An amazing experience for anyone traveling to Lyon. The staff was very friendly and helpful from the moment we drove up to the hotel and through out the whole stay. Every morning they serve great breakfast and friendly staff will make you fill like you in a five star restaurant. Janna at the restaurant took her time to tell us about the city and places we can visit. Thank you team Carlton.

A really good experience overall. The hotel and our room were recently renovated and well designed, although the room was extremely small — even for European standards. Hotel staff were incredibly hospitable.

Coming for a breakfast, I was not disappointed! Very friendly staff, great choice of products whether in pastries, breads, fruits, cheeses, etc.

Excellent. The rooms are clean, the personnel is very polite and keen to help. Your car is parked by the staff and returned at the hour of your departure. Mineral water prepared in, for your journey.

This 4-star hotel MGallery is perfect for staying in Lyon, by its location on the peninsula (5 mn from Bellecour Square), its welcome and the refinement of the decor. Ask for a room overlooking the Republic Square, the view is superb. One last drink? Take it to the cosy and moose bar! If the breakfast slab is not very large for the 80 rooms, the buffet is excellent and the staff very considerate.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed. Everything is perfect. The staff was amazing — always ready to help and very friendly. The room was decorated well and we had a fantastic view. Everything was clean and nicely made. It was an amazing stay! We ll come again.

I was staying in 2 or 3 opportunities before the great renovation and upgrade that the hotel had. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Welcome home. Very nice hotel. 18M2 's room is well-appointed. No noise from the street, it's very well insulated. Despite a bathroom that lacks warmth the sanitary facilities are pleasant. On the other hand we did not appreciate the breakfast room which is too small and very noisy.

Stayed here a few nights on business May 2017 and was very impressed with the hotel and room. It's pretty upscale and well decorated, very classical. The room is decorated the same, it does however have all the modern amenities; the bed was very comfortable, a stocked mini bar, great bathroom. It also had a great view, facing the square. I would stay here again if ever visiting the area.

My fetish hotel in Lyon room at the top brilliant layout ideal and fairy view we will come back without worries.

Belle hotel M Gallery récemment rénové. L'emplacement est idéal, 100m place Bellecour et place des jacobins. Pour ceux qui connaissent il est au dessus de Sephora. Par contre même s'il est décoré avec goût et ingéniosité (mur artificiel dans les chambres pour faire passer toute la connectique) le choix de laisser les petites chambres de l'époque est tout à fait discutable. Par ailleurs la salle du petit dej est toujours aussi désuet. Pas de resto non plus. Bref l'un dans l'autre je préfère le Sofitel qui est un peu plus loin.

A very beautiful hotel in the heart of lyon. Conveniently reached via subway (line A to cordeliers or bellecour, change from the airport express at vaulx-en-vrin, or taxi). Although it is in the middle of the city, the more interesting restaurants and pubs are a bit further away. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and tidy. I liked the retro design a lot.

Excellent hotel, well located. Nice room (117), spacious, quiet — and most comfortable. Front desk staff were just The Best, so helpful, friendly and efficient. No doubt we'd go again, as Lyon is a lovely city. Full of helpful and charming locals.

Great hotel with fantastic service from reservation accuracy (our preferences addressed) to restaurant recommendations & booking. Good housekeeping. Well maintained. Loved their amenities (Cinq Monde spa products smelled great & safe for colour-treated hair). Excellent location near Place de la Republique pedestrian walking area & bridge to old town. One issue: Lino the doorman tried to get us a winery tour (€320) but could not get a spot so he booked us an EasyWay (? ) Driver to take us to wineries. €350! Don't do it! They had no reservations at each winery. We were unceremoniously thrown out of a winery since their tour & lunch was over. Our driver was late getting us there! Great hot buffet breakfast!

Excellent accommodations, wonderful location. Staff is excellent also — I can't say enough about them as I accidentally left money in the safe and when I called back 5 hours later — they had it waiting on me. Got to admire their integrity!

The hotel is in a great central location. I was really pleased with my double room — it was carpeted, and had furniture which looked new. The soundproofing was very good — the view from the window was over one of the main squares in the city & I couldn't hear a thing. There was also a minibar, electric kettle, …

A five star hotel which undoubtedly deserves five star review! I love its standard of service, location and amenities.
