Super Hotel as a starting point for a sightseeing trip through Paris. Metro station Alesia five minutes walk, Carrefour market also just around the corner. The rooms are a little smaller, but they are comfortable, clean and modern. Breakfast is neat and sufficient for a good start to the day. All round: We were completely satisfied! This is true price/performance!

The hotel is located just outside the headquarters. The metro is about 10 minutes away.
Item. : Staff nice and friendly, some don't speak English. Breakfast is enough. Check in easy.
Neg. : Once you get off on its floor (we were in the 4), it stinks of drain, dark aisle, room very small, also stinks of runoff. We had a view on a construction site. The windowsill was overflowing with pigeon pake. No fridge, hair dryer is not strong enough. Conclusion — lacks cleanliness. 3 star awarding is unfortunately a little too much.

The rooms are very old and smell bad, too lazy to use the bathroom and take a shower. I haven't liked anything the room, I asked for a change and I have been told the hotel is full.

Very nice place to stay, only 5mins walk to the nearest metro station, bakery restaraunts nearby.

We arrived at 12h in the evening and were sent to another hotel without prior notice. The hotel was outside of Paris. Specifically in Bourgogne. The attention was lousy the small room for two. The next day we were sent back to our hotel and they made a discount for the inconvenience. The next was better and broader. Our end of stay was pleasant despite the vicissitudes of the beginning.

A typical Ibis, fair and proper, but don't expect any luxury nor any extraordinary comfort. The breakfast in a dining room too small for the capacity of the hotel, so it was difficult to get a table. Criticized the lack of fresh fruit at breakfast, to fruit, but a syrup liquid that seems to me the worst thing that you can put the fruit.

We were given a room with a double bed on arrival despite our booking for a room with two single beds. The receptionist explained that he had no more rooms with two single beds, very unpleasant and without explaining to us how it was possible that a room reserved by Internet in advance is not available.
One corner of the shower room had some mold and a brown trace was on the duvet cover, I don't even want to know what it was…
I do not recommend.

Unfriendly staff, at breakfast, depressing rooms, plus a fire alarm rounded off the stay at night.
The car park was advertised as free but costs €20h per 24h. With a small car it is almost impossible to get in or out of your way unscathed.

A cosy accommodation, good bed, good pillows, and good housekeeping and a great breakfast.

Good location. Friendly staff. Clean. Free parking for my birthday. Descent and ascent of the garage very lmitate with 4 x 4 because very narrow.

Save the money and go somewhere else. I gave a second star only because the staff is nice. We had to change the room twice as the AC didn't work at the first one and the second room had a broken toilet and was dirty.

Room girl. The eatilo is old The hallways, a somewhat evil-smelling. Far from the Center but travelling well with ell metro Line 4 and combinations. Rate cheap, close by that side.

Located in the 14 arrondissement of Paris, the hotel is clean and well served, with delicious cakes nearby and Metro access to Paris attractions.

Poor internet service within the hotel and there is no rental service of internet router parra take you to the city. Difficult to clean the room in the afternoon. Everything else is modest, basic, and good.

Depending on your requirement, book the room appropriately, coz standard room with 1 double bed are good ones. Standard room with twin bed are awful. Hotel corridor was a bit smelly on the lower floors. Top floors are good with nice ambience. Rooms, shower and toilets are small, it's all squeezed in. Staff were friendly and able to answer our questions. Hotel has 3 lifts, left luggage, bar, restaurant, toilets and waiting lounge. Public transport to this place is not well connected, you will have to walk a bit (5 to 8 min) to get to nearest tram or M4. In my experience I would say it's not great, but just ok budget hotel.

A welcoming place clean and the people in reception very nice and polite, you can not say the same of some waitresses poorly educated, and arrogant.

It's a budget hotel with a decent room and nice staff. Rooms are very small, but if your there on a city trip you won't be seeing much of the room. Breakfast is okay. A nice buffet. Staff is nice but be prepared to talk French or use your arms and legs to communicate. Only problem we had was with one of the keycards wich sometimes didn't work.

The rooms are nice and clean. The value for money ratio is very decent. The location is good for tourists in paris, metro is close enough. Staff is friendly but clearly prefers to speak french. The key cards are not all working. All in all, very decent for a low budget.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast but terrible rooms, old and dirty. The toiletseat was brown, which is ok if it in fact wasn't supposed to be White.

Although prices have crept up, it's generally less expensive than many other hotels. It's usually safe, clean and reasonably well run. The garage is often a problem. I also had money, etc. In a wallet stolen from the Ibis safe deposit box.

Cheap choice for a sleep.

Buildings need to do some renovations and upgrades. Great location on 14th Street near Alesia Avenue. Taking into account the equipped facilities, than we used to live here once in a while the IBIS Bastille. But this hotel was kept very clean.

Not bad, good area. Some rooms quite basic but are under going a refurbishment however this was going on every morning whilst staying from early on, not happy. Good breakfast and mainly good and friendly staff. Would recommend and wld return.

Hello, I'm doing you by my opinion as a result of a no satisfaction.
First a point on the hotel.
-4th floor row feels the sewers and the bathroom of the House
-sleep next to the ventilation system of the floor = impossible to sleep
-bedding for my part is bcp too soft so it woke me back problems
For personnel, nice:
-I had paid my room on the internet and before check in their system it asked me to repay what I tried to do by explaining that this had already been done then he gave me an invoice
-Initially, my friend was just hand the keys to the room, but they also asked him to pay the breakfast that should not do since I had everything paid. He did it by doubt and asked a confirmation then necessarily I reacted to say no. The present staff told him that he had made a cancellation of the transaction handling which isn't true because I've seen a refund on my account and therefore necessarily not on his own. So in the end, he ends up with taxes of transaction on bank account because it is foreign.
Finally I hope that will refund us them Ibis.

For 160euros: paint that falls on ds the bathroom, no plug in the room except for the TV. Impossible to sit normally on the toilet s that are to 20cm from the wall in front. Shower seals are rotten and there is shrapnel ds the bathtub. Strong smell d urinating in the hallways hidden from the febrez. Super.

It's an ok hotel. We stayed here during our June'14 Paris visit. I was first upset with the front desk as they kept me and family waiting at the lobby instead of instantly providing us with our already booked room! But later the lady at front desk became very friendly. The rooms r quite small and Yes it's so common in Paris. There r some delicious french cuisine restaurants nearby Paris Metro station at Alesia is also very close to this hotel. So overall it's worth staying here if u don't mind taking a small 10 mts walk to the metro station and then a nearly 20 mnts travel by metro to your favourite destination " The Eiffel Tower".

A great value hotel, clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and efficient. Handy for several good restaurants nearby, also hotel restaurant was good.

Room much too small for two people, bathroom moldy (see pictures) and only two towels to get all the time, went to the card for the door is not. No electrical outlets near the bed, in the bathroom, and under the television, much too far to the next Metro.

They would disable your room access just to tell you that you need to pay a certain amount of money for stays longer than 5 days! Otherwise it is clean and comfortable. The are very few options on breakfast buffet. Good price as well.

Decentish hotel. 10 minute walk from the metro, friendly staff who go out of their way to help and pretty comfortable beds. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre and there are lots of great bistros around the local area. We had a pleasant stay.
