For a 4 star hotel I find that the service resembles that of a 2 and or 3 stars.
Very well located; the Wi-Fi in the hotel is very efficient;
everything is done on foot; Palace of the Popes; The plurality of restaurants; places for all types of visitors to enjoy the scenery and entertainment on them; I recommend the restaurant "In and Off" and their water carafe mojito or tropical way, you relax there while enjoying the view; Appropriate littery;staff quite welcoming but nothing more.

Upon arrival at the hotel I am told that the 1st breakfast is offered and 15 euros thereafter. What I enjoy the next day: a buffet at will very minimalist and disappointing.
4 days later I get an email for an unpaid bill. Asking for an explanation, this is an error on their part after they have released the invoice; I take the opportunity to ask given the price I pay how come it is that breakfast is not included. And there surprise, the reception tells me that I was wrong and that the breakfast made from this amount and that she never told me that it was not included. And I pass many anecdotes of errors of their shares for the future to be confused as an excuse without however taking action to catch up.
However fortunately the visit of Avignon especially the Palace of the Popes and the Bridge make forget these odd as the hotel is very well located in the center of the city, you have everything nearby.
