The cozy hotel is located in the city's centre. Very friendly and attentive staff. Clean and tidy.

Unpleasant staff except housekeepers. Not a smile, not a hello etc.
Clean boundary room. Smell of cold tobacco and cramped bathroom limit set bathroom for Lilliputian. I would never go back.

The staff very knowledgeable, rooms are clean. I recommend the eyes closed.

Non-existent sound. The doors are a. Terrible noise, the pipes too. Mattresses and pillows far too soft and one thing I notice in many hotels, no shutter so daylight very late at night and very early in the morning. Otherwise very good breakfast.

Good value for money But the three stars are not justified.

Hotel downtown side of the station single rooms but very clean nice staff I advise against the restaurant.

Not worth the 3 stars shown. Uncomfortable bedding. Room with a ridiculous bathroom where you can pee and shower your legs at the same time. Very disappointing. Even in economic a €50 the night is expensive, we are not in Paris. Excellent breakfasts and meals.

Avoiding the standard rooms overlook the inner courtyard and every night they stink in the kitchen.

Comfortable bed, functional light, on the other hand if you want to shower you would have to take 10min in advance in order to have hot water in a shower cubicle with a random water net.

I am there every week, I recommend this property for its quiet cleanliness of its rooms and the kindness of its staff.
The price is really interesting, very close to the heart of life of Charleville
What more to say, essential for my weekly stays.

The hotel is not bad. Friendly employees. The buffet breakfast is varied and as they are not in a hurry to get rid of it you can enjoy it even when you get up late.
Only problem is the room we had. Not at all worthy of a 3 star. The bed is stuck in a corner so you have to climb first or climb your spouse. The bathroom is too narrow. And the worst part is the toilets are way too small. Once seated and the door closed we have the handle in the teeth. Charming. And if you wear more than 41, you have to twist your legs so you can close the door. I do not know how are the other rooms and if they really look like the pictures of the site but we were not spoiled.
