I booked 2 nights in May and then I shifted in September because of COVID19. The hotel took the change into account and then handed over the initial booking WITHOUT ME PREVENIR! As a result I was charged 253 euros while I have of course NEVER stayed at this hotel!
WHAT ARE BAD THAT REFUSE TO ME! A FUIR!
And you only have to look at the other reviews to realize that the benefits are MEDIOCRES and the customers treated like crap! Crooks!
