I have been to Paris many times and most of them stayed at this hotel. It is small, quaint and perfect. If you want a friendly, close-to-everything, economic place to stay in the heart of Paris … look no further. Even when travelling for business and given the opportunity to stay at the 5-star hotels. I choose this one. Staying here is the difference between experiencing Paris and visiting Paris.

We have had this "hotel" booked because of the price, proximity and availability for our business trip. We checked in, it and out. It's a nightmare — tiny rooms, no entrance door (just a piece of wood) no proper window, just a 5m2 ventilation shaft, no oxygen nor airflow in the rooms and non-working AC. Highly disappointed. Had to book another hotel at the day of our arrival. This thing shouldn't even be called a hotel. It's worse than a 1* hostel…

Good value for money Small, quiet and comfortable rooms. There is minibar and free Wi-Fi.

Excellent hotel. Location of choice. Comfortable room, clean and well soundproofed. Friendly staff and well attentive. I will return there without hesitation.

Hotel very well situated. The Deluxe rooms are comfortable, have good size and fabrics (sheets and towels) are of good quality. The breakfast area although not huge, has everything.

Excellent geographic location.! Very comfortable. Close to all the business of tourism in Paris: the Louvre museum, the Eiffel Tower, The river Senna.

Very good location, inexpensive. Staff was not very friendly, but rooms and bedding seemed clean, but there was a bit of staleness that lent to an akward smell in areas.

Price of a meal is over the top, even for the area. However, for a tourist you could not ask for a better location and English speaking staff.

We stayed at the Hotel Roch for 5 nights. They have nice staff who speak English well and were accommodating of our wish for a high floor and hot water for tea each morning. Simple rooms were clean and cozy. It's small but to be expected in the center of Paris. I would highly recommend! The location is absolutely fantastic and could not get any better. Steps away from the Tuileries, the Louvre, the Opera, and more!

Brilliant location, very close to the Louvre and a ton of cafes and restaurants. Beautiful historic part of town. Nice rooms with double glazed windows and air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. Lift to the rooms. Can walk to other attractions like the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe which I highly recommend doing as you will see many other gems on the way.

Good Hotel Fantastic Location.

Recently we went on a trip to Paris and yes Paris is expensive yet we had previously stayed at Hotel Saint Roch 7 years ago and WOW it is as clean, quaint, cute and yes inexpensive as it was 7 years ago. The staff speaks english and they were great when with anything we needed. The best part of this wonderful slice of paradise is that it's a few blocks from EVERYTHING! 2 blocks from the metro, 2 blocks from the gardens, 6 blocks from the Louvre, and right around the corner there were 10 restaurants (a little group of them) and open late. Cute area, we always felt secure in the neighborhood at night and the hotel has staff at the front desk 24/7. Safe safe place. The 2 stars does not describe this hotel, it's a 3 star with super reasonable price and we booked it months in advance with a 1 night deposit and paid the balance when we checked out. Awesome hotel. Did I mention the wonderful staff :)
