Lovely place! After a long day exploring the city I always felt like I was coming home. Clean rooms, wonderful decor, and very friendly staff. Close to the metro, and great places to eat.

Henriette has a unique style, it's in a class of its own, it's always nice to return thanks to its comfort and typical Paris atmosphere. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable enough to let you fully enjoy your stay. Breakfast is very good, quality is super high even if it lacks a bit in choice. Each room has a different design, the hotel is in a very good position (Les Gobelins metro station is just 2 minutes away).

Amazing value and service. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and offered great recommendations (in English or French). Our room was small but cozy. Nice and safe location, just a few meters from the Les Gobelins (line) metro station.

Awesome little hotel in Paris! The whole place has a great feel to it and we throughly enjoyed our stay! The staff at the front desk were super helpful and nice, offered to keep an eye on our bikes thst we had locked up outside over night. Fresh little pastries on arrival and also tea and lollies available on the afternoon. We enjoyed a room upgrade so we have no complaints there, super comfy beds and the bathrooms were small but all we needed. Would definitely come stay again if we were in Paris!

Quaint, modest and nicely located. Plenty of local bistros, nice breakfast buffet. Near both Les Gobelins and Place d'Italie metro stations, providing easy access to many likely destinations.

Fantastic for the price. Family-run hotel with a lot of character. I enjoyed the quiet location and the interior design, with vintage furniture and fixtures selected and arranged with a lot of taste. The staff was very friendly, not just polite, and seemed to be happy working there. Taking my breakfast in the small outdoor patio was the best way to start the day.

Really nice hotel just steps from a metro line. It's clean, the staff is all wonderful, and it's easy to get nearly anywhere in Paris from here. Only downside is the Wi-Fi is awful.

Excellent hotel. Room was clean, light and spacious. Front desk very helpful and spoke fluent English. Location is slightly out of the way of the main attractions but there is a Metro station nearby.

Amazing little hotel in the centre of Paris. Very nice staff and great atmosphere.

The hotel is lovely. Located outside of the main touristic streams, it can iffer a different angle on Paris. The only drawback is that in peak hours the shower was without warm water: they told us it was our room only and a trick to make it work but it worked only once.

We stayed for two nights and the staff was very helpful, fast and efficient this is a superb location because you have many cafes and shops within easy walking distance. Cozy rooms and great water pressure. Very safe neighborhood. Catching a taxi is very simple and there are many places to flag one down within one or two blocks of the hotel. They will also gladly call you a taxi.

A beautifully designed, modern hotel with cool spaces for lounging and breakfast. The rooms are bijou but you don't go to Paris to sit in a hotel room! The bathrooms are small, but gave us the idea to remodel our tiny apartment (& we also then sourced and bought some pieces we first saw at Hotel Henriette! ) The spaces are intimate and the location is great for travel from Gare du Nord on arrival and for travelling the city. Highly recommend this for a design-appreciative couple or group of friends.

What a nice little boutique hotel! Very convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff, very nice breakfast buffet, and bouquets of peonies and irises with queen's lace in rustic pitchers stationed around the ground floor. … There is also a little patio with a table where you can sit and have a drink. The patio was clearly once a courtyard, but people have divided it with walls. I would definitely consider staying here again sometime. Bronya Feldmann.

Very good hotel. Clean and nice looking rooms, very nice and helpful staff. The rooms are quite small but very cozy for two persons. The room I stayed in had good air-conditioning. The bathroom is nice and clean but it is a bit strange not having a lock on the door and a semi-seethrough glass window. Still it is not a big deal. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Paris. It is not expensive, there is literally no road noise and it is very close to the subway.

This hotel gives you the chance to take some nice instagram shots but living in it is another thing. The lobby is nice and well furnished but the room is not as cool, actually there's nothing special about the room, except that it's extraordinarily small. My room had the smallest hotel bathroom I have seen, with a tap smaller than my hand. I stayed for a business trip looking for a calssic hotel, but sadly it doesn't have the boutique feel after leaving the lobby.

Me and my wife stayed for a few days while on our honeymoon. People at the front desk were extremely nice and spoke enough English we could understand. The first thing that hits you is the decor. It's a mix of retro and modern — we found out that the owner hand picked all the pieces from flea markets. Make it a point to sit inside their inner garden area at least once. The elevator is extremely small — can only fit one person with luggage or two adults (maybe). The hallways are also extremely small so make sure you're not loud unless you want the whole floor hearing. (We had to listen to our neighbors for a little bit — they had to be on their honeymoon too… wink wink. Hey, it's Paris! ). The room was a little small and the decor wasn't as cool as the lobby. There was only half a shower door in the tub so a lot of water spilled out onto the floor. This place is definitely for those that appreciate interior design and don't mind the hotel being a bit smaller.

Nothing to say about this small hotel very well located, a real quiet cocoon to the decoration and trendy. Very good quality bedding. The little extras that I loved: NUXE products in the room, the goodies and the breakfast of madness!

A charming design and vintage little hotel at the core of Paris 13. It's very well maintained and the personnel is really nice and helpful. They also speak amazingly good English. Rooms are small but perfectly well organized. Their Wi-fi is reliable enough, which is an important point for professionals on a business trip. The price is also quite reasonable for a *** hotel in such a central area, litterally 3mn away from the underground.

Perfectly perfect! Superb, neat and full of personality. Every room is different. Away from the standardised hotels where the room is the same as that of the neighbour and whatever city you are in. A real personality. A real taste. It feels like Paris. The little courtyard is an enchantment. The staff is at the small care. And the breakfast is delicious and hearty… What more can you ask for?

I've been there three times now. It's not a luxury hotel, obviously, but it's inexpensive and the rooms are okay. Familiar atmosphere, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Well connected to public transportation, and it's even well possible to walk to the city centre. Area is nice and safe.

We are staying at the Residence now and have enjoyed staying here. It's inexpensive and the owners are very helpful with getting around-we forgot the guidebook at home! Today we decided to try the petit dejeuner here because it looks so pleasant and the coffee is more what Americans might drink in the morning, than expresso. We like the small hotel atmosphere. Not for people who don't want to see Paris on a budget.
