I am writing at the request of my sister who did not Facebook and called you that night, surprised by the snow with her husband and her 3 children including a newborn and to whom you refused access to the hotel certainly full while they just wanted to warm up in a living room or access the toilet, change the baby somewhere other than in a cold car in which they almost slept.
I helped them call other establishments until 12:30 a. M. To find a solution as they continued to take risks on impassable roads.
It's a disgrace. It's irresponsible. It's really serious in extreme weather conditions to refuse help…
