This is not our first visit, and I recommend this hotel. The view is sumptuous, 30 meters from the sea and its white sand. Very nice staff, and knowledgeable. Excellent catering, with room service. Very hearty breakfast, and very complete 😊

Very slow service at the restaurant. Waiters knock into you as they walk past. One waitress mumbling about goodness knows what, audibly. That is not 4 star service. Not as we know it in the UK.

I'm pretty mixed on my last visit. The view from the terrace is clearly the main asset of the bar/restaurant/hotel. However, such a view is unfortunately paid at the high price, the bill is rather salty, a little too unfortunately. Value for money quite unbalanced in my opinion.

Impeccable restoration. Very correct prices corresponding to the dishes on offer. The service is also impeccable with waiters and waitresses listening to you and with a smile. Very well.

Wonderful stay with terrace room overlooking the sea.
The restaurant is not left out, always on this stunning view of the ocean, although the ocean that day had the air of Mediterranean: no waves and blazing sun.
What about breakfast, Starbucks coffee, still on the ocean, one would almost get used to.
The only serious problem is that it is not with us and we have to return the keys.

To avoid dismal service (very long wait despite lack of customer) glass of orange juice pressed at €5 here is what I was served, a minimal amount drowned in ice cubes.
The only positive thing is the setting that is sublime.

We got to know some hotels on our round trip through Brittany. This one was by far the best. Bright spacious rooms, clean, friendly staff and a great beachfront location. The accompanying restaurant is also just good!

Beautiful hotel on the beach of the white sands. A top terrace for a drink or dinner to enjoy the sunset. Beautiful rooms with sea view. The restaurant is very good. Good breakfast and great service. There is a small private car park close to the hotel. It is sometimes difficult to park nearby.

I was there 2 times in April out of season. What to say… last time out of bed I saw the sea. Really very very nice. The only flaw for my liking is the restaurant too ' French '. In the morning breakfast in front of the window on the sea. I will definitely stay here again…

Catastrophic Service! No organization for the bar, whether it's crowded or not. 1h waiting and we were still not served (and this is not the first time it happened). No excuse from the staff when we left, and we were not the only ones to have abandoned the idea of being served one day…
Fortunately the place and the view saves the experience…

Ideal location for a sea view. For a tea a drink or a meal, indoors or outdoors: everything is possible breathtaking view on the sunset. Good table. Good reception and service.

Very nice food, a must if you are nearby and fancy lobster. Service can be a bit slow though.

In The First Moment it seem top be a exclusiv place with a good kitchen, but only The prices are incredible exclusiv. Only for those WHO think exclusiv is more Important than Quality.

Invited to this place by Mother and pleasantly surprised. Lovely setting with view over the sea and lucky us the sunset. Food was nice but nothing amazing just a good nice. Service was on dot, nothing to say. I have enjoyed it immensely. (just a little note: please stop using window cleaning spray to clean vacant table while people are still eating the smell just don't mix, thank you) will come back.

Went with the kids and kids menu barely eatable. The first time meat was overcooked and dry, which was served with salty french fries. We wanted to give them a second chance and ordered for the kids the fish menu, the fish tasted super bitter (probably didnt clean stomach of fish properly) … when complaining the answer was from the so called chef … this is the way the fish tastes… adult food ok but too expensive for the portions!

The menu of the day at 22euros (starter, dish, dessert) was excellent and copious.

Strong Point of the hotel: its location on the beach facing the sea; But this is not enough to make the hotel a 4 star.
Standard room very small, small bathroom unworthy of a 4 star; The rooms of the Ibis chain are much more enjoyable;
The staff service is not up to the height of a 4 star: person at the reception on arrival, 9:30 at breakfast all tables are used and not served, we quickly prepare a table take on the one next to what remains available, result 3 identical jams, room service unsuitable for standard room, it is not enough to deliver 2 large silver platters that we do not even know where to ask for lack of sufficient space and to invoice + 5 euros/pers This service, in the 4 stars this service is Free.
The Lobster menu is good but unfortunately served in a very dusty room, "sheep" run on the carpet and the wooded part between 2 parts of the room covered with dust
The windows in the hallway going to the rooms are filthy.
Short great disappointment, we can not believe in a 4 star rating.

We spent 2 days resting under a fantastic sun and blue sky. An incredible view to lie down and wake up. The perfect place to recharge your batteries. The best would be to add a private jacuzzi on the terrace … Isn't that Moustafa. See you soon.

Large sandy beach. Access to the coastal path.

There is only the framework that is pretty, full afternoon sunny work on the store of the terrace, a table in very dirty scrap metal (jam? Track of glasses. (Etc), diabolo without gas. Very disappointed every time.

Perfect location, foot in the water. Host and very friendly staff. In addition we had the chance to have a suite for a standard room reservation. In short a hotel can't miss for the visit of concarneau.

The rooms are not clean, edges of black windows, the empty mini-bars because they fear the theft by customers, staff reduced, the same person takes care of the reception, fix clogged sinks and serves in the restaurant. And when you have a claim, answer that everything will be OK soon… and plus it's expensive, avoid, there are other hotels in Concarneau!

20 minute wait so after ordering staff started prepare when the terrace there were only 2 tables of customers we understood.
Staff very unpleasant especially the manager.
Not recommended strongly.

Just had a weeks stay, absolutely gorgeous, a brilliant new mobile home, wonderful clean site with all facilities and more, great friendly staff, will go again.

Every room faces the sea. With balcony or terrace. A pure pleasure.

The professionalism of management in the organisation of the events is not up to the framework. Too bad.
