The hotel and room are very nice, comfortable, however the room is rather cramped for a hotel of this class. Otherwise cleanliness, equipment, are at the rendezvous. Breakfast was plentiful, at will and varied: fresh fruit, Viennese, bread, cereal, eggs etc. Disappointment just on the bread a little dry, and other industrial products a little low-end (pancakes for example) overall, good stay and good quality.

Nice old fashioned Brasserie, where you can eat well and enjoy a nice concert!

Excellent Brasserie, sorry for their neighbor "the Relais d'Alsace" or we had to go, but I find the service more friendly and fast and the choice much better, beautiful discovery for the taste buds, keenly that the road works end up for profiting in better the terrace, a bad note? Mythical place of Brest … for its concerts and electro evenings.

For me it will always be the nicest place in Brest, Chare the boss and the staff are excl Nice especially Karim and Jérôme it's the best, I frequent it for years, come see for yourself, concerts and disco all year except The month of August C close from August 22nd to September 22nd to very soon.

The hotel is very close to the center. The rooms were nice and clean. Very good restaurant, excellent service and amazing food. Very nice place and friendly staff. I'd like to stay there again.

If seek you a hotel Brest, avoid the Vauban — every weekend there are parties strong hiper until 3 in the morning. I was in the 5th floor, but it was absolutely impossible to sleep!

I like hotels with "Nightclub Club" I met my wife!

Experience of the brewery. Quality very insufficient ingredients: duck breast to taste aromatizes industrial stock. Very good fries. Card majority into a ball of ice and 1 to 2 pin on the map while he was offered in multiple announced pastry made house desserts: pie Apple, chocolate, baba rum tart, chocolate mousse, cream burned, fruit salad, cake and I may have forgotten. The baba was non alcoholic and the pies were simimaires a what you find in the supermarket, the foam chocolate served in a small cup of ice.

Much appreciated effort despite average kitchen, excellent service which will do anything to satisfy the customer. Despite a few dishes missed, they very well caught up by repeating them.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights.
Overall, the hotel is very clean, a little dated except the bathroom which has been redone lately. The staff was very nice.
However, despite the room on the 5th floor, we heard the "Boom Boom" of the concert hall / nightclub, until early in the morning by the window open on Saturday night. It was much more quiet overnight, but as we overlooked avenue, it was still noisy.
The water in the room was impossible to resolve, we took almost cold showers (we were told a temporary problem).

After a great evening. And slept very well. Nice server.
