Welcoming staff. Many speak English. Rooms are comfortable and clean if smallish by us standards, larger than many I've stayed at in Europe.

Lovely hotel on quiet street near many excellent restaurants. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

No AC for cooling. Slow Wi-Fi. Books falling from the shelf hitting people. Bad value for what you pay…

The hotel is very comfortable with an undeniable Parisian charm. It seems to me, however that for a hotel of this quality, the paint that flakes, the shower curtain tired, light bulbs not changed in the bathroom… are unwanted. We came about a dozen years ago, the hotel had just been renovated with this decoration, everything was perfect, perhaps it is time to review the paintings and some elements of decoration, a magnifying mirror for makeup, for example. The breakfast is perfect, served at the table, coffee or tea available during the day and I do not forget the attentive and efficient welcome.

We had a lovely time. The location of the hotel was great. We liked being on a quiet side street. The staff was friendly and the room, though small, was clean and nice.

We loved our stay. Everyone was very helpful and the hotel was always warm and comfortable. Thank you, we hope to return at some point in the future.

This was our third time staying in the Junior Suite. It is very comfortable. The thing that makes this hotel stand out is the friendliness and efficiency of the service. Marie Therese and Ivan especially made 6 nights of dinner reservations a few weeks ahead of our visit. Everything went very smoothly. And of course the location is perfect!

Beautiful hotel, quiet, great service.

Nicely located near Luxembourg Gardens and metro. Staff were so helpful in all regards. Avoid the breakfast, go around the corner to Boulangerie Julian and watch the people strolling to the Gardens.

What a disappointment! The room is so small that you can not unfold the bag and there is poor lighting and no daylight! I'm used to small rooms, but this was klaustrofbisk and not 4 stars! The bed is not good and the coffee was sour and awful! The service was poor and the manager tried to trick us to take more expensive options than what we asked for. We stayed a few nights before the Academie Hotel Saint Germain and it was like heaven compared! Better quailty and location, perfect hotel in Paris!
