Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are clean. The breakfast taste very good and very fresh! Only thing is the bathtub that is a little bit small😅

It's a great hotel clean room. Staff were friendly. Just a couple things detract. Lack of shelves or drawers for clothes. Breakfast not as good as some of the other hotels and missing the kettle, tea coffee etc in the room. Expect to pay €2 for a drink.

Perfectly situated. Spacious room, for 2 adults and 2 children. Calm.
Breakfast has will very well stocked.
In addition games available for children, bar in the evening and coffee vending machines …
Frankly very good.
I recommend and would gladly come.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is super friendly with nice and polite staff. Just that I find the mattress a little too hard for my taste. After it is super good and super pretty.

The staff and management is on top. Listening to customers, tries to find solutions to each request of visitors. Restaurant and perfect breakfast. Perfect value for money.

Spacious room, with wardrobe and some hangers, a desk, a real hair dryer, clean and clear room. Good bedding but too bad there is no box spring or slats.

I've been in a few hotels over the years, non of these were so bad as this one! I clearly asked for a room at the back of the building (for instance) because me and my family are light sleepers, I got the room across the elevator…
I havent slept all night because allot of guests will loudly pass my door, but not only this made me sleep only 1 hour. The beds are like concrete with a thin layer of whool. I heard the guests next to me having s*x all night long almost as if I was laying next to them, well at least someone is having a good time 🙃 but maybe the walls should be thicker… like allot thicker.
I've been told the Wi-Fi should work after 10min, I've been here for almost 10hours and its still not working. If you're tall like me you couldn't enjoy a shower because the showerhead is fixed at a hight of about 1m60-1m75.
The "low" price for this hotel is in the end still too much because I might even had more sleep in a youth hostel…
Now there are allot of other things that are seriously wrong but I do not want to spent any more time in this hotel! I just want to leave as soon as possible!

A very good hotel, a pleasant and a team very attentive to the visitors. A games room is available : at the top! Meals and breakfasts : at the top too! About our room : very quiet and especially very clean (as the whole hotel), the shower and the TOILET are spotless! I recommend and I will return.

We can not fault this b&b everyone is friendly the staff are accommodating and the rooms are clean basic and very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

Stayed as a family of 5, 2 adults ages19 — 17-8, rooms fab for us, hotel very clean, food lovely, shuttle service brilliant, only down fall request from hubby more Heineken glasses as lager went flat in basic pint glass! But excellent hotel will use again on next and recommend to others 5 stars for me.

A habit now to come home you. 5 times 6 soon. Hotel very clean and well soundproofed, friendly staff, good breakfast and location geography perfect with free shuttle to the Disney park. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel nice rooms stayed few times.

We went there on 24 and 25 August. The hotel is very clean. The room we had was spacious and quiet! I took the menu pasta and it was not top. The breakfast is simple but good. I recommend 100% this hotel!

Very clean hotel and very friendly staff. Extremely helpful. Highly recommended as the Disneyland 4 — 5 min. With the hotel shuttle is away and it goes back until late at night.

Good healthy buffet breakfast, a chill area outside to relax after a full day at disney, friendly. And helpful staff.

Absolutely terrible! Bathroom completely flooded 3 times, water either boiling hot or no water at all. Rubbish not moved and sheets not changed in 4 days!

A very nice Hotel, close to Disneyland Paris, nice rooms, staff very nice and caring, breakfast delicious and hearty, no one knows what to choose… I would recommend and I would return during my next trip to Disneyland ❤️

Lovely hotel. A whole new world from the Disney themed parks. Kids enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and very friendly staff. The bar stocked lots of different beers and spirits, you can get bar snacks too. Theres a van outside what cooks burgers, nuggets and chips. We ate here one night and food was nice. The breakfast was just a standard continental but did have cooked breakfast food too. It was very crowded and you had to find your own table. The meals at night was okay we had it a couple of times but enjoyed it. The petting zoo was adorable and loved how the kids could get close to them. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend staying here. The only little points I would say beware of is the buses are complimentary but gets very crowded and it's a free for all. There was pushing and shoving trying to get on. Also the breakfast just be aware that it gets crowded. We can't wait to go back.

I currently have a friend staying at this place who has a little girl who is autistic and is only 4. The poor little one has a high temperature and has been sick all night. This establishment wouldn’t even allow my friend to take her poorly child food to the room from breakfast and was made to bring her down. She also asked for an ice pop to sooth her and they refused to unlock the freezer until 5pm — they keys are behind the bar right next to them. I am absolutely appalled at the level of service in this place and my poor friend and her little girl are sat hungry and sick in a room in a hotel that’s like a prison — this needs sorting immediately!

Always a pleasure to stay there. The rooms are perfect, staff is friendly and welcoming, the breakfast very complete, is included in the price (very nice) and the shuttle bus service to go into the park Disneyland Paris are assets that make me come back very often in this hotel without talking about the customer service, very responsive and generous (room upgrade, reduced overnight to the loyalty or invitation)!

Strong of a first experience as a couple bous back in the family. This is a super location, rooms functional, Breakfast great. Dinner super formula. Little Brooke this time, we had dishes bebe made in-house to keep cool, we take blocks of ice blue. But he refuse to keep them in the freeze for us. Hotelier myself, accustomed to hikers, this service is essential, damage.
