Terrible customer service. Promised a refund and have been lied to for the last 12 months. Do not trust the staff here. Lies and thieves 😡😡

Great welcome of the staff room great and the bar very well animated with motivated and attentive staff.

It is the first time I go to a hotel and they want to make me pay to leave my suitcase because the room is not yet available until 2pm. The worst thing is not that, but the treatment received by the hotel staff who even telling them that I did not have cash only by credit card, have not been able to worry about how I could leave my luggage. What's more, his two "receptionists" have left me with the word in his mouth and he has given them totally the same. If I have been treated like this without even doing the cheking, I do not want to imagine what the stay will be like.
I don't recommend it at all.

Has not recommended, not safety, a lot of thieves, does not deserve that one star and c is really too much. We need to be careful or book because the explanation of the staff c is that thieves can enter and c is normal … imagine what the security people is not a priority. Shame for you.

Lovely friendly atmosphere.

Location … easy 15 minute walk to tower. Hotel does have views of the tower, need to ask. Over very pleased. They do have parking attached to blding.

Check in was very disorganised compared to other Accor Ibis hotels, small rooms & bathroom, 2 hot to sleep, very noisy, friendly staff and breakfast can better for the price. Would not book this location again or not even Paris because it is a very dirty city, been there done that.

Horrible experience.
The room and bathroom are so tiny like a cell. There is no where to hang ur clothes, no drawers, nothing.
The room is clostrophobic.
The staff are not helpful at all.
We asked to speak to the manager, we had to wait for ages, she didn’t appear.
The hotel is noisy.
And so expensive. We paid 180 euros
Per night! absolutely No value for money.
There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The toilet paper is rough like carton. You literally feel like u are in a prison.
We stayed out late and left early.
It ruined our stay in Paris completely.
The photos on the net are fake.
I am so disappointed.

Really comfortable easy access to move around staff was helpful I have been to most of the ibis hotels from London to paris keep on doing a great job.

The advice to those who do not mind the quality but to the point. It's not a hotel that you do look at but very commercial a stone's throw from the Eiffel tower and with a pub in front that makes great sandwiches and burgers. The rooms are clean and you sleep more than good. Breakfast expensive but this is France.

I can't say I would recommend this place. The room was clean and so was the bathroom, although it was tiny. Smaller than ones in cruise ships. Really the only issue we had was that the AC was not working or they just didn't turn it on. Not sure. We complained several times. And would get half fast answers. AC was working once when we returned to the room in the early afternoon. Once we got back that evening it was off and we couldn't turn it on. The following night nothing. On Thursday night we complained again and the maintenance guy said there was an issue and it would just turn off on it's own and he physically had to go to the roof and do something. It worked until midnight and that was it! We have two more nights here. We shall see.

Terrible, no hand towels, room and bathroom tiny, the sink was covered repeated claims in 4 days did not fix it, noises of plumbing and the upper floor, the air conditioner was not walking, without frigobar or safe. I wouldn't go back for free.

The hotel is well located in Paris. Staff are friendly. I recommend the room to breakfast. Clean rooms. Staff should have more foreign languages. No reception, a desk should be taken which is not very expensive. Room is small. Bathroom is small. The climate is unfortunately not or can not be adjusted, but I did not find the switch in the room. Parking is required for a daily charge of 27 Euros. Value for money is not bad, but I can lower the price and it's excellent.

Good hotel, value for money: more than correct. Small rooms and bathrooms but you are in the centre of Paris 15 minutes from the Eifel tower. I recommend to choose the rooms with a view of the tower, at night we enjoyed the games of the tower lights lying on the bed. For the conformation of the reception (a small table in front of the entrance) from the idea that the staff is a little "distant" and unwilling but not so.

It's okay. One problem is the magnetic keys often go out of order.

I hate writing bad reviews but this hotel is the pits. I understand that this is a budget hotel but there is a minimum standard of service that I expect from even the cheapest places. There is no reception desk which made checking in/out as well as getting help from the staff very confusing. Our key cards were constantly being deactivated, so when we were stumbling to our rooms late at night ready to fall into bed, we were locked out! Had to go all the way down to the non-reception desk again so we could reactivate our cards and get in the room : (Also, the showers were stone cold TWICE during our four-day stay — once at 6:00 in the morning. Additionally, the bathroom was so cramped that I could barely turn around in it without whacking my elbow on the door frame (which I did two times) I mean, I'm not a Goliath or anything and I'm not given to flailing around in washrooms. And whoever designed the shower doors thought it would be a great idea to put HOLES in them instead of handles, so the shower water sprayed out of the holes and all over the floor! When we checked out, we asked if we could keep our suitcases at the hotel as we had some time to wait before checking into our second hotel. Their luggage storage is a system of lockers that you have to pay for. We said "screw it" and headed to our new hotel, where they happily took our suitcases and stored them for free.

Great hotel, very centrally located. View from the Space window. Rooms small as always in Paris but very clean and functional. Billiards, table tennis and games room appreciated.

The price performance ratio is completely given here. The bar and the staff are simply great. The only thing that bothers me is the mini bathroom, the missing chimp brush and the 2nd bath towel in 2 people.

European for sure! Tiny space, there is no air or fan which forces you to sleep with the window open, and it is very loud! I give this a low rating since the staff was not friendly or well coordinated. Everyday was a challenge with breakfast or charging for a room that was prepaid. Good location.

Overall a pleasant stay. Breakfast is very recommended. However we experienced a lot of noise from the room above and we bothered the fact that there are no plugs next to the beds or closet to arrange the clothes. Otherwise a very good experience.

Very friendly staff. My stay lasted 3 nights. The room is cleaned daily, it is not anything exceptional but it has the indispensable.

The price-quality ratio is not a hand.
The first thing that happens at the hotel is that I get a room and when I entered it, it was occupied by other people. It's a lousy thing to happen. Tremendous disappointment and if it were the other way around.
It says in your description that they have guides in Spanish but when the person arrived at the front desk (only one at that time) he speaks French and English. And it doesn't give a concrete solution. Step 2 times for breakfasts was filled, no matter what schedule you were. You had to wait to grab a table. Lots of people for a small dining room.
The good thing is near the tower and the subway.
The guys at the bar and they cater to you in a spectacular way like the restaurant. For them if the five stars would go.
In conclusion I do not recommend it.

Bed bugs! Incredible amount of such bugs in our room. The worst issue is that we didn't know what it was and they knew and didn't inform us even knowing how concern we were about that. We had informed the administration as soon as we notice… bugs were everywhere … we did a film after long time of waiting the staff coming to the room without any answer. They came only after calling and telling them we were gong to awake other guests to make them aware what could happen in they rooms. Shame for them. This hotel deserves to be closed by French health authorities. This happened 2010. I returned in holidays to Paris … never again to an Ibis.

The hotel is well located, close to several metro lines and in a nice and central location of Paris. Despite being ugly outside the rooms and public areas seem renovated and are fine.
Although the bathroom is small it is enough, and the cleanliness and comfort of the bed are well up to expectations.
I didn't find the breakfast particularly interesting but for 10€ in Paris I guess it's OK.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice play area and vending machines. Good coffee bar as well. Really pretty reception area. Rooms are good too. Good area to be in as the train is across the street and Eiffel tower is a short walk away.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can see them on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Firstly, when we were booking in, the staff member who assisted us was very rude in his manner and didn't treat us like paying guests but more like people who were about to rip you off in some way. He was waving our credit card in the air and asking, very loudly, 'is this guaranteed? ', well of course it's guaranteed, it's a credit card for goodness sake. We were made to look very foolish. We had booked two rooms, a double and a single, he seemed to be having some difficultly in locating the booking for the double room and just left us sitting there whilst he was searching on the computer and constantly looking around and never once making eye contact. Very bad customer service. Twice during our stay I reported to two different staff members that our air conditioning wasn't working and both times was told that someone would be looking into it straight away. It never was attended to and we had to sleep with the window open and put up with traffic and other noise from outside during the night. In the single room that I booked, which our daughter occupied, there was a continual noise which was also reported to staff, and once again nothing was done. Generally we found the staff to be unfriendly, unwelcoming and helpful to a small degree.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom are very small but correct and clean. No interesting views. Requires more maintenance. The bedding is very good and comfortable. Bathroom supplies available. Good breakfast but the offers on the outside offer a nicer setting with competitive prices. Good for a business trip where you need to be housed at the 15th.

It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I booked this hotel 5 months in advance for one week. I arrived late at night after a long flight from the US and the receptionist told me my reservation was canceled. I showed him the confirmation email and he promptly showed me his computer screen and told me he has no idea why my reservation was canceled. I don't blame the receptionist or the night manager, but what they did next was twilight zone liked. They told me to come back tomorrow and they will have a room for $60 more per night than the original rate I booked for. There were probably 10 Ibis hotels in the Paris area, but they never bothered to check if there were vacancies at those hotels. These people simply did not care. I gave them a piece of my mind and I am sure that did absolutely no good. Besides all that, there was a transients camp underneath an overhang of the hotel, just a few meters from the front door. Yes, a transient camp as in five men smelling like urine sleeping on mattresses. We found another hotel the next day and had great time in Paris.

The location was the most appealing feature of the hotel, just a short walk from the main attractions of Paris. The welcome and service was very friendly. The rooms themselves are basic but comfortable. There isn't much hanging space, but then the rooms aren't that big. The breakfast was very good, and there was plenty of choice within the continental range. In terms of value for money, we got a good deal through a price comparison website. I would have been reluctant to pay the 'walk-in' (or standard) room rate. Worth doing your research before you book. Overall a basic but good experience. Definitely a well located bed and breakfast option.

I went back after a year and everything changed. The new decoration is superb. In addition, we have enjoyed a glass of wine and a board offered for the launch of their new wine bar. No complaints the products are good. Can't wait to test their champagne bar.

The location is ok. They're remodeling and it became so difficult to maneuver around! No A/C in the temporary "lobby", electricity in our room did not work, and had to enter the room single file… I will say their words "no wasted space".
The staff in the morning breakfast area were all grumpy and made no effort to be gracious. I was told a passage was now 'not possible' when we had been using it for 5 days. Two plants were put there AS WE HAD BREAKFAST! When I went to check on my charger that I left in the fake lobby (since my room electricity doesn't work and the lobby staff would NOT help) and I returned through the same passage I went out, I was told this is 'not possible' for passage by a woman with no id. When I told her I was insulted by her tone and that the lobby changed EVERY single day making it difficult to navigate, her response
"I am sorry. My job is difficult. "
Wait. WHAT?
Not coming back to this Ibis.

Very well situated by Metro station, Eiffel Tower and other places. The rooms are a little on the small size and no mini fridge or tea/coffee facilities and if you go down to the bar you have to pay for a cup of tea. But the beds are clean and comfortable and a decent shower.
The rooms are not sound proof and can hear everything in and out of the Hotel. But overall a good place to stay.

Good location, good breakfast service and good attention from the staff, but compared to other Ibis or Novotel, you first do not give you hand towel, there is also no fridge for one to make cool or to buy food and keep refigirador, I say this because it is not the first time that I use this chain of hotels, Belong to the group ACcord And they are very good, but this has location near the eiffel tower, does not comply with all the amenities. Obvious small rooms, Bathrooms Very small ahh and any channel television speaking Spanish.

For the price it is an outstanding value. Clean and sharp throughout. Great food. Some of the best cheeses I have ever had. Rooms are small versus what you expect in the US but well worth it for sure. REALLY great hotel overall. Stayed in the same chain in Madrid and results were just as good. Great location, close to everything you want, i. E. Eiffel towet is a 10 min walk. Would definitely return.

Bad experience in this hotel where they have thieves as employees… we Had the bad luck of forgetting the money in the room, and we don't know that an employee is left with our money. Lack of seriousness total! Criminals.

I was in August of last year, I did not like for anything the attention, rooms very small, bathroom very small.

Mode of Internet booking and check-in Online are very significant although they suppress human contact. Fortunately, the staff is present and is not replaced by robots. The staff is friendly and professional.

Very well located hotel. All the staff is welcoming and helpful wish: reception, restaurant, rooms. Quality catering. But… disastrous cleanliness of the bathroom, unworthy of this hotel! Filthy ground, important black mould in the shower and dirt under the toilet. I took pictures and make a report at the reception. A large bed 2 x 2 m in the PMR 518, but bed for accompanying too short and too narrow. Carers are not people of lower class! Should be 2 090 x 1 beds, 90 mini as in many other hotels!

Hotels in very strategic area for the sights from the Eiffel Tower and those positioned along the river Seine. Very quiet and pleasant maybe in some respects. The rooms are absurd for their small size, so small as to have difficulties to open your suitcase, take a shower and sit on the toilet for people exceeding 1.73 meters. High prices for the overall quality.

It has very small room and shower with toilet chopped into peaces but still works (no refrigerator and no air conditioning. I paid for four days from 150-160€ per night.

Nice place. Near a subway, close to Eiffel Tower. The fire alarm works fine. :) I stupid guy smoked on the apartment and the alarm rung. I had to leave the hotel with almost no clothes and it was winter. A good case to remember.

Small rooms, couldn't even open door all the way because of the bed and had to put arms in front of body to get in/out of shower (and I'm thin). Also, no AC in the middle of July, was sweating all night. convenient location and good food in bar was only saving grace.

Rooms are comfortable but very small, about 3 to 4 bathroom included. The food is awful in my opinion apart from breakfast in which there is everything. The only advantage is the minimal distance from the metro. The prices are normal for the place.

Very well located, near a mouth of the metro and very close to the eiffel tower you can go quietly on foot. The hotel is quiet (not noisy), but the rooms are a little small, but the ratio quality price is great. The breakfast is ok, although doesn't have a great variety. Perhaps the best option to enjoy breakfast outside.

Good relationship quality price, rooms somewhat small, good attention, service and cleaning well. The location is excellent, very close to the tour d eiffel and very well connected.

We stayed 3 days at ibis, it is a very good place to explore, it takes 10 minutes by walking to the Eiffel, and about 2 minutes with the car. The metro is also on the corner. (very close) We did not spend that much time at the hotel, but the rooms are small, but you can't expect more for that cheap. The Wi-Fi is only to check your mails, but you have to pay for 1 hour/2 hours/24 hours for whole acces on the web. But everything went perfect I would recomment this hotel, and I will come back to here with no doubt! Greets from Holland.
