Don’t stay here. Woke up covered in bed bug bites! Room was also boiling hot and no AC. Wifi was terrible and only worked near the door. Couldn’t sleep our first night there because all I could hear was the receptionist shouting over the phone at 2am!

Hotel acceptable environment noisy bar nearby.

Bed bugs spoilt what would otherwise have been a nice stay at a reasonable price in a good location. A week later, we are still trying to eliminate them from our luggage and clothes, having brought the wretched things home.

Shabby hotel and frankly degeulasse. Smell of tobacco, everything is moldy and very dirty. For a 3 star, it's pitiful. To escape absolutely.

Very good value for money, we paid €58 a night for a room 3 people booking two weeks before, the staff was very welcoming, the rooms are quite correct for the price and the litter is of good quality, one can notice a bit of Dust on the complaints of the house but really not enough to make it scandal, I confess that we were worried before we arrived by the comments but it was a pleasant experience. I add that it is very well located with an affordable mini market at 20m and various restaurants. We will not hesitate to renew the reservation for a next stay. The negative points that can be noted are the noise and lack of soundproofing but it didn't bother us since we got up early to enjoy our stay. However what is really objectionable about this hotel are the prices posted at the entrance which are absolutely indecent and unjustified. It still deserves 5/5

Good value for money! The room was apparently clean but I got some bad allergy to acarian after my stay so… And it was noisy.

Wi-Fi was choppy at best, room stank of Ash trays, they like to vaccum at 22:30, highly overpriced breakfast which is not worth a single euro, mould in-between shower tiles. The pictures do NOT do this rooms justice. Should have booked a hostel.

Central to the metro station Pyrennes.
Nice little cafes and pubs/bars around.
Hotel itself… Well. Just bring your cleaning inventory with you if you want it clean. Otherwise… you call that I think reason clean. Price clearly does not match the hotel.

Very friendly, hearty breakfast, but a strong cigarette smell in the uncomfortable room for a family with non-smoking baby.

I dont know about other rooms, but room 401 is full of bed bugs, especially the one next to window. Took pictures and showed to the staff… but they say, cant change the room… wish I could upload the pics here. I have no idea how will sleep tonight…

3 starts hotel but in reality they should have just 1 star.

Cheap but small rooms and no air conditioning.

Good location Small flat: Bad soundproofing.

Nice rooms not very spacious… but comfortable… home a bit to the snatch.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location: close to a supermarket and a good patisserie, as well as to a metro which goes directly to the centre of Paris.

Three refurbished hotel in a traditional building in a lovely quiet side street.

Good value, quality price. It is perfect to have a bed and a shower.

The room smells cigarette! Traces of cigarette extinguished on the ground.
Even airing 2 h, the smell was present. I think it is used in the hotel, because the smell emanates from the curtains! Mix of sweat, cigarette, and musty
The sheets were clean but catastrophic hygiene. There is a completely broken Tablet (picture to support it)

It is well located cosy, cleaning is not very good. If you are looking for a place to sleep it is OK.

Affordable in Paris but unfortunately hiding surprises: a sickening smell in the room and who had impregnated sheets, household that leaves to be desired (dust, old left soaps, Kettle with dirty water), …
Apart from these inconveniences, rather well hotel is near the metro and the reception was rather nice.

Nothing fancy. Convenient to the Metro. No a/c but most small hotels in Paris don't have a/c. The only problem we had was the noisy neighborhood. I imagine noise is a problem in most of Paris. Don't bother with breakfast. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Would stay here again.

Its a room. I was going to give it 3 bc the staff was nice until the last day. I paid for 1 day of brkfst and stayed multiple days. The 1 day I ate, the man said I had not paid and threw a fit saying he had to pay out of his pocket for it if I didnt pay and called his manager with no response. The brkfst was 7 euro for a croissant, white bread, yogurt and bad coffee, not worth 7 euro. The room smelled like a smoking hot ashtray. The bed had a stain in middle and long black hairs under the sheets. The shower is a sprayer on the wall that gets the whole tiny bathroom wet. Its a room in a decent location by a parking garage and metros.

Our room was very basic, with a double bed, table, wardrobe, tv, and 3/4 bath. I loved that it had french windows that looked down on the area (we were on the top floor). You definitely get what you pay for, but when you're in Paris, why do you need to spend much time in your room? It is very conveniently located near Les Pyrenees metro station and easy to get into the city centre. The staff were very helpful and polite, and even pointed out on a map where all the things were that we wanted to see, and how to get to them all. We will definitely stay there again!

My friend and I stayed here last summer and, based on the price, we weren't sure what we were getting ourselves into. Being two females, we were looking for somewhere safe mostly, but also close to the downtown area. I would stay here again — it is in a safe area is and close to metro stations. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (evening drawing out maps of the metro and city and helping us choose places to visit). There's nothing fancy about the rooms, but we weren't in Paris to investigate hotels. If you're picky about having plush pillows and Wi-Fi, then this might not be for you.
