Without air conditioning… the summer was very hot.

Very happy with the hotel, the workers are lovely, the rooms very complete and the breakfast superb. I recommend it. They also speak Spanish.

I leave a dessert on my night table at night to find out the next morning insect-infested, coming from under the bed, under the desk, from everywhere! Vision of Horror.
Staff at the edge of the friendly, I preferred not to stay. I do not recommend.

Medium service, very limited breakfast buffet.

My first choice always in Paris.

A shame for the hotel world.
I had to go to Levallois for business. I booked a double room.
5 minutes before taking my train to Paris, an employee of the hotel calls me to ask me if I agree to cancel and take a single room. I answer the negative (I was looking for more comfort).
The employee made me understand that I had no choice…
I still remember the smile in the corner of the person at the reception when she saw my identity card…
Obviously, neither I, nor my friends will put their feet back in this place.
These employees should not underestimate the effects of their incompetence…
A disgruntled customer is a client who alerts his friends, and it has a snowball effect.
I hope these employees will have the intelligence to understand it…

Beautiful Parisian view of the window, rooms much too heated, storage present, breakfast inssufisant, good welcome and convenient for just one night and again.

I spent 2 nights (Monday and Tuesday last 26-27 March) and I went home with pimples all over the body (Something Awful! ). After consulting with my doctor, this is bed bug. I suggest you not accept room 38! See just avoiding this hotel.

The rooms are different in size but are generally very compact. Room rate plus City tax, 67 Euro per night. Service generally, one of the rooms we live in has a stain on the sheets and stayed for three nights without changing it for us. Front desk morning and evening class is two black brothers, handover work is not good. Room amenities only with hair soap, bath lotion and towels.

Not as per expectations. Average hotel and too small rooms.

Room of different sizes, at a very affordable rates for Paris. Nice staff Lacks a can of sound insulation, but it's Paris.

No good services, very small bathroom and away from everything you have to move by taxi and it is very expensive Paris I would not recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable. BUT no hot water in the bathtub, the TV was not parameterized. The walls are "fine" but you get used to it. Small insect "kind of GNAT"

Location very close to the Champs Elysees and very nice staff. However, little customer management by the staff especially when the smoke detectors start in the middle of the night!

Decent hotel. Small room clean and relatively modern. A bit noisy on the street side… it's Paris, and not very thick wall.

The breakfast is… Very small to see null.
And in addition, the hotel works with Booking in ' non-refundable ' mode.

Great location close to the center of Paris.

Shabby Hotel filled with small ants small elevator that deconne, bed too small. The use African Center promises you to be able to change rooms the next morning especially do not believe it leaves you with the critters.

Bed is full of bugs and no care about client complaints and requests.

House keeping is rude and bad, asked for an extra pillow they replied u can have only one for each person Insects in the bed Only good location near metro and bus station.

This place near metro. No air conditioning, so bit hot in summer day. Near road. So wont be quiet. Not so sound proof.

40 euros a night, I think this is correct, bathroom too small, you can hardly move on the toilet or ventilation in the bathroom, otherwise level comfort mattress super hard, the elevator is only for two people if you have suitcases is a hassle… Same for the doors of rooms… But for the price and a night this is sufficient.

The ill-mannered young (female) receptionist started having a go at me when I complained about the television not working. She had the cheek to criticise me for going out that night, and then tried to claim I'd told her the TV was working! She obstinately refused to allow me to have another room, until someone else from the hotel intervened. There seems to be no management on site, and they left the hotel in the hands of this incompetent and immature young receptionist. The room I moved to was not good either — the radiator couldn't be turned down, preventing me form sleeping that night, and the shower head couldn't be attached to the wall of the shower, so you had to hold it in one hand, and attempt to clean your hair with one hand. I had to leave early because of this bad experience, and am requesting the hotel reimburse me EUR 40 for the last night I couldn't stay. The hotel is renovating the first floor rooms and it's a mess, with building materials all over the landings. Lastly, forget the lift — you'll be pensioned off by the time it arrives. This hotel has the world's slowest moving lift.

Trace of blood on the wall, carpet dirty and stained, lack of lighting, mold in the bathroom. In short a dirty room. The breakfast is very light. All for 114 euros. Jumenfoutiste Manager confesses that his performance is not worth the price but no gesture commercial or even refund because of course payment is required upon arrival! Avoid…

Average sound proofing, bad value for money! The room is OK as well as the breakfast. However, I barely skimmed the prices of Wi — Fi (However, this looked expensive) because I find not normal to pay for a hotel). The TV remote control was not provided, she was to be paid but fortunately, there are the buttons on the TV.

Small Hotel, tiny elevator. Okay if you are there for sightseeing and barely stay in the hotel. Breakfast is simply a croissant and a coffee, french minimalistic breakfast indeed. Not suited for demanding guests. Only "highlight" is a public Wi-Fi Hotspot at the reception.

Horrible, the worst hotel in the capital! If you want to have your body covered by Bed Bugs, then let's go! No really, it's dirty, you can't sleep because you heard all the movement from the corridor or from the other room! Cause the bed bugs, I went to the doctor! He never seen a body so empty/full of red buttons! It was a shame for me to have that during a professionnal trip! Then best would be to go to another hotel! Really! The hell on earth!

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, I was shocked when I first saw the room, it doesn't look anything like the pictures they have. The room was small, dirty, the sheets were burned etc etc. We were so disappointed that we changed the hotel, and our luck was that we found a great and cheaper hotel on the same street. We were relieved that we got out of there. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemies.
