This was my cousin and I stayed here for 4 nights for our first trip to Paris and we had a great experience at this hotel. Despite our room not being ready for check-in when we arrived, they stored our bags for us and were told they would brought out when the room was ready. Meanwhile, one of the concierges offered me a map of the city and metro system and explained how to get to the nearest attractions/sightseeing spots around the hotel. Located in the Montparnasse area of Paris, it's a great location to be able to see many of the sights in one day (like my cousin and I did), since they're relatively nearby, whether by walking distance or public transport, which is literally accessible by walking up the street. The staff were really great with the guest and goodness knows how many slightly difficult guests they deal with. For example, while waiting in the lobby for my cousin, a woman came up to the front desk and demanded, not asked, for a taxi which accepted credit cards. She went on to ask how she could get to a certain place and between 3 of the staff, they were able to figure out where she wanted to go (they were trying to suggest places where she could possibly referring to and she kept shooting them down before they could finish a sentence. ) which speaks great lengths about their patience. I also saw the concierges being extremely helpful to guests as was the particular case when an older couple from Australia wanted to explore Paris through public transport and the concierge took the time to mark down the routes the couple would need to take to go where they needed to go and to return to the hotel. They also informed the couple that they sold public transport tickets (as well museum passes, etc). There was also a waiter, an older gentlemen, whose name we sadly were unable to catch, attended to my cousin and I on the first morning during our stay at the hotel who was very amiable, warm and kind to us. He made an effort to get to know us and the other guest that were in the breakfast room as well. My cousin, not particularly fluent in French, told me that on the morning I took a day trip to London and she ate in the breakfast room on her own, the waiter took a bit more time looking after her, even conversing with her in some Spanish, to make her feel more at ease. That small detail was one of the highlights of our stay at Hotel Le Littre. My cousin and I are both in agreement that we would stay in this hotel again.
