This is a great hotel the property is located 10 mn from Lannion by car.
The breakfast is at 8, 50 euros, I advise you: special mention for the homemade salty butter caramel whose secret of the recipe is kept jealously.
I liked: _ The gentleman and the lady are really sociable, nice and polite _ housekeeping Maid _ Clean Room _ Comfortable Bed _ Number of electrical outlets _ the breakfast is delicious with choice, fresh products of quality.
_ The rooms on the ground floor are very spacious with veranda, WC and separate bathroom I did not like: _ Brit Hotel advises the restaurant Le Roan but there is no preferential rate when you come to this restaurant contrary to the guests of the other hotel.
The rooms are not all the same but are offered at the same prices: Rooms Nos. 14, 15, 16 are smaller, without verandas, with WC and bathroom in the same room; Unlike the rooms on the ground floor.

Very good value for money. Welcome, cleanliness. A good address for a stage in Lannion.

Never seen a manager as friendly and enjoyable as at this hotel! He even cleaned the vomit from a baby about 2 years old at breakfast while the mom was proposing to clean it herself.
Hotel clean, well placed, with restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

A very nice welcome. Bedding and lodging of very good quality. Don't miss the breakfast with its far Breton and its homemade milk rice. We'll come back for the next vacation.

It's clean and despite the big road next door it's quiet.
The staff is welcoming and friendly and gives information about the tours and things to do around.
The bedding is very comfortable and the room great.
The breakfast is plentiful and with desserts houses.

Very good small hotel with very reasonable rates. The welcome is friendly, the room is nice with a veranda and more (not expected not), we did not have noise, good bedding and clean nothing wrong.

Very welcoming. Breakfast at 7, €20 is a bit pricey I think. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with TV with DTT. We have access to the internet by Wi — Fi.

Studio: decent bed, utensils kitchen provided in the kitchenette, Interior and furniture warm.
Lovely for a young couple.
The hotel is 3 minutes from an Intermarché, 5 minutes from Perros Guirec and 15 minutes of Ploumanac'h ' h by car.
