Do NOT stay at this hotel! The rooms are vey average. Even with compass club which is ultra expensive, it zero European quality when it comes to service or utilities. They also managed to not inform people with bookings that they are renovating the pool for 2 months. Shocking service, very average rooms. Truly not worth the money.

Excellent food. Vast choice. Excellent service. Disney Meal deal is recommended to secure your table.

Away for half an hour for breakfast and cleaning staff have taken over 60€ and £70 out of a purse which was inside a bag. So raiding customers bags and stealing from them. Should be able to trust your belongings are safe within your room!

Thank you Newport Bay Club! we had 3 amazing days! although there are so many guests, everybody in your staff is soo friendly and courteous. We would love to come back as soon as possible. The only things I missed are some water dispenser.

Avoid. Over priced travel lodge. Looks amazing from the outside. Inside. Poor old and dated. Rooms not clean. Very basic. Restaurants can’t cope. Only good point is location.

Had a fantastic time at this hotel! Would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat. We loved our rooms (interconnected), and loved the indoor and outdoor pools. Great location for Disney Village and the parks. Only very slight downside for us was that there was only one tiny lift for all the families with pushchairs/wheelchairs to get up to the lobby area after returning from the parks, which meant a huge queue and lots of tired kids. Still not a big deal and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Huge pro to this hotel was all the armbands and floats provided in the pool area!

Excellent service and accommodation. Room overlooking Lake Disney and connecting walkways to parks. Lovely nautical theme throughout. 10 degrees hotter would be ideal (being picky now) Feel relaxed already. X.

The hotel location is breathtaking. The room is clean. Food was okay. All in all it was an accommodating stay, great service. We will back in the near future.

The rooms are beautiful but some that you look at closely … the quality is not there …
The Air Conditioning does not work … Windows do not open… The shower head and shower are formula 1 qualities (this does not prevent you from washing certainly … but at the price of the night … how to say we expect "luxury"! )
2 hours of waiting with 5 different calls to succeed in having a maintenance team to open a window with their "magic" key! And make the air conditioning work again… but that you can't set below 21degres! So in the end you're still hot!
There is no small fridge or coffee maker… this is found in many hotels nowadays has much more reasonable rates!
Double bed of 140 cm … at this price there we expect from the 160 …
This hotel is a pure scam! Just in the look!

Great welcome, nice clean rooms and next to the park!

We arrived yesterday in this hotel which we find very beautiful. The staff are very nice and professional. After we are registered we were directed to the concierge to book our tables for our next meals. We discover our room which is spacious and well arranged.
We spent the day at the park and on our return to the Yacht Club restaurant, received a warm welcome. The meal lived up to our expectations. Our little princess of 3 years discovered rather in the lobby of the hotel, photo with this friend for his greatest pleasure. Our princess is in mind to look for Minnie in the hotel after a vain search, she interviews different people of the establishment and a person informs her that she will go to see Mickey in his office to inquire and advises her to check in the room under the beds during this time. A person knocks on the door of our room and there surprise Mickey made him wear a coloring kit and a stuffed Rajah tiger since our princess no longer lets go. Today we will enjoy the park again. Of course we're going back in search of Minnie.

Very nice spacious hotel, our family room for 5 was large and each a bed bed. Breakfast a bit expensive but top with table service sanitary conditions oblige. I recommend but on weekdays for more tranquility and less people.

Compass club was well worth it. Immediate check in, luggage was stored until 3pm then brought up to our room when it was ready. Breakfast in compass club lounge was nice. Relaxed atmosphere. Loved the pancake maker! access to unlimited soft drinks/teas/coffee in the lounge was also a bonus. Friendly staff. Ended up with 58 choc coins during a 4 night stay! room was spacious & clean. Cape cod wasn't for us, only ate their once. Good enough selection but no foods to our liking. Ideal location close to park. Lovely setting by the lake. Highly reccomend.

Comfortable and clean room. Food and services were average. But very near to Disney park. Easy commute n perfect location. Enjoyed the swimming pools both inside and outside. One can also get pictures with Disney characters like Donald duck, Pluto etc. Overall stay was good and relaxed.

Excellent hotel especially for disabled, we had a lovely stay, the hotel is massive so you could easily get lost, the staff all speak perfect English and are very friendly and helpful, we had a lovely stay.

Only been here one night so far, but lovely and clean room and very helpful staff, the only thing that's a pain in one lift to go down to the restaurants and can only fit one wheelchair or buggy in (and same lift to go out back of hotel so very busy)

Super helpful staff, lovely place, nice rooms. If you eat in the cape cod restaurant don’t eat the beef it is bloody horrid. Everything else is very tasty.

Expected more! £2700 and the room is very very basic. Stayed in nicer Ibis rooms! And that’s saying something.

Beautiful hotel and Disney amenities and atmosphere.

Hard beds, very basic, worst food I’ve ever eaten in a hotel, veal sausages for breakfast, 2 veal choices for dinner with one cod and a turkey, limited buffet kids ate chicken nuggets and rice every night, they would have to pay me to stay there again!

Pros: it is 5 minutes of walk from the Disney village. The staff was helpful and nice, spoke very good English. Checking in was fast and without problems. Cons: this hotel is in desperate need of refurbishing. The room felt dusty and quite old-school. We expected more, considering it has 4 stars, and the price we payed. There was quite difficult to get a table for dinner, we only got it for 22:00 on the day of arrival — although we were only 2 adults — and had to book in advance for the next day already. All in all Disneyland was fabulous, this hotel… not so much.

Great hotel 15 minutes from the park. Spacious rooms equipped with everything you need. Large beds and very comfortable. Fast and efficient service.

Spectacular Hotel. The care is fantastic and fast every time we need something. The room is big, clean, and beautiful, in addition to we touched the side of the elevator. The swimming pool of the hotel is beautiful and give you clean towels when you enter. This 15 minutes walk by the lake to the disney park, in fact it takes less time on foot than by bus. The breakfast is buffet and was also very good and varied. The day that we return again hotel without hesitation.

Nice hotel; recently renovated. Rooms were clean and efficient. Staff very friendly (apart from pool attendant who was extremely grumpy and useless). Buffet breakfast was excellent (check your half/full-board to make sure you don't have to pay a supplement for the breakfast! ) and we filled up on pancakes and bacon.

Hotel great, restaurants and other services above the average. Very good pools for relaxation with a jacuzzi included. Very good Buffet. More than wiped clean.

This place is truly magical. Rooms are beautiful. Kids loved indoor and outdoor pool. Breakfast in the morning is awesome. Eggs+Beans+Bacon was much better than in the UK :D and that's your basic English breakfast (without tomato and black pudding). Go to France to get it better :) Stuff is polite and will help you with everything. 1 star is down for the price of food. Ridiculously high. Kids menu starts from €25 and meal for grown-ups is about €50. That's per person. And without drinks. 0.5 beer is €8.

Four star hotel and staff were mostly very friendly and helpful but normally only if you asked the right questions. Rooms are great for families, clean and room for a family of four including a baby cot however hope you like it warm as air conditioning unit goes no lower than 20 degrees. Food was good and as long as you go at quiet times you do not need to book in advance. Breakfast lots of choice as was the buffet dinner. Meal plan is a must. Pool facilities excellent but deep so use arm bands provided by hotel… you get towels provided, very good but cold for young children. Negative only one lift to ground floor to exit to park which is only 10-15min walk by lake.

Newport Bay is a perfect hotel for a family holiday in Disneyland Paris. Beautiful surroundings, excellent staff especially those serving Compass Club members (a special thanks to Juan who accommodated each of our requests making our stay extremely enjoyable), well maintained facilities (we particularly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool), excellent food which was artfully displayed (I admired the servers and the chef who showed great patience with the children and harried parents who created a sometimes chaotic atmosphere), and even the security guards who did their job professionally without losing their smiles… Perhaps the only negative point which could also be considered a positive was the distance to the park entrance which was rather far (20 minute brisk walk). But we took the shuttle bus the last day (we were on our last legs) which alleviated this problem. Really a very nice hotel which for me was even better than the Disneyland hotel which is more cramped and less modern. Thank you!

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, I either leave good reviews or none at all, but this hotel is appalling. Currently staying here with my husband & young (6 & 16 year old) family, half board, cannot get into any of the restaurants or any of the associated park restaurants until 10pm for dining! What child (or adult for that matter) wants or needs to eat at 10pm? We understand in hotels at least one A la Carte restaurant you should book, but for every eating area buffet bar to not be available without booking until 10pm when you pay for half board is a disgrace. Currently sat in the lounge with a 6 year old waiting to eat until 10pm, have been waiting from 7.30pm. Totally unacceptable. Pool also out of order all week. To their credit the waitresses in the compass lounge have tried to be accommodating by offering cakes. But so disappointing we cannot feed a family before 10pm.

Superb in every way, exceptional evening meal and breakfast, great view of the lake from the room, no noise in the room, small downside on the often crowded reception but thank you all the same for its unforgettable memories.

We had a great time :) The hotel is very large but has good organisation, no waiting on arrival at the front desk and the staff are friendly and smiling. The room was fine, no worries about cleanliness. Hotel well secure also with several mandatory security checks. And finally Disney Village is not even a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We'll be back for our next stay at Disney!

4 days spent in this hotel, warm and smiling welcome, always clean room, bed do, towel changed when desired, Taxi reservation for 4am.
King's breakfast, both for American bacon scrambled egg as well as for European milk, tartine, cereals, buffet has the height of its price and of course a will.
Clean and pleasant pool, evening buffet has 35th really not decu, I really tasted everything. No food poisoning during our stay.
I grant a lot of a 5 and I'll be ready to go back and give the prize. Thanks Newport Bay Club.

Hotel certainly very well we were upgraded in place of the cheyenne only being partly in renovation it was better to stay at the cheyenne super disappointed.
