Ok hotel for the price. Smaller rooms, but very clean. Helping and friendly staff. Nice location.

Good price and perfectly located next to the Jardín du Luxembourg.

Nothing to complain about. Good rooms (small, but just enough for two), facilities, staff, only the elevator was out of order one day. Excellent location close to the Luxembourg gardens, metro and RER lines.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Paris for our honeymoon. It is in an excellent quiet location right by the Luxembourg gardens. The front staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. And the room was very comfortable and clean. We had an excellent time and hope to return!

For those familiar with Paris, the hotel is the perfect location to take in all the best of the city. We loved being in a quiet, yet central neighborhood that allowed us to explore all points of interest. We especially enjoyed starting our day by walking through the Jardins du Luxembourg. We look forward to returning during our next visit.

Great location on a quiet street, yet close to everything. The Luxembourg Garden is at the end of the block. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and very helpful. And the breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Hello I especially recommend this property. The area is very nice very close to an entrance to the Luxembourg garden. Walking access to the Nice restaurant is fast. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Like all these positive aspects the reception is very professional. I come very often to Paris and I discovered this hotel. I will come back with certainty.

The hotel is co clean and employees are very nice. I enjoyed my staying there.

The lobby is cute, but the rooms are so small, there is barely room to breathe. The bathroom tiles were falling off of the wall, and the shower head isn't even attached to the wall, you have to hold it up yourself to shower. The phone in the room doesn't work if you want to call the front desk, and they weren't super friendly. Only good thing is that the hotel is in a great area.

Hotel is very well located, not far from the Luxembourg and 10 minutes from the Montparnasse train station in a quiet street. Breakfast at a reasonable price (9 €50). Home and friendly service

The Hôtel Perreyve is very good value for Paris where hotel accommodation is outrageously expensive. The room and bathroom were small, but that is what you have to expect in a 3 star Paris hotel, but they were very clean. The pleasant decor of the coordinated wall coverings and curtains dresses up the room. The lift, though small, 3 person or 1 person + luggage, means there is no stair climbing as is sometimes necessary. The staff were pleasant and the generous breakfast includes muesli, yoghurt and cheese, as well as the usual coffee, bread and pastries. The location next to Luxembourg Gardens is great. The street is relatively quiet, but it is only a couple of blocks to streets lined with cafes. A short walk to the Latin Quarter, St Germaine, Montparnasse. Notre Dame. A little further to Musee d'Orsay, Invalides, Louvre, …. And Luxembourg Gardens is right there if you need trees and flowers after exploring the streets. A walk through the gardens (follow the path; it is not necessary to drag your suitcase through the gravelled area around the central gardens) takes 15 min to the RER Luxembourg station with direct trains to Gare du Nord and Charles de Gaulle A/p An excellent choice for a hotel in Paris that you won't need to mortgage your house to pay for.

Dear ladies and gentlemen, we have us in your Hotel, felt very comfortable, the beautiful rooms, especially the beautiful bathroom, very quiet, but a bit expensive! I know your Hotel is already since about 1974, was at that time with my brother, and later with my parents, and now in 2015 with my wife! The tranquility and proximity to the garden of Luxembourg is very good! I wish that their prices down a little, because we would otherwise still one more night left. A hotel located in the heart of St germain des prés! Very clean, nice and air conditioned (phew … Especially at this time…). L'reception is very friendly and the staff always ready to render service. The rooms are cute with their decorations in trompe-l'eye.

Hotel great location and relatively quiet. The staff is very courteous and welcoming. But the room is very small, the Wi — Fi has a ridiculous flow and captures is pretty bad. The Interior style is very classic, see slightly dated. But I still generally satisfied with my stay.

We enjoyed our five day stay, which we got at an excellent price by booking and paying in advance. The location was great — — walking distance to the Jardin Luxembourg and other great Rive Gauche attractions. The room was comfortable, though somewhat dimly lit, with a charming view of a typical Paris street. The bathroom was spacious, with all new plumbing and a big bathtub and shower. No little jars of body lotion or mouthwash, but there was a built-in hair dryer, and the small towels were hung on a heated rack.

The hotel is located next to the garden of Luxembourg and the location of the same name. The latin quarter is very easily accessible on foot.
The rooms are well furnished, very quiet as the hotel is located in a residential street. The furnishing is simple and dignified, the bathroom contains everything you need for your comfort. Nice bed, as well as the pillow.
Breakfast can be taken in room or in your room.
The home is particularly friendly. The Reception is open 24 hours a day.

Quiet hotel located 200 m away from the garden of Luxembourg in 1 Street. Rooms quite small but clean. Reception very friendly and helpful.

All in all, a pleasant place to stay at a good price in a good location. The room was small and clean. The cost was €100 per room per night for two people-one bed (paid in advance price). The bed was comfortable but below the comfort standard of a bed in a Hilton chain hotel. The bathroom was small but had a bathtub. Always plenty of hot water. The water from the sink tasted good. The Wi-Fi generally was fine, but not always. The location is good but not great. It is at the southern edge of the the most popular attractions. It takes about ½ hour to walk to the Orsay Museum. Similar time to the Louvre. It is close to the Luxembourg RER B station with a train to and from the airport (CDG). The reception desk is right at the front door and is manned 24/7. The location was quiet.

Might be a nice little basic Hotel in times when it's in order — which it wasn't when we stayed there last week. You couldn't turn off the heating in the little room which was extremely unpleasant during the nights. Even more so was the construction work in the house which even took place in our room wihtout a warning in advance. We were lucky the elavator was working when we had to move our suitcases to and fro the sixth floor. The concierge agreed that we were lucky pretending to be joking but they turned off the elevator temporarily due to construction work. There was nothing coming from the house to make up for any of these inconveniences.
