This was quite possibly one of the worst hotels I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The only thing I do not have a complaint about was the bed because it was rather firm and provided ample support. The complaints start with the front desk staff. Of the six days and five nights we stayed at the hotel only one of the front desk staff members was friendly or even pleasant to deal with, but I think thats just because it was the world cup finale and we talked French football. The rest of the staff was either rude or never even had the decency to greet customers who walked through the lobby. There should also be a better system in place for when the attendant steps away from to desk as to not lock guests out because there isn't even a card reader like every other hotel or motel in existence has to open a locked door. Moving up towards the room. I am all for "saving the planet" and "going green", but it is very difficult to travel down narrow corridors with zero overhead lights at night and even during the day because of a lack of windows. Motion detectors are extremely cheap and effective and would be a brilliant way to save power and allow guests to see down the hallway. The room itself was mediocre at best. There was no refrigerator so I could not keep anything cold in the room, but there is also no where to get ice in the hotel so I couldn't even have an ice cold drink after returning from exploring the city all day.

Room correct and clean. Classic breakfast. Good welcome. Calm. Well located.

Very outdated hotel! 3 star hotel? Do not think so! More like your grandma’ attic to lay over! Showers have black mold EVERYWHERE, shower drain does not drain fast enough, gets overflowing, have to shut off water every 20-30 seconds for water to drain, wallpaper coming off walls, two huge stains on carpet, 1/4 of a wall in the room covered with plaster as it is being repaired, baseboards are cracked and coming off walls. They do have Wi-Fi but I think they still use dial-up, it is sooo slow. TV mount was fixed pointing to ceiling, could not watch TV, asked the front desk to get it fixed, a lady came up to the room, looked at it, said “Oh, I am sorry” AND WALKED AWAY! Didn’t even stop when I asked to send a handyman or move us to a different room (World Cup week). This place gets 1 star for the location and there is absolutely nothing else positive I could say about it.

Great location but the aue conditioning did not work.

A little expensive for the result.
Correct room although very small. Breakfast is faithful to the rest of the hotel.
However three remarks: smell of perfume very very strong and unpleasant in my room, which remind especially that there are bad odors to hide.
The doors slam very loud and the hallway is so noisy.
Air conditioning unit very very noisy (gas traffic noise) while it was stopped!

In single bedroom, putting bed close to the wall made the customer to use the bed only on one side wich makes the mattres bending.

Small but nice room (not exceptional either for a hotel that wants to be 3 stars). A little expensive for my taste (115 small breakfast not included).

Good location Room correct, a little small and a big problem of water pressure at the shower level.

Located in a lively area, the nights are quiet even on the street. Breakfast is good. The rooms are OK and the bedding is very good. In the bathroom the bathtub dates a bit and the lighting is not enough to shave. 228 euros for 2 nights, to advise.

Hotel that could be perfect — or almost — if the laundry service was better done. The sheets were changed after an insistent request.
I was alone in a double room; I am surprised to have paid the tourist tax for two!
I will come back may be because very convenient location.

Very good location for tourists or professionals who stay in Paris.
The subway is 2 steps away and there are all the desirable restaurants, from gourmet to fast and Discount.
As for the most touristy sites, they are 10 minutes by metro.
The room and bathroom are well kept, and it is good to sleep there.

Good hotel, clean and cheap a step from the center. Very small rooms.

Service was good yet some of the reception employee were not friendly.

Clean and bright room. Bedding very well. The staff is "cold" compared to their counterparts in the Timhotel chain.

Great location, good environment and more than acceptable hotel with quadruple room with a terrific price.

I stayed in this hotel for four days and enjoyed every moment. I found each of the staff members very approachable, courteous and helpful. The location was ideal for metro, RER and bus access for the whole region, and it is situated close to restaurants, bars, cinemas and Paris's famed cultural jewels. I'll be back!

Very good hotel I stay there every time I go to Paris. Close to the train station in a lively Montparnasse street.

Near Tower and Notre Dame, 15' walk, cheap.

Fantastic experience. A. C. Was available and the Wi-Fi is good if you're not in a bad area. Location was amazing.

Very well located near the Gare Montparnasse. Hotel very nice, quiet, clean, nice room, rich breakfast in a nice decor… I recommend.

Me and my friend stayed from 18 to 22 of August. I highly recommend this hotel for people who want to have a good night sleep after a long day walking in Paris. Location is perfect. Very near to metro and bus stops. Lots of food shops and restaurants are in the same street. Staffs were very polite and friendly. When we arrived Mr. Murad was in reception. He gave as all information we needed. Give as all the bus numbers and their directions which was very help full. (thank you murad). Hotel was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Only if they can improve their breakfast! We had fantastic time there.

Murs sales, lit grinçant, armoire sentant la sueur. Bruits dans les conduites d'eau, vivement déconseille cet hôtel. On est arrivé a l'hotel. Hotel decevant lit qui grince uncomfortable. Murs sales. Vielle moquette. G ouvrrt l'armoire ca sent la transpiration. Je veux pas mettre Wi-Fi car mot de passe c notre adresse mail personnel. Ils sont fous! Demain je vais me plaindre au responsable. Il va m'entendre.!

Very bad as they do not refund when you cancel 2 weeks before!

It's alright, rooms are nice and clean but the showers need a little improvement. Mine and my friends' where kind of dirty with black mold on the trimmings. Breakfast prices are too high. Very great location for access to great bars and restaurants. Don't ask the staff for recommendations on places to eat or go out, not a clue of what to do.

Value offering negative price. If the requirements pertaining to the stars are equal to Italy does not deserve even one star instead of the four bearing. Scale looking room, we moved with diffi culties cardroom where the same thing holds true — you ate breakfast. The only advantage is the location (that does not depend on the hotel) from where you can easily reach all the attractions of the city.

Very good quality or the rooms are clean, the staff is impeccable. Newspapers service is offered as well as hot drinks in the rooms. Nothing to say no more on the cleanliness of the rooms. I recommend it.

Really liked the location. Around a lot of real French cafes and restaurants, shops. Very close to Metro station across the street. You can quickly get to the main sights of Paris. On foot you can reach the Luxembourg Palace and Park, where a nice stroll and listen to concerts on the weekend.

Upon arrival to the hotel — I checked in at the front desk. I had made my reservation 2 months in advance. They could not find my reservation. I had brought the printout with confirmation as requested. I had reserved a superior room. Without telling me they put me in a double room. I did not realize this until the second night when I saw the small plack stating it was a double room. The double was cramped to say the least. The shower head was busted. The air conditioning leaked A LOT. We went downstairs to ask for another room (a superior room which I had reserved) and they said I would have had to asked in the morning for a room change. I told them about the air conditioner and they said there was nothing they could do about it. So the air conditioner leaked all night, again and I got very little sleep. The next morning they did move me to a superior room. The room was more spacious and the AC did not leak. But the free Wi-Fi which was boasted on my reservation did not work at all unless I was in the hallway. The staff told me this was my computer's problem not mine. When I checked out I asked to be charged for a double room for my first 2 nights instead of the superior room they said "it's all in there" I looked at my bill and there were no changes. I never will stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone.
