Don't expect luxury, it's an F1!
Very convenient to spend an inexpensive night, + breakfast at will very affordable!
On the other hand, the mattress was so collapsed by its use that it was quite uncomfortable, the sound insulation leaves to be desired, and the condition of the room, without being dirty, does not make dreaming. No problem of cleanliness or on the part of other residents as can be read in other comments…
The staff is friendly, and as already said, the prices unbeatable.
So, knowing that we come to sleep in an F1 and not in a 4 *, this is quite correct!

Clean, practically located, friendly welcome. There are no towels or soap. You can buy a towel for € 3. Animals allowed for €5 the night.

That of Troyes correct compared to the underweight or C shielded of migrants looking to make you pockets.

Beds not too comfy but ok. Towels were rubbish and cost extra. On the whole, pretty good for the price.

Good place to park the truck in the polygon. Lousy beds.

I was pleasantly surprised considering the comments read. Clean host we slept very well. And icing on the cake a restaurant right next to the hotel.

Don't recommend. Tried 3 rooms before we found one that did not smell of cigarettes. For somewhere that is non smoking people were obviously smoking in the rooms. By the time we went to bed the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong. There were no towels, apparently you have to supply your own or buy one for €3. No soap, no en suite. Cheap but still not worth the money.

The hotel is clean, the staff does its job but without more. The sheets, and the mobileer are worn out. But we don't complain about the price. In short we have for his money.

Horrible atmosphere, tons of people smoking and the fire escape was a make shift washing dryer. Will not use an F1 again.

Recently rented by visiting family. Rooms rather clean, on the other hand the walls are fine and the hotel is very noisy. The cleanliness of the toilets is very random. Moreover, for some time it has been requisitioned largely for the reception of refugees, especially children, making the whole thing very noisy, chaotic in the common places, and quickly dirty.
It is better to pay a bit more for hotels a little quieter elsewhere in Troyes.

Cheap and easy, nice clean communal toilets and showers.

Lots of parking, comfortable rooms and adequate breakfast (unfortunately no croissants though! )

Just off motorway few minutes from fuel good price too.

Good location near the motorway. Very cheap price which is reflected in the quality. Shared bathrooms/showers which were essentially plastic boxes. The staff member we met was friendly. Room was small but suitable for the overnight stay we had. Next door there is a nice restaurant where we went to eat that was excellent.

Great location just of the motorway. Beds were a little firm but good value for money.

If you need a cheap (€30 for two adults! ) and easy place to sleep during a road trip I highly recommend it here. You will be sharing a couple of common toilets and showers with the rest of the guests on your floor so if you aren't comfortable with that steer clear.

Very practical, suffices for the price.
