Nothing to say we come back to the top hotel.

A superb stay in this hotel, everything was there, the staff really to the little care, the rooms very large and the mattress super comfortable, small + there is a person who is present 24/24h 7/7 days I will come back quickly with pleasure.

Our room was really nice. But also a corner room (better category).

-Tableware from the neighboring room stood all day in the hallway

Clean room, helpful staff. No swimming pool and nice market near it. But empty minibar and bathroom have only single soap.

We were there last weekend and we had a great stay. The staff was more then healthy, our hotel-room has been huge for Paris-relations, it was clean and it was easy reachable with car. The next metro station wasn't that far and so we were able to discover almost everything we wanted on one weekend. What I just found poor, was the breakfast. There could have been more choice and less convenient-food, like e. G. Those terrible juices out of canisters. The coffee could have had a darker roast, too.

Perfect, fast and efficient service. Also impressed by the restaurant DOOR'S. You can go there with your eyes closed. ;-)

So much better since the underpaid maid went on strike for their rights.

Very well run hotel. International or business customers. The neighborhood is in full mutation, for now without much interest. Catering to the appointment, an effort on the price would be well seen. Modern and functional room. One or two things to improve: the tea brand served at breakfast or restaurant, and the traditional check-in/check-out not always very fast.

Excellent stay. The staff are very nice and friendly. Following a local strike with egg-spray on the windows, I was able to see how much the staff was doing to protect their client with calm and professionalism and to reduce the inconvenience to the minimum. I felt perfectly safe. Thank you.

We were very annoyed after the visit to this hotel. For the first time in the double room we booked were two separate single beds, which we had to push together! In addition, the ceiling in the bathroom was already covered with mildew. Also, my partner has been trapped under these unhygienic Bedinungungen bites of bed bugs. And last but not least, the buns were hard for breakfast as stone and one of our fellow travellers had glass splinters in his bowl, as this had apparently not been cleaned properly before! All in all we are very dissatisfied!

Beautiful Hotel. Staff super friendly clean rooms. Food is sufficient and there is something for every taste.

The rooms are very dirty. The walls are covered with mould, the sink which probably a week three did not clean, about the toilet at all even I do not want to speak. All in the mud, not even cleaned. In the room the carpet was all in the trash, called the maid and forced to vacuum the carpet, so she was still indignant that we bothered her. Came for breakfast, the guys say real, the fruit was rotten, the loser taste, the sausage is leeward, its really only throw away, all we took for breakfast it was croissants, here they were always fresh and tasty. The rest is not recommended to try. Still a very basic point, the windows in our room were zamurovanny tight and the room did not ventilated at all, and the battery operated, on our requests as something to check, was told to turn on the air con which is over the front door. First he was stupidly chasing air in the room, and secondly he barely worked. As a result, on the second day I got a strong migraine without fresh air. I will never stay at this hotel again…

Pooh… The hotel is ok but the surrounding area is a bit getting used to.

Polite staff, we came while a protest was happening in front of the hotel. Everything was pretty secure.
The receptionist was rather slow for check in (approx 15 min). The breakfast buffet is not at the height of a hotel of this standing.

Good hotel with good breakfast. The rooms are very clean and the reception staff is active 24*7. I definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Paris. This hotel also have restaurant and meeting rooms.

Very bad experience. Strongly do not recommend to book. 1. There was a trike in front of the hotel and the main entrance was blocked by a group of employees. It was very shameful for IHG that they have this kind of problems. 2. In the morning of new year 2018, suddenly a fire alarm broke the dreams of everyone at 9:30. Then electrify was cut off until very late in the afternoon. 3. When I checked in, I was told that I can make the switch of breakfast for first day without payment because I paid it for second day and I cannot take it. However, when I checked out, I was told that I have to pay. It was only after a long time discussion that I got the kind approval that I can have the breakfast wavier for first day. Very bad experience!

Quiet and clean. The hotel experienced heavy cost cut in the restaurant budget. Cook and personnel very professional.

Comfortable and clean room, but location is not very close to metro and the breakfast variety is not very wide.

I have been staying in the area for over a week and I can't believe the noise coming from this Holiday Inn. There is a big disagreement between the cleaning staff and the cleaning company contracted by Holiday Inn. Long story short… Holiday Inn doesn't pay their staff for ALL the hours worked. The management clearly doesn't care about their staff as well as the guests because the noise continues until there is an agreement. Don't stay here unless you are comfortable taking advantage of the staff and listening to protests all day. Clean up your act Holiday Inn.

… my room was very small either saying an executive with extra heat and a poorly done service. To advise against. That is my opinion. I prefer not to post the photos as these are just horrors… bed poorly made… towels as well as products not changed when I arrive. Even if the staff wanted to catch up with an apology but no commercial gesture. I'm not going to put my feet back in this hotel again.

It's a good place for 4 5 day stay. Whole is Paris is easily accessible from her via metro and bus. There are convinience stores near by and lot of eateries. Also this place has good business class rooms and environment with friendly staff and good service.

The service is nice, the room its well cared for.

Stayed using points, and as a platinum member got free "upgrade". If I'd have paid for the upgrade I'd have been extremely disappointed; nothing about the room was superior apart from a fridge and a couple of snacks/drinks. This being said I'm reluctant to drop any stars as essentially this was a gifted upgrade. Staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't help enough, would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Good value hotel just on the border of Clichy and Paris. Extremely friendly staff. Subpar breakfast and rooms / washrooms require renovations.

Great place to stay they speak English France and Spanish. Thanks to God. The people at the counter are there just to help you all the way. Albina at the desk was amazing. Not so far from the effil tower.

The rooms are of great quality, and the bathroom is really nice. Decent breakfast, but I would not recommend the dinner buffet.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the front desk staffs were friendly and nice. However, the sad and annoying part was that, 100 euros just vanished in my room and my roommates also lost some money on the second day of our stay here. Our bags were misplaced, they weren't at the same place we left them. The manager was really helpful, but the money just never came back. For those who plan to stay here, just a friendly reminder: bring all your money with you, or put it in the locker. You cannot trust anyone but yourself.
Aside from this, the room was good and the pillows were epic. :)

Bog standard HI of the older variety. It's fine really with a good breakfast selection. People's expectations of hotels change so fast — as new ones spring up all the time and old ones renovate. The rooms here (at least the standard ones) are nothing special and Americans will find them small but nothing to really complain about. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful but unfortunately failed to prepare the keys for my group arrival at 5pm despite my phoning them 2 hours in advance with our arrival time. The area around the hotel is a bit of a disaster! The whole area is a development zone and they are rebuilding the Porte de Clichy metro station. It's all cranes and closed roads etc. And of course the flyover of the péripheriqe close by. In 5 years time it will all be one of those soulless office areas of shiny glass etc but for the moment it's a bit of a minefield! I prefer to turn right out of the hotel door and walk to the next metro stop (Mairie De Clichy). Much calmer and more pleasant and not much further.
I've just had a very nice light supper here in the lobby so all is well. A large reception area and meeting rooms if you need them. Two different wings with lifts to all 8 floors.
No charm, but OK for business!

Own efficient and smiling staff.

The hotel was clean, the room comfortable, the food was good and the staff were friendly, efficient and attentive. The only fly in the ointment was breakfast. The restaurant was overrun by what seemed to be a large Chinese tour group who were at stages lost and just standing in front of everything or grabbing everything in sight. It was very difficult to find cutlery and I just managed to get the last cup for my coffee.

Closer to Metrô Station (5 min walk), nice people & service. Rooms ok. Of course nice food… finally we're in France!

Rooms need to be renovated, the staff does not speak a word of German even though they write it, Breakfast is ok, the Hotel deserves no 4 stars.

Enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn hotel. The staff our very courteous, I would like to commend Mr. Sebestian, duty manager, during our stay there last week for being so accomodating and helpful to us. Thank you Holiday Inn Porte de Clichy Paris for making our stay in Paris so wonderful and memorable.

Very near the metro. Parking is a bit of a problem.

I had to change room after I wake up in the middle of the night covered in infected bites. It seems to me that either due to a spider, or chips. The hotel has been very responsive and has immediately taken measures: new room, free meal and isolation of the 501 room. It seems to me important however that customers know that this can happen in this hotel. I travel a lot and in several continents, it never happened to me also.

The service is great, the food was very good, excellent and well located. I like it very much and I recommend this hotel anytime.

Friendly and attentive to customer needs.

Dirty abgenuzte room, dirt in the bathroom, dusty curtains and service staff at breakfast, that doesn't see the dirt in the eyes. But ask for € 160! Never again, too bad that there no pictures can publish, I had enough.

Clean. Fruendly. Helpful. Simple :) expensive parking.

Well, but can do better:
The home is neat. On 5 stays, I got one on ranking after a bad night because of a faulty window. I appreciate the gesture of goodwill. A meal is replaced, there is fat in the first, a pity that it took to insist.

I paid good money for a dish as copious as if I had ordered a simple input.

Was professionally 2 weeks at the hotel. At the seminar always between 17-18: 00 at the hotel and the cleaning power has not even managed to clean the room before 18: 00. The selection at breakfast is modest and the cleanliness in the room is really lousy! Food in the evening in the doors bar is also not recommended to that rather Dodge in a surrounding restaurant. The access map to the garage worked well not always: — ()
I've never been in such a bad hotel.

The staff wasn't very enthusiastic or helpful. As a Travel Agent I would not send my worst clients to this hotel. The attitude of the staff was surly at best. They seemed put out when you asked for something. We didn't feel welcome, for sure. We had made our reservations a month before the hotel was open for business. I hope their attitude has improved since, for their sake anyway, I won't be going back there. I recommend the Ibis, or Accor hotels when in Paris. Their food is very good and much cheaper than eating outside the hotel. As I recall the Metro was 4 blocks away, but that's another story.

We arrived Paris with problems at the airport and getting to the hotel with two small kids. They said four people couldn't stay in one room. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone for the way the staff spoke so rudely to us and cared less.

Having returned home from the France Ireland rugby game, all credit to the French Team, Ireland were out-played. Our party stayed in this Hotel — poor reception, very poor bar facility and where was the availability of food, even a small snack. Surely this would have been easy to have set-up. Might return when the kitchen can produce.
