Never again! Perfect spa! The room a horror broken air conditioning as soon as water taste leaked and nothing serious for the reception have to pay as mm 300 euros a minimum change us room not anything at all and my no discount.

Accustomed to the silver spire and brunch we were extremely disappointed from the 7th floor the rooftop. The place and the atmosphere are nice but the quality of the dinner not at all up to scratch. We ordered a tapas as an aperitif: zucchini fritter and lobster mayonnaise. We're always looking for the taste of lobster. Then comes the dish and there disaster. My dish left almost intact. Cod Far overcooked dry and white beans barely cooked. My wife's dish, which is said to be truffle-free. Finally more than 70 euros for two and a very bitter taste. I would like to emphasize on the other hand the quality of the service and the room manager who has sure to be listening.

A beautiful setting, from the view and the furniture. There were 5 of us, for brunch cocktails, quality and delicious food, very good cocktails too.
The only negative is the seats, we were practically sitting on the floor on small uncomfortable chairs. A lack of room for food on the table.
All in all, fine.

Excellent hotel and restaurant. Staff is very friendly. For the pool area it is a pity that there is not a zone reserved only for residents of the hotel.

Host very nice, simple instructions and precise, the room service is excellent. The breakfast is more than hearty there is something for all tastes. The spa is very well arranged and a lot of baths, care, and opportunity. The very, very large black spot : avoid a weekend, the relaxation centre is transformed into a holiday, a child from everywhere who shout, play and jump in relaxing baths, especially to avoid.

It’s one of my favorite hotels. Excellent food and service. Makes me feel like I’m in old France but with all the great amenities.

Very nice establishment, with friendly staff, listening. Very pretty room. Dinner at the restaurant with very nice menu, and the tasting menu very satisfactory. Breakfast in the room with tea buffet. Nothing to say. Just the next time.

Very nice hotel. The staff are welcoming without doing too much. The smallest room is cosy but the comfort and amenities are good qualities. You can go directly to the aquatic centre and to the care by the elevator.
The restaurant is a modest size room, because the tables are pretty close to each other. The tasting menu is to be discovered with a good value for money. The wines by the glass are still quite consideration. You have to count in 8 and €11.

High-end hotel, comfortable rooms, great reception, but… continental breakfast served in the room charged €24 bordering the scam. 2 Mini pastries, one pad of butter and a warm coffee! Moreover the heating produced by a reversible air-conditioning much too noisy.

2 times I go to this hotel wanting to drink a good glass of wine in the Out of my work (see their best wine by the glass) also doing my studies in the hotels, and 2 times the staff recal me saying that their bartender is not the (or just behind) and All its well before 00h! Which is their closing hours of the bar seen in real or internet especially that there were still people. At the bar or in the hall; For my family who have several restaurant in addition so knowing already the basics of the trade. I find its completely incorrect. And stupid. I'll never come again. That was the last time. Pity me who wanted to invite people to come and eat at this restaurant. If there is an answer to that. Change the schedule. As they say too good or good = too stupid.

A perfect place. Very good reception. I find the breakfast a bit expensive although there is a choice and it is a 5 star. Right next to it is royatonic and it is really a good opportunity for lovers of a relaxing time. We went there for Valentine's Day and it was well the only thing please people do not choose that time to bring your children. We wish to have a good time in love we wish to please our wife. Avoid Valentine's Day to come with your children I am nothing against children but in the water we know how excited they are and this is normal for them. But for the couple it is not seen in the same way. After that is my opinion. But very good place and very good hotel. A lovely stay in love.

Always an excellent establishment. Excellent reception, class, elegant perfect room I stayed there for eight years. A real value on.

Hotel that does not offer the services of a 5 star. Some 3-star hotels offer better services. With the price of the room, no breakfast included, access to the spa extra and not even unlimited (after 1h spent at Royatonic, no possibility to return later as any exit is definitive), neon bathroom down, bathtub too high, dirty handkerchief in the drawer of the nightstand. Very nice light space. Top to ceiling. Tasty. Nice presentation of the plates. Very friendly servers. Dinner gift idea in top lovers. Close to Royat Tonic.

This restaurant is of a good taste. The presentation of the plates is neat and the food delicately highlighted.
We come with my wife regularly. A nice view of chamaliere on the terrace.

Hard to make more original and more surprising. Chef Barbary's Kitchen is definitely worth a visit. The overflowing creativity, the innovative associations and the incredible dressings made it my favorite restaurant. An address that I don't get tired of and where I'm never disappointed. Big favorites for the beef Tataki and its marinated octopus and for the lemon tart revisited!

4 nights in the hotel. Great stay. Access to Royatonic is a plus. Very nice restaurant.

Lunch excellent. A correct price for the large kitchen. The staff is there to meet you.

I've been there for a professional event during lunch time. The cocktail buffet was very scarce, several people weren't able to get anything — and I mean nothing at all, not even a single verrine. Service was inadequate: I've seen waiters replying curtly to the organiser of the meeting who asked, 2 hours before the cocktail, to bring the wine back inside from the terrace because it would have been warm by the time of the cocktail: "ok, if you wish… " The terrace floor was in very bad conditions and not recently cleaned. Very disappointed for a 5* hotel.

Large and confortable room but the curtains didn't close properly so the sun wake you up in the morning. Breakfast was good but unfortunately I had to share it with too many flies : (

We regularly go to Royat and always stay in this hotel after having tried others in the area. Definitely the best. Great food. Pity they have changed the rules for access to Royatonic.

We just tried the restaurant, thinking, well, eat, given the standing of the hotel, there is nothing… 45 minutes to get a glass of champagne, dishes rather simple in the realization and flavors, a room for 4 trainees (this is the impression that we had), the waiting time horribly long between courses, we didn't even wait dessert… Small gesture of goodwill, the glass of champagne was offered, it was a minimum…
In short, a ruined Valentine's meal…

One formula half board with unlimited access to royatonic. Everything is perfect. The friendly hotel staff. A very nice room… in short the positive, we will return. It sure is!

Super home. Nice setting to the "panoramic". Excellent cuisine by the chef Stéphane Bignon. I tested the Pan this summer, next time it will be "The table of Isidore".

Being a lover of the good tables, I came with my wife test the restaurant table of isidore. Not really nice (probably the shot), entry a coulis of tomato in a box with a slice of smoked salmon, Auchan, flat a tuna steak, dessert miko! of course no cheese platter, ' should not be taste tourists to local products. Not to mention the price. Strongly discouraged anyway.
