A regular hotel in the middle of Palais Royal. Perfect location for our stay. Got a good price on the room and good service throughout the stay! :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

The truth, Great. The receptionist very attentive and polite, there are several that change by day and there are 1 or 2 who know Spanish. The breakfast buffet is great, and it's not like a luxury hotel but there is a lot of variety and not cast anything less. In terms of location, I would say that one of the best, quiet streets, you do not hear noise in the street, in the city centre which will not take more than 5 minutes to get to something, for example the Louvre is about 10 minutes walk. Just below there is a small shopping mall of art galleries and a restaurant.

Very clean and well located, very friendly staff. The breakfast was very nice. Highly recommended, just a step away from everything.

Totally overpriced and the chair, there was only one, was totally filthy. In the bathroom only one person can stay and barely turn around. The location is great though.

A small, clean room in the historic center. Soft beds, new plumbing, tea, coffee, kettle, hairdryer, shampoo. It's all good.

Staff here are excellent, breakfast very good and location is perfect. I loved the old style of this hotel and the elevator. This used to be the Hotel de Normandie (1919) and it is ideally located in the centre of Paris. Only drawback for me was the shower in the bathroom, probably them smallest I have ever been in but there isn't a lot they can do given that this is an old building. Great wine & whiskey shop next door.

Everythink was OK. A lot of noise go from street during morning hours. Heater did not work properly, some time was quite cold in number.

Cozily. However, at first we did not like the room, because there was not enough air. But we immediately changed the room. No words. Everything is at the highest level. And the breakfast is very tasty and everyone will find the right food for themselves. Thank you.

I would not go back, no one in the hotel spoke Castilian, but neither English, little security to say nothing, the doors did not close well, no cameras, the safes were broken.
The shower could not move, the bathroom super reduced.
No one controlled the entrance to the hotel you walked in and out without anyone noticing PQ at the front desk no people were buried in a room next door.
I would not recommend it beyond that the location was good, the rest I leave quite a bit to be desired.

A stay more than ungrateful. Not recommended, there is no security of any kind, no cameras, the doors of the rooms do not close properly, the safety deposit boxes in the rooms are not close properly. We have stayed for 3 days and we have stolen money from the room. When we made the complaint told us that we would go to the police that they had no way of verifying that it had happened or who could have been and as tomandonos hair told us "sorry"
A shame… not even a sample of interest by the affected people. That is my experience. I will never… and I tell them that we were 9 guests that were staying in this disastrous hotel and which never will return. Ladronessssss…

You had better give Peter a raise in pay to keep him! He was by far the most accommodating of your desk clerks! He went out of his way to help us locate taxis and guide us to other locations! Great hotel to stay, very close to palais royal and louvre museum. Nice clean rooms, reception and breakfast area. Very helpful reception especially Peter. Enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast is varied and it is better to go before 9am to have enough (otherwise you have to wait for replenishment).

Very good reception and establishment of very good value for money in the center of Paris. Consider asking for a room on course if you have a light sleep!

A good hotel whose prices are average.
A downside anyway for the smell of cold tobacco in the room and the noisy street for the rooms located in front.

Though it has been several years, I remember the staff & location very fondly. My family of three shared a small, but clean & quiet room. We walked or took the Metro everywhere & found the hotel to be conveniently located. I have recommended the hotel to young friends about to visit Paris.

Comfortable, very clean rooms. The rooms are a little small, but that shouldn't matter since you'll be out seeing the sites and only using the room to sleep. The breakfast isn't worth it, go find a nice bakery in the area (there are several). Great location to get to Notre-Dame, The Louvre, the Metro, and other sites and conveniences. Air Conditioning is only on when management decides that the weather is hot enough for air conditioning (but this is common in a lot of hotels throughout Europe). Hotel has an elevator, so it is very accessible to the disabled.

This hotel has a great location. The rooms were small but clean. Breakfast didn't bowl me over but the price was just right for our budget.

The hotel is set in a convenient location near the downtown area and top tourist spots. The room was pretty clean (the shower was typical Europe and could have used a good bleaching, but not too bad) and the bed was comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They gave great recommendations and were there to serve. We had a good experience and will definitely stay here again because it is so convenient.

Very bad report quality-made, even in the context of an internet offer at a reduced price that remains too expensive for what it is. Everything is old, my double room was "dirty" visibly entretnue, technically the bathroom was in poor condition, beat-up tablet, seals mouldy, shower wobbly, etc. Only the location may be interesting, but does not forget the poor performance of all.
