Very nice and peaceful place. The personal is just great, I loved my stay and will come back without hesitation.

Between the pictures of the Internet and the reality there is a ditch does not deserve their 3 stars but despite all the rooms are acceptable cleanliness level, could be much better.

A perfect hotel for a night or two. The room was very good. Maybe two stars would be more correct when it comes to classifying it.

Arrival on 25.3.2018, Room 635 "Superior family room", superior was only the height, on the 6th floor, the lift did not always work and did not close the door, stood waiting in the lift to go after a long wait but then on foot… several times.
On arrival, it smells like cigarettes and there are cigarette butts both under the parent's bed and under the children's bed.
The carpet has stains and is dusty and up to our departure on 29th 3. The floor obviously has not seen a vacuum cleaner.
On the night of the 25th On the 26th we sleep little, some guys talk and shout half the night.
On the 26th 3. We come to the room in the evening, the key card does not go down from the 6th floor to the ground floor on foot (see above "lift"), card is reprogrammed, again in the 6th floor, card works.
Little surprise: Someone stole the Louis Vuitton bag of my wife, the medications that were in there we find under our bed, bag is gone, suitcases are ransacked, the room lock is undamaged, there are no burglaries!
The staff responds with shrugs, controls shots of the surveillance camera and says there would have been a few Africans in the neighbouring room with us… I only see the shots where the maid enters our room, Africans entering our room are not shown to me, "unfortunately" have already departed and have also "unfortunately" no data left.
The photos on the internet are great edited or maybe not at all from this hotel… The reality looks different!

The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to Metro, RER and bus stops and conveniently connected to Orly airport. Nearby, there are plenty of locals and shops. The rooms are not very big but they are clean and tidy. Friendly Staff and cheap price.

Basic small hotel. Tiny elevator, narrow stairs. R time are worn but clean. Breakfast is crowded at 8AM, go earlier!

I booked by internet, but when I was asked to pay 1 night + 1 breakfast 119.85 € + 12.65 € =132.50 €. Except that in return I have still been charged d1 extra night of 119.85 €! I hope they will refund me quickly!

Super location, just at the entrance to the parc Montsouris, Beautiful!

We have for several years, the home is very good, location ideal. But I find that the maintenance of the rooms and bathrooms are falling year on year.

Overall, it was just an OK experience staying at Hotel du Parc Montsouris. For a double room (which can sleep 4 people), only provides 1 sets of towels, and the amenities were all plastic, or 3 in 1 gel (for hair, conditioner, and body). The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk to the metro, quiet, but not so convenient (only a couple restaurants nearby). I booked for two nights and paid in full in advance, but I checked out the second day around noon, and went to another hotel closer to the center of the city (Chatlet) to stay.

The hotel is well located next to the parc Montsouris and close to a metro station. The welcome is friendly and the staff smiling. The rooms are comfortable with double glazing. The breakfasts are hearty and the staff is attentive to the needs of the customer. My only downside would be the bathrooms, in fact, I think the sinks are too small and not practical. Perhaps it would be better to put a shower rather than a bath and to have a larger space for this piece. At the entrance of my room, there were two doors that were like an sas, that I have not found it practical and not big enough when we arrive with a suitcase. Otherwise, I will return for my future trips and I recommend it.

Very good stay everyone is very nice and attentive, Everything is clean, the bedding is good to recommend a Good quality / price ratio.

Quiet, Nice location, early morning walk in the Park Montsouris, room OK even if rather small.
Not always effective soap dispenser, that is a detail could be improved.
Choice of channels TV OK. Breakfast is served at the table, with the choice.
I'll be back.

We spent a week in the Royale Montsouris and were generally pleased with the service. We chose to have breakfast and diner outside of the hotel so I can't comment on that but the interior of the dining room looked beautiful as did the rest of the hotel, including our room with its oriental flair. Our room was rather small or "compact" to put it better: One big bed filled the room but we didn't feel cramped. The hotel staff was always friendly and communicated well in French and english. The building is located in the 14th district of Paris which is full with cafés and bistros and the great Parc Montsouris right around the corner. The connection with the Metro is good since Line 4's station "Porte D'orleans" is just a 5-minute walk away. Unfortunately during our stay in August 2015 there still was a huge construction site right next to the hotel that looks like it needs another year to finish and was quite loud as early as 7AM. If you prefer silence in the moning you should look somewhere else for the time being. Tidiness in the room was generally ok, but it's worth mentioning that water didn't run properly down our sink and that we got 2 broken toilet brushes during our stay.

This hotel is not acceptable at all! The bathroom smells like drain. The bed is too short for tall persons, dirty and of poor quality — the blanket is a joke! There are spots everywhere on the carpet. The interior is cheap and way to old (probably from the 70s or 80s)! We found some hair from the person that lived before in the room in bed and in the shower. Even for French (minor) standards this hotel is not a two star hotel! We stayed one night and moved into a four star hotel near Arc de Triomphe in order to save our trip to Paris. To conclude: DON'T GO THERE! This hotel is CRAP! The staff seems to be indifferent about the concerns of the customers. Every good comment on this hotel must be fake.

So we stayed at this hotel in July and must say it is highly recommended if you are looking to save some cash. We reserved a triple room for about 80 euros a night — the summer fare. The room was decently sized with a small but very clean private bathroom. Our window overlooked part of the beautiful adjacent park. At first I was concerned there was no AC or ceiling fan in the room but honestly it was not needed during our stay; had plenty of ventilation from the large window. The carpeting is a bit dingy and could use updating but it didn't bother me. The only negative I could think of was the Wi-Fi service kept disconnecting me every 15 minutes but it wasn't a big deal. I would suggest you do visit with some very basic knowledge of French. The polite staff does not seem to speak English that well so to avoid misunderstandings, you might want to bring along a language travel guide if you don't speak French. They seem to get the gist of English but I spoke in French to make sure I was understood. The neighborhood is very quite and appeared to be very safe. There's a huge university nearby. We got back late at night a couple days and felt very comfortable. The M4 metro porte d'orleans station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and it can get you into the middle of Paris in 15 minutes! Very reliable transport. Overall, this hotel is a great deal in my book. Unless you are looking for luxury.
