Apart from the location and the bedding, the rest is catstrophique and especially the noise. You can hear everything that's going on in the rooms. Can't close the eye. I think I have never seen a hotel as poorly soundproof.

A very cosy hotel, the spotless bathroom, and the bed very comfortable. It Is located in a very central area, train station and bus right next door. The only downside is that they have no one to speak Spanish, so you have to go mobile to translate and communicate.

Recently renovated. Small but comfortable. Very french. English speaking staff. Right next to metro, train and bus.

Good location, right across from the train station.
Reception could speak English, which unfortunately has to be emphasized in Paris.
Rooms a bit too small but clean.

Hotel in posizione strategica, di fronte ad uno snodo importante della metro. Camera pulita e confortevole. Personale cordiale e disponibile, tutti parlano inglese. Nel complesso Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato.

There wasn't air con in the room. We had to open the window, then we had to face with a lot of traffic noise. Also, the room wasn't sound proof according to the advertisement. We heard someone's snoring.

Ok, the good things about this hotel is that it is very close to train station, and from there u will go anywhere u like easily, you are close to the Montparnasse Tower which have a very good view on all Paris, there is a variety of restaurants outside the hotel and within walking distant (burger, Shawerma, Indian food) and more in the nearby mall attached to the tower, so location of hotel is A+, the rooms are clean, bathroom with shower, and the only thing I need to note is that the rooms, hallway, lift, and breakfast area all are small, I imagine most of Paris hotels are small too, and the breakfast is not a worthy option, you better get a bite outside, and the streets are never quite in this area, so if you are willing to keep the windows open, you better be someone who can sleep with some noise.
