drinks at the table). The rooms are clean and simple, the hot water especially in the shower leaves to be desired whether at 23:00 or 08:00 in the morning. I had asked for the champagne in the room and I had to call it back at the front desk and it was served as we took possession of the room to revisit the surprise effect notwithstanding we are satisfied with our stay.

Escalator access route for days, old and small rooms, ridiculous bathroom with insane design, empty minibar, chaotic breakfast, rough and chaotic room cleaning, should I continue? Except just the location.

Maximum 2 stars, room too small, no closet, bathroom only with tub, too small, no shelf, no outlet, no bathrobe, mini bar with 1 small bottle of water, TV with 1 German program (SAT1), always only climate, hygiene?, swimming pool in the annexe, only with swimming cap, breakfast always the same, ready scrambled eggs, never again!

From the outside although very run down and not in the best location, but as you know, it depends on the inner values. The room is clean and well equipped, the bed very comfortable. Deduction is only available at breakfast, which is its €20 really not worth it.

The hotel itself is decent enough. But environment surrounding the hotel is not that pleasant. 1. Around the hotel Pedestrian road around hotel is poorly managed. Also, road between Bir-hakim station and this hotel is a usual spot for robbery as roadside is blocked by trees, and other side there is only a parking lot. (not the hotel's fault, but still its a drawback) if you are going to use taxi or your own car for the trip, its OK. But if you are plan to use metro, especially plan to arrive at late time, I strongly suggest you to find another good place to stay. Metro station Bir-Hakim, Champ de mars, and Javel is in walking distance (about 10 minutes of walk). Batobus (ship-bus like in Venice) station Beaugrenelle is just a minute range, you can expect Batobus in 20 min duration between 10AM~9PM. Decent mart (Monoprix) and shopping plaza (Beaugrenelle) is just around the corner. you can visit Charlot palace or Eiffel tower by walk (about 15~20 min walk) 2. Inside of the hotel Room is decent. It is clean, and air conditioning is good (you cannot open the window though). High speed elevators can get you to your floor in a few seconds. But there are no slippers in the room, and don't expect to see Eiffel tower in your room as that side is blocked by another tall building. Staffs at reception are kind. But number of staffs looks bit less than it should be, so you have to waiting in line for bit long in most occasions. And concierge desk is usually empty.

We went for 4 days in Paris and now we wish we have stayed longer and the reason is: 1) we were welcomed by the Italian girl Tizianna at reception, very polite, very welcoming and explained everything to us about the hotel, Paris maps, where to go and what to do. Etc… 2) great room, very clean, very stylish and above all best ever view of Paris! 3) superb breakfast and the team who works there are amazing like solange, Elie and wish I can remember all there names but trust me each one of them were Great! Bacon eggs sausages 3 kind of croissant, 4 kind of fresh bread, fresh juice orange mango mix fruit, fresh fruits, Nutella, French cheese, best fresh coffee Served there at all time, even hot wine and much more … 4) best location and only 5 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. 5) always 6 or 7 cars of taxi parked outside the hotel and taxi Cost 55 euro to CDG airport 6) affordable 7) and really much more! The Hotel is not necessarily recommended for tourists, as it is exclusively on the far Eastern tourists and business travelers is set. Rooms are relatively small and the Windows do not open in the case of defective functioning of the air conditioning. The bathroom is tiny. In addition, it saved the mini-bar at the Ziommer: drinks you will find overpriced in a vending machine! In a 4-star Hotel… Oh Yes, the Breakfast: overpriced (€ 21, 50! ) and for the price a dam. Tasting scrambled eggs from powdered eggs, yuck! The Novotel Vaugirard is, for example, in comparison is much better (also from the environment! ) and the connection to the Metro.
