Rasict receptionist. I can not believe what this man did to me today at the hotel. I was all day long at disneyland and after the fireworks at 11 it took so long to get back to the hotel. It was about 1:30 am when we finally arrived and we found the door locked so we ranged and the door was opened. We were going up and he was smiling and talking before he saw us saying I asked who you are and you didn't answer. The minute hae saw us all his face changed I told him I didn't hear any thing then we told him we're going to leave our stuff and go out to get something to eat quickly and he didn't like that. We asked him if we could charge one phone at something like a lounge area and he haid no it's broken even though the night before we have charged in the same place. After we got back and got up and took our stuff and asked him if he had anything to put in our chargers to fit the plug in the wall because it's different than the one we have and he started saying you don't come now at 2 oclock asking for things you have all day long I don't have a charger. I told him it's ok if you don't but you don't need to talk to me like that then he started saying I'm here only to open and close the door not to listen to your requests. I was shocked I said you don't have to be rude. He got so angrey and started walking to the stairs saying I have here all nationalities and but only you do that. I'm not your slave to give me your requests then we went upstairs to our room so shocked and hurt. I kept crying all night and didn't feel safe. I kept thinking he could do something to hurt us. I really felt sick how could someone say and do such thing to someone completely strange to him. I swear I have ended every sentence with please and a smile. I was disgusted and sick and didn't sleep. I never thought there was a bedtime at hotels and I need to come back early and didn't know that I can't ask anything from reception otherwise I am considering them slaves. I'm waiting for the next receptionist to come to check out and get my money and find some other hotel. I'm too scared to come down and deal with this receptionist. The other two receptionist are soo nice and helpful. They're the best and it was one of the reasons I didnt change the hotel the first night eventhough the room is so small. Toursists spend all daylong outside. They go to hotels to find somewhere safe to sleep and rest otherwise we would sleep in the streets and save some money.
