To boycott — Inadmissible! Dishonest people!

We booked 5 nights in January for the month of May and paid 210 euros considering the situation we wanted to cancel and the refund was refused. We contacted them to have an arrangement again given COVID 19. We wanted to cut the pear in half which we thought was right and they refused. We asked for a postponement until the All Saints' holiday: Refused!
These are people who take advantage of the situation to cash in on unfultified benefits. And let them not do it to me, I also have a SARL and I know exactly what everyone is in.
No Solidarity, they just deserve people to boycott them and I hope this opinion will help!

We stayed 7 nights from 21/5 to 25/5 in this superb hotel. Very well located, quiet but still close to the city.
Wink particular to Pricilla who was very good advice for ballads, restaurants… and his kindness. The bosses are nice too:) Thank you.
The possibility to eat the deli and cheese boards on site and make us discover local products. The beautiful setting the olive trees in bloom, the Jacuzzi, the pool, a good standard breakfast. The rooms are very nice.
A haven of peace at a reasonable price.

Hotel almost perfect:) the staff is very friendly and helpful:) the décor is made with taste and personality. Very clean, the downside might be the lack of brightness of the room and the screw. In any case we were delighted with our night at this hotel.

A lavish hotel, filled with charm and d'a sweetness of life. A team of adorable, with a special mention to Jessica and Léonore, always available and caring for everyone. In short, a place that has allowed us to recharge our batteries and relax us completely. Bravo for the work done each day in order to maintain impeccably this place and this, while respecting the well-being of holidaymakers. L'next year.

The decor of the room was really nice, a bit on the dark side but it worked. The shower pressure was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable, the room had air-con, TV (only few channels in English) towels, hair dryer, shower gel, soap bar but no fridge in the room. One has to pay extra for breakfast. The buffet option included tea, coffee, milk and chocolate, a glass of orange juice, croissants, pain du chocolat, other biscuits or sweets, bread, butter and jams, cereal, yogurt, bowl of fruit per person, hard boiled eggs. The pool area was really pleasant and relaxing since they add some trees around it. They had a normal pool and a hot tub, but no shower (they ask you to shower before getting in the hot tub). They charge you extra for pool towels. I love the fact one could order drinks and snacks in the pool area. They had a lovely mozzarella (pasteurized, important for pregnant women) and tomato salad and nice cocktails. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here. What we didn’t like The hotel is right next to the main road. The first day we noticed it a lot, but then we forgot about it, I guess we got used to it. It would be nicer if they made a thicker tree/bush wall between the hotel and the road, or sound proof wall, so one would not hear it at all. For breakfast I missed decaffeinated coffee, scramble eggs and a basket of fruits, if they add this it could be the perfect breakfast.

A heavenly place where we feel soothed, calm and pampered The staff is really nice, a superb room that was waiting for us … Heated pool, for the chilly it's top! And a hot tub that reaches out to us … And all in a beautiful olive grove bathed in sunshine More Than Bonifacio, just 2 km away, is an extraordinary city! And I don't usually use this type of adjectives lightly! We will definitely be back thanks for these 4 unforgettable days.

5 stars is little… We spent 4 nights in the hotel, and the word is EXCEPTIONNEL! A beautiful setting, very quiet hotel, patrons and staff at the top and to the care of their guests. The hotel is out of sight surrounded by greenery what makes it an idyllic place and away from the crowds of great hotels! Thank you again to you and your team for the attention you give to your customers! We'll come back without hesitation.

I indeed have an egg to peel with this establishment that made us a pig shot at 20 days of our arrival … I book this hotel on booking in October for the month of April. 20 days before our arrival, the hotel calls me to cancel my reservation of 3 nights for 2 rooms for the reason of work … They then want to relocate us to a somewhat more popular resort Casarina village which is a bungalow rental village and not a hotel … In short, it is necessary to believe in the so-called works or they prefer to house people who do not pass by booking … no commission to pay!
