This residence is a huge scam. I had a horrible experience. It's been over six months since I checked out yet they have not refunded my security deposit. I arrived here after a long flight from India, but they did not even let me see my room till I paid 3 months of rent in advance. However it's been 6 months now, but still there is no sign of refunding my security deposit. They don't even reply to my emails. Not at all recommended for international students.

I lived at Pythagore through the duration of my masters program. I need to initially mention the ridiculous headaches they are now creating AFTER I have left the country. I was expecting my security deposit back, when the residence charged me for 2 days that I DID NOT live there. I moved in September 2, however they charged me for August 30-31st. They didn’t advise me that they would be removing this from my deposit and they now refuse to return the money back regardless of the fact that I moved in later on. When I arrived the room was sizeable, unclean (toilette had stains, there was a black mark on my duvet, stove had stuck on food — looks like the last person living there just moved out and they didn’t even sweep the place, but they’ll still charge you a cleaning fee after you move out! ). The running manager was very plesant to deal with, however this other manager I am dealing with for my current issue is being extremely unreasonable. One of the elevators was down for two months.

Catastrophic Service, gym in a very bad condition, general Zn only one washing machine functional for the entire residence. A lot of noise since the walls pass the sound…

The rooms are ok and the staff is nice but you won’t be able to sleep past 8AM as they continuously do repair work so you will hear either the hammer or the drill. Other than that the kitchen fans are directly connected to the ventilation system so you will get smell from what your neighbours are cooking inside your flat. In my opinion it is not worth the 800+ it costs per month.

The ventilation is very noisy and it is not possible to have lunch on site. On the other hand the Cartier is quiet.

If the place is quiet and pretty and the studio not bad for the price. However the room is rather icy. We asked for a quilt that was not provided to us. We were offered to sleep with the door of the bathroom open with its heating on, it was insufficient. We also asked for a second chair (we were two people), it was not also brought to us. And to close and in final bouquet, we were forced to take our luggage down the stairs on the day of our departure the two elevators being broken.

The messy rooms and dirty floors, also found in the microwave oven old burnt meatballs.
One night back, at the residence, the elevator was out of function. Climbed up the emergency stairs with excrement above.
Horrible.

Expensive for the service it offers.

This establishment is a huge scam, I made a reservation as a student and paid the reservation fees. Two weeks before I came I called to check and they told me the appartment will only be available 3 weeks after the scheduled date, I stayed in the hotel for three weeks and finally they told me they cancelled the reservation and they wont even refund the reservation fees. Im going to sue them …

The dîner was to expensive for the quality of the meal. The location is very nice though, and the service excellent.

Cosy rooms Although a little small, but it is equipped with all the essentials to stay. The view points on the street, you see some palace depending on the room.

Rooms very eager and staff very available and pleasant. Good value for money! The renovated F3 is sublime. Great for business and leisure, keep up the team!

Space is too little and not clean floor nor room.

You need a lot of courage and patience if you want to choose here.

Pure tubers, never put your money in a society of such amateurs.
The residence confirmation opposite has the air of a palace, as this is a dustbin.

I'm very unsatisfied with the residence. Wifi, boiler, TV etc are not working. Most of all what is wrong with staff. Why r they so unhelpful and try to be bossy? I'm not sure the staff with a glasses knows the meaning of customers. Very disappointed with staff's rudeness and services.
