Beautiful hotel.
The staff is exceptional: pleasant and helpful, from the reception to the maid to the waitress of the bar and the ladies of the breakfast.
At the reception you can even have tips for where to go running according to the distance and the desired elevation gain!
The relaxation area is very spacious. We reported a small problem in the sauna: fixed immediately!
Only one small improvement to offer on the slightly cool temperature of the bathroom.

The staff is very teacher.

Quality hotel, polite, professional staff. Rooms are excellent and spotlessly clean. Restaurant, bar, pool all excellent. The hotel is central to town.

The rooms are spacious and spotless. The hotel is right in the town centre and rather than queue up for a place at a restaurant in the city square the hotel food is excellent and reasonably priced. Staff are always willing to help.

Super welcome, especially at breakfast. Staff at the top especially the waitress (Adeline) she has a know-how with the customers, smiling and listening.

Standard Mercury service, there is a pool.

To avoid. 3rd evening the bread always as dry. No Parmesan cheese in Caesar salad. Fatty Frittes. Meats too cooked. Translation error on the menu. Very uncomfortable Chair. Very disappointing for a 4 * hotel restaurant. Surprising because in general we are not disappointed in the restaurant Mercure. The breakfast was very good.

Hotel ideally located in the city centre, facing the Loire. Comfortable and convenient duplex room with a spacious bathroom. The staff are friendly and smiling. We feast at the restaurant!

With pool jacuzzi spa… TT is planned to enjoy and relax.

Tried this hotel while staying for business from the US this time around. Previously I stayed at another national hotel chain in Blois and I was left unimpressed. This is a nice hotel with a great bar and dinning area. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are small, but clean and provide air conditioning should you need it. The hotel is by a very nice river and within walking distance to many different shops, restaurants, and of course the castle. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were good at the hotel should you decide to stay indoors. This will definitely be the hotel we stay at again next time while back for business.

I enjoy my room and the staff can speak English French and Spanish. Love the view of the river and the breakfast is awesome.

Hyper Design hotel, a real blow of heart. The room is a little small if you are with children. Impeccable water room. Luxurious breakfast, large choice in salty sweet. The only thing that really bothered us: the room was overheated.

Beautiful hotel, recently restored with great taste. A pleasure for the eyes and fans of modern/industrial Deco.
The relaxation area is nice but the relaxation side is not at the rendezvous when there are children that parents usually leave alone…
Paid Parking (€10 per day) but there is a free outside between the hotel and the police station.
Restaurant side, what a disappointment… Fortunately it is not that lacking in the vicinity of the hotel: Count a restaurant 20aine less than 500m.

Hotel welcoming, with a nice decor, the staff of the reception, the bar and the restaurant are professional and in the service of the customer. The room is correct but a smell of frying attacks us by entering and in the evening a loud thud, like a big fan, is heard (surely the proximity of the kitchen of the restaurant). The relaxation area with sauna, hammam, swimming pool and Jacuzzi is a much more pleasant, a pity that the cleanliness of the showers (cold! ) and the toilets of the pool is not at the rendezvous. The hotel is very well located close to the city center, for beautiful historical walks. The night was quiet and quiet, the breakfast very satisfying. Overall I would recommend this hotel despite the few axes of improvements.

Mercury as usual quite equal to itself i. E. Perfect. One of the most beautiful hotels in the range that I could visit. Service always impeccable a price more than correct I do stay when a hotel Mercure when there is one of course.

If you're in Blois to visit the castles this hotel is for you! Well located — the city center. There is a fitness room, swimming pool, sauna and hammam, what you need to recover from a day's visit! A restaurant with very good cuisine! Recommend!

I really wanted to like the Hotel Mercure and my 3 star review is for none other than the rooms. Our first room the heating refused to work. Equally the water would not get hot. Our second room the heating did work but the water was any better. Other notable mentions include the staff, despite having facilities that were uncooperative, they did their best. Bar prices are very high considering the area. The breakfast at 16€ is what you'd expect at a 4-star hotel but not in the countryside, should be a bit cheaper. Overall I will not return.

Very modern and clean Mercure hotel. Riverfront location, free parking along the river, and very elaborate Petit dejeuner (just the usual French price is the only bad part), wonderful location for exploring Blois.

Very good hotel, rooms are comfortable, excellent service just like breakfast. Negative Point: Not possible to lock the bathroom.

Nice Hotel, with large and heated pool, helpful staff!

Renovated hotel which I do not appreciate the rooms on some points.
The spacious bathroom in volume has a bathtub too small for my taste given the volume.
The carpet is not very classy and standing but is appreciable with a small infancy that wanders everywhere.
The door stop placed right in front of the dressing room of the entrance is very poorly positioned, which has already valued my wife 4 times to get her foot in it in the space of an evening.
Not enough pressure in the shower room 249 thing I don't appreciate.
The staff are very helpful and caring.
The pool in the eyes of the central atrium is not a brilliant idea either for people who would like a little "intimacy".
I won't go back anyway because I don't feel like I'm in a mercury.
The standard of the rooms is not at the level of what one would expect from this chain.

Place that hides his game well. Seen from the outside, we do not expect this warm, luxurious interior worthy of a palace of the Mediterranean coast.

Very nice rooms even if we had to push for due upgrade. The staff is flawless everywhere. Restaurant is awesome, but avoid the crowd of families. Nice pool, but the sauna and hammam are much too small. Very quiet. Great breakfast.

Beautiful location, in front of the Loire river. Kids enjoyed the pool. Very good continental breakfast. Definitely would stay here again in our next visit to Blois.

Nice structure a stone's throw from the center. Cleaning OK. Good breakfast Car Garage. Pool. Very relaxing a swim in the pool after a day walking to castles… reception h24hr.

States parking… but it's first come first serve… very few spaces available. Had my car eyed up by chav outside whilst unloading so didn't leave it parked where I had finally found a space… took over an hour to unload and find parking.

Hotel standing at the heart of Blois. Parking (€9). It has everything that is consistent with a 4 star, the pool in the lounge bar. Room spacious bathroom in marble and personal welcoming. The breakfast buffet at will that takes in the room of restaurant with a view that overlooks the promenade, leaving a clear view of the Loire. A very good hotel for a long weekend in Blois.

Located 8 minutes from the historic city center. River. A pool very nice but visible from the Everyman of client… we see you in a swimsuit of the bar!
