Hotel is fantastic and Staff is even more fantastic! I had a problem with my reservation because of the travel agency, and the reception team was there to help me and my stay of 2 weeks was guaranteed.

Clean place and easy access to public transport.

Pleasant hotel with private room to host corporate seminars. We were also able to have a snack at the end of the interview and it was pretty good overall.

Comfortable bed, great service, good Wi-Fi connectivity, and great breakfast.

Good hotel good cleaning and great breakfasts I just had dinner and I have to say that the kitchen is disc rescurably good.

Very friendly, competent staff. Clean, great equipped, our children were thrilled that there were free games like PS4, computers etc. In the lobby. Delicious varied breakfast. Good location, close to the metro. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

The air conditioning is not quite included. I slept very badly because of an intolerable heat added to the humidity caused by the shower. The only answers to the reception is that the air conditioning system is not activated for the summer period yet. In the meantime it's very awkward. That said, everything else is impeccable.

I come here regularly for business conference. Very good welcome.

Very nice setting, very nice welcome, good facilities, good service, attentive and smiling staff, but the first time I ate there the chicken was not cooked enough, chewy and hard to cut and chew, the second time it was better but the chicken Slightly rubbery and above all the bottles of flat and carbonated water were laid and opened well before our arrival and therefore lukewarm. And asking for fresh water is answered that there is only water at room temperature.
I had fresh water in several small cheap restaurants so a little effort would do good for all.
If it was only for the kitchen, I would have put 2 stars.

Rooms are OK. Breakfast buffet is awesome. However one of the manager didn't know how to mix drinks at the bar, had poor hand hygiene and poor customer service/attitude. Novotel needs to rethink this managers position as I am a paying customer.

I was pretty happy with my stay (business, alone). Breakfast was ok, some vegetarian options and they did have soy "milk". The rooms were ok but not more. Many of the TV channels did not work. The lobby had quite strong smell of perfume. I thought it was the personal in the lobby but it was the same every day despite new people in the lobby. Just saying if you have allergies etc.

This is a nice place. The rooms are spacious and staff are welcoming. Good Wifi and tasty meals too. Well air conditioned rooms and nice bathrooms. This is a very nice place to be.

Nice hotel! With a restaurants beside the hotel. There is one local convinient store opened till late at night. Just need to walk a little bit far. Overall, it was such a nice stay at this hotel.

The hotel staff is very cool but the type of maintenance is poorly polished and talks to people with no respect, too bad for the interveners!

Love this place, especially the staff. Ms. Siguell at the reception is one of the most helpful people you'll meet. She'll always go beyond the call of duty and will help you out with a smile. The hotel is located almost outside the city but is well connected by Metro.

I stay in this hotel every year at least once, visiting the inlaws and this is a great hotel with very good value for money if you book in advance. Staff is friendly, good parking, clean hotel rooms and for the rest all you can expect from a 3 star chain hotel. Solid performance.

Great place to stay. Our only complaint is that the air conditioning was not working but they moved us to a room with windows that open.
