Excellent location. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and a few museums. Off quiet minor road. Room a little small, but clean and well designed. Helpful smiling staff. Highly recommended.

Great small hotel in the Trocadero. A short walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Lots of good restaurants in the area.

OK, good value for the money. Location was perfect for me since I was visiting some folks who live nearby. Quiet location in the 16th.

Low value for money. Small room, bad cleaning, terrible Wi-Fi and worst breakfast I’ve ever had in a 4-star hotel.

The rooms are very french style and I love it. The rooms are small and no ironing board and beds aare small but put 2 together to make the master bed. The brekfeast included all types of french cheeses with a variety of different types of food. The reciption and people working there were great and very helpful when it came to helping us find a good restaurant near.

We booked for one night only. The room was nice and cozy, not too big, but not too small. Unfortunately there was a small issue with the shower, which was resolved eventually. Staff is very friendly and helpful, e. G. When you want something to drink in the lobby at night.

Great place to stay in Paris, we loved it as our base, really easy to get everywhere and some really nice shops nearby!

Perfect location for tour of the Eiffel Tower, quiet despite shopping street nearby. Staff nice and available. Very good value for money. Breakfast a bit expensive (20 euro per person). Very nice floor heating in the bathroom but missing a towel warmer door.

Nice hotel and good location. Very professional and attentive staff.

Hotel is nice clean and well located, we chose to add some optional extras which were not there when we arrived the next day we spoke with staff the next day who said they didn't do them extras so we shrugged it off and went with our day. When we returned to our room we discovered that the extras had been placed into the room. Not the end of the world but slightly annoying.

Stayed at the Best Western. Great overnight hotel. Friendly staff. We didn't have any meals there so unable to comment. Reason being we only went to Paris for 2 days to explore as much as possible in that time and ate 'on the run'.

Worst hotel… Staff can just enter your room even if you are inside the room without the courtesy of knocking the door. NO PRIVACY… NO SECURITY… rooms miniature.

We cannot say enough fabulous things about our hotel! We would highly recommend it to ANYONE going to Paris! The location is amazing! Very close to shops, markets, cafes and a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. And, it is locate on a quite side street. The rooms are small but comfortable and the hotel is adorable. The staff is beyond expectation! Particularly the evening staff! They helped us with everything! It was like having our own tour guides!

Beautiful hotel in the 16th, very close to Metro and RER. The staff was absolutely delightful as well. Right around the corner from La Causerie. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience at this hotel. It is close to the Eiffel Tower (you can easily get there by foot), and the hotel staff was friendly to us during our stay (visit tips, restaurants, help for our reservations) ; We will stay again!

A hotel located in the suburbs of the capital and located a few meters walk of the place of the Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower. A residential area, quiet, well attended.
The reception of the hotel is very stylish.

Like the hotel. It located at the very nice neigborhood with all kind of access to mall about a block, two metro stations. Once at the west and one at the east end. It is not that far of the walk. I have a kid only 2 and a half old. Take the troller is a easy thing. Watch out of the elvator. It is small and only can fit two person. Also, because the area has a lot of dog owner, watch of dog poop. They are everywhere on the street. People don't pick it up. At night, it is diffcult to spot. I had been hit three times.

Positive: The Hotel has good humble interior and the staff is very helpful in directions and accomodate to our needs. Hotel staff english spoken and no difficulties getting around. Shuttle hotel to airport very fast. Toilet is clean and tidy, toiletries satisfactory. The housekeeping would provide security\safety of the hotel guests. The Breakfast is good. Negative:none.
