Convenient location on two metro lines, small but clean rooms.

I would not advise, our room was visited and we stole a bonnet in my travel bag… pity because the nice welcome and the breakfast very copious.

Very friendly staff on the wrong room and overlooking the street. Very poorly slept.

Very friendly and very helpful. Very small room with for the street side an almost non-existent soundproofing so hello motorcycle and car noises.

A strongly discourage, the reception of hotel was unpleasant. Once arrived we realized the poor quality of the rooms. It was cold and the room was very small. We are immediately left again. In fact, we were with our child in low age. The commercial service has never wanted to refund us and the person of the home has not demonstrated any empathy.

The pictures are quite deceiving in room size. Would have been a 3 star but the main entrance had staples in the door under some sellotape which caused me to cut myself.

The hotel was very nice and the room was clean.

Basic but clean. Our room overlooking Rue Vaugirard was a bit noisy. No major complain otherwise.

An extremely unpleasant and cold reception. These 2 people at the reception should not work in a business and especially do not have contact with the clientele. The awarding of stars should be conditioned to a welcome worthy of this type of establishment it would avoid the recruitment of this kind of person who demonstrate a sufficiency and disrespect to those (clients) who allow them to have a Work and a salary.
In contrast the service staff is extremely kind, always smiling and attentive to the expectations of the guests.

Very nice staff. Top location next to Metro station and very cosy and reasonably priced Café (Brasserie Pasteur). Rooms are small but fine, functional. Has safe, refrigerator and fan. Small terrace with nice view, good bathroom.

Housekeepers are nice. On the other hand at the reception, they can do better. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. There's a lot of noise in the street. In the room the TV was down. From then on, the evenings in the room are painful.

Disappointing. Bathroom tight, noisy room, not air-conditioned in full heat. The breakfast is not varied, always only sweet served with parsimony. This is a shooting star hotel.

This hotel had potential, however I was very disappointed by the staff. The room was clean and the hotel itself was ok but small and cramped, however I left this hotel very angry about my stay. I checked in for a stay of 2 nights. The staff member that checked me in was Anour. He scanned my passport, gave me my room key, was not very helpful and I went upstairs. I went out the following morning and took my key with my like any other hotel in any other part of the world. When I came back that night, Anour asks me who I am and what I'm doing here. I tell him we have a room, my room number and show him my card and he says he doesn't remember me and I'm supposed to leave my card at the desk any time I leave the hotel. My girlfriend and I thought he was joking considering he scanned our passports and checked us in the night before, let alone not telling us about the ridiculous policy of leaving your card key at the desk when leaving the hotel and then expecting us to know. So he pulled us up in the system and asked a bunch of questions before we finally went upstairs. I was annoyed by this and went back down to get his name. He didn't want to give his name and started getting angry. After arguing for 10 minutes he gave me a fake name Bernadette. I got his name in the morning from the morning staff when checking out. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel and will be contacting management about this staff member.

The hotel is rather simple, clean but the rooms are relatively cramped. The reception was sober, no more.
Breakfast is basic.
In summary correct but no more.

Very small room. Bathroom ditto and in bad condition. A lot of noise during the night (adjoining rooms and road).
Our reservation had been given to someone else.

Very nice surprise, after a few days of research and a lot of reviews read about different hotels, I decided to book this Hotel for the evening. My train arriving quite late at Montparnasse station. The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk away. Very nicely decorated room, clean, very comfortable bedding. I had read that people were disappointed with the breakfast, certainly it's not a buffet in profusion but for 10 there is nothing to say. I didn't come across a single person who didn't smile. I will definitely return very quickly in March on my next professional trip. Thanks to the whole team.

The room is tiny, not much place to walk by, but hard to find a bigger one for this price. The place is really nice for the price.

Amazing staff, very helpful, friendly and fluent in English. They let us to check out a few hours after the check out time without any extra charges. We came at the hotel at 1am with a friend who reserved the room online on a special deal. We got a room at the same price as the friend! The rooms are very well kept, tidy and clean. A bit small but still good. There is free Wi-Fi. The location is pretty good, 20 min by foot from the Eiffel tower. Lots of caffes and bars in this neighbourhood. Metro line 6 is 150 meters away from the hotel. All in all, I strongly recommend this hotel!

Stay at this hotel not for the first time. In the first place: accessibility. Two metro lines intersect. Convenient to get to. The area is quiet. Overall cozy. There is a kettle in the room (which is not everywhere). Friendly and courteous staff. Near some nice cafes. Overall, I highly RECOMMEND.

Great hotel. No complaints at all. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were extremely clean. And one of our favorite aspects of the hotel was location. Despite the fact that the purpose of our vacation was to visit the Eiffel Tower, we loved the location of the Avia Saphir Monparntasse in the fact that it was far enough away from the from Eiffel Tower to not have the crowds and all the tourists, yet close enough to walk to (20 minutes). This allowed us to be more part of the French, and the French culture, as we were among the Parisian locals, and not the tourists. There are many many local cafes in the area. The area is extremely safe and clean, as is the entire walk to the Eiffel Tower and everywhere we walked. While we decided we wanted to walk everywhere, there is a metro station right across the street (the Pasteur station on the M6 line), making it convenient for those that prefer to use the Metro, or to get to from CDG. The rooms are small, but so is every hotel room in Paris. But the great rates made it affordable to get two rooms for the same as what we would have paid for a large room back in the U. S. I highly recommend this hotel. My daughter has already made me promise we will stay there again if we ever go back to Paris.

This hotel had bed bugs when we stayed, we canceled our reservation for the rest of the days and we didn't even get a reimbursement. Horrible service.

Sleep room quiet good breakfast alone downside rear view courses.

Was here with friends from the 10th — 19th July. Excellent Services and staff were too good with fluent English. Hotel was very well kept and even though there is no air conditioning unit, was still ok. The showers are small but manageable and cleaned everyday. My friend and I were booked at another hotel, however, upon reaching there at around midnight of the 10th was informed that according to their system it was cancelled! Imagine being a foreigner and first time visit and also tired after a 3 days travel from the Pacific. It took only 1 phone call to Avia, as our other friend was booked there, she had booked online on a special rate. Low and behold, Avia Staff was so accommodating and we were warmly welcomed and check in with the same special rate as our friends. Plus free breakfast! Also, we were attending a UN Meeting and the AVIA staff allowed us to check in and pay after checking out which was quite a blessing because our allowances were given on the 11th.

Good room. As I think it is in all of central Paris, no air conditioning during the summer months. Open the window and hear the sounds of the city. Sometimes there is a breeze. We were close enough to see the Eiffel tower and at night see the beam of the search light. Close to good restaurants and several cafes. Special mention goes out to Cafe Pasteur at the corner. Good coffee, great hot chocolate and pastries. If you'd like to see Parisian going about their business, this is a good place to people watch. Overall a great experience.

Friendly staff, good location but we asked for a kind of room, and got a different one instead. In general, it was a good stay! I recommend it.
