Without a doubt, number 3 is my favorite restaurant. The Chef's vi-gtal cuisine knows how to surprise me every time. This culinary approach where meat and fish are used above all to highlight the fruits and vegetables of your vegetable garden or local producers is simply great.
Their welcome as well as their service in the dining room is also in my opinion perfect.
Well done.

Very unusual concept. The whole menu is a surprise. You can choose 3-5-7 course. Everything was very tasty: simple, but brings out flavors of food.

The best star on the Ile de France, no doubt possible. A reference, a kitchen never faulted, a mistress of the house (Julie) very pleasant, good advice, never invasive, smiling despite feeling that she holds the barracks (lol). Professional what. Too bad he didn't see the chief anymore, but he's got so much to do. The MUST I tell you!

I would like to have given Five Stars. Presentation and service are perfect, the first course was creative and very scrumptious, then the main coures arrived which also looked perfect but looks were not enough. I had a pork chop which was just a lump of fat with a scrap of meat and was very dry. My wife had Chicken and it was just wet and tastless. Its a shame because its such a nice place and the service was the best I have had in France.

Can't say enough about how good this place is, and how lucky we are that it is so close to our house. Everything, and I mean everything, is well thought out and of high quality. A special treat is the variety of wines proposed by the staff are outside of what you would normally buy, and they are excellent. But the real reason to come here is, of course, the amazing modern and surprising cuisine. We discover new tastes and combinations and have great memories each visit. I highly recommend the 5 — or 7-course 'chef's menu. ' You will be in good hands and enjoy every bite!

Superb lunch on Sunday 3 June 2018 for the anniversary of my mom! Thank you to the chef and all his team friendly and dynamic.

Inventive cuisine, the marriage of flavors is very well thought out and executed. The service is nice. The frame is modern, dark, felted. The prices are adapted. I recommend!

Very good address. The dishes concocted by the chef are delicious, full of surprises, not pretentious. The wines were perfectly in agreement.

Decent but certainly not fantastic. Food lacked taste, beef was tough, dessert ultra-sweet. Disappointing and expensive.

We had a very good evening. We took the 7 services, the dishes are very good and classic. I would have liked a bit of originality/risk taking on a dish. The service is perfect and the setting pleasant.

The owners of this establishment did not encourage the peace of the brains or that of the households, having opted for the perfection of their cuisine. Every guest in front of the menu of dishes all as enticing as each other had in mind, that once he returned home, he would certainly be remorseful about his choice. So, out of goodness of heart, in order to avoid to their customers this kind of disappointment, the chef and his wife decided to offer two menus at different rates without announcing the dishes served.
The client would no longer have to martyr his mind, all devoted to tasting, to the pleasure of the senses. As for household peace, it is more complicated.
Usually my wife, lets me finish her dishes when her little stomach screams thanks. Here, there is no longer any question as these are magnified (there comes the red mullet, ah! This red mullet, …). But you can, rest assured, go there as a couple, if you just look at your plate. Fine cuisine power 1000.

The restaurant is delicious. The dishes are original, well presented, and the room, with modern décor, is very nice.
The rooms, all different, have a lot of charm and are very well equipped: bathrobes, bath salts and Nespresso machine are for example at disposal.
We had a great evening!

I've never been disappointed! The place is very nice and peaceful. The service is impeccable. As for the taste side, fresh regional products whose associations remain in our memory. Thank you.

We are one of the faithful customers of this table. Every time we go, Julie and Laurent T… always manage to surprise us and delight our palates with their creativity.
This time, very special mention for both fat half-cooked and citrus dessert. A delight!

The 5 services menu is € 62 including drinks, 7 services to €78 (without drinks).
Pairings and wine are at €20 or €25 according to the menu, which is very reasonable!
In large gourmet (Gourmet) we opted for the grand menu.
The meal starts with the appetizers (in (bonus! ) : a pumpkin mousse topped with a cream with chives (very good and fresh), mini fluted tuna, a roll of smoked salmon mousse of foie gras on a little crispy toast!
They bring us the butter: one smoked salt (delicious! ) and other algae.
Another bonus not la carte is served to us: a salad of potato and haddock with an emulsion of beets. Normally I do not like the beets and the haddock and loved so much it was Britney!
Then comes the cannelloni of crab and Apple, white cheese with herbs and cauliflower couscous! Delicious, fresh and delicate!
Followed by a nut of St James, puree of carrot orange (acidity was perfect) with an emulsion to the lobster. Excellent!
Of pan-fried duck foie gras is served on a delieuse puree with truffle.
A chicken broth with small vegetables minestrone way allows us to take a digestive break between foie gras and Guinea fowl.
Place to the supreme of Guinea fowl served with red cabbage and a puree of parsnips. The x of the fowl was perfect and very tender meat!
We spend a brie Sonny with a heart of mascarpone cheese with truffle cheese!

Everything simply exquisite, perfect.
