The property is clean and presents well. I did not book a room but
It is very good to the rooms for seminars / meetings. Good restaurant with the buffet, the food is simple. The property is located next to Lidl and other restaurants, to the side of the device it is convenient.

A little hard to find, if not super service.

We are disappointed by the lack of cleanliness (spider webs plus dust and curtains top very black and glass a catastrophe. ) Also the noise (door breakdown…). Otherwise great bedding and good breakfast (few choices in the salty. )
Lack of storage DS the room especially the bathroom. Not all the lights were working.
In short, we do advice to people.

Welcome very good. Pool very good. Gym very well. The room very good but at the end of the third as the first two cleaning the rooms were absolutely not made even the floor was room. When we returned to the reception for the first room, to apologize for the dirt they offered us a bottle of water of 1liter 5 of crystalline (the price of the room for 2 adults and 1 child is 100 euros anyway) so a bottle of crystalline it St really sucks. Second bedroom we find a brief in the wardrobe so the room is not made thoroughly after each guest. Just the bed. Our smile begins to fade away. A person will still check a room before offering it to us. (They upgraded US). Meanwhile they offer us a coca drink or fruit juice. 15 minutes waiting. We need to see the women in chambers. Normal, too. Guests can leave at noon and new guests can arrive from noon. Isn't there a problem here? Notice even in itself the establishment leaves to desired especially for a 3 star. Frankly I would definitely not go back and I do not advice absolutely. The person in charge of the establishment must really do something to the good listener. Even at the reception in the living room the cleaning is not done.

Nothing to say about the room and the hotel but having paid my room twice! It's still expensive a room at €160 for a Kyriad, right? Three weeks and the problem is still unresolved! Unacceptable!
A week after I was reimbursed and I am back in this hotel today and for the inconvenience we were offered breakfasts! Thank you.

The bed is not a double bed but two bed of a person stuck with a double mattress. Small downside on the windows we hear everything that happens outside very unpleasant. The staff speaks very loudly in the morning when we are having lunch. "Speak less loudly to let the people have lunch quietly" breakfast nothing to say. The pool is a plus.
Bathtub a little small.
Otherwise the price is decent and hotel clean.

Clean and spacious room, staff smiling and available. Nothing to reproach. I will come back with pleasure.

We are really dissatisfied! We asked you by email if the pool were open! We've been told… Mail dated January 28th! And when you arrive on January 1st, the pool has been closed for maintenance since December 24th! Frankly it's really wrong honest! We would come here on purpose so that our children after 5 hours drive could relax a little in the pool and there surprise! It's unacceptable to think people are fools!
In addition we arrive in the room no toilet paper … Well it can happen but on the other hand the dirt of the bathroom! I'm shocked knowing it's a 3 star!

Room taken on Booking 36 hours before and not ready to arrive. The property indicates to have a swimming pool but this one is unavailable.

This is the second time we have spent a night in this very well located hotel near the A75 in the middle of a very well achalandee shopping area.
Hotel with small swimming pool of about 45m2, a small terrace with 2 well exposed sunbeds after noon and a small gym.
Family room just for 5. Small bathroom with bathtub. Good bedding, good sleep.
Breakfast for 11th for guests 10 years old. A little expensive considering the buffet offers and the quality of the products served. At this point we make reserves to picnic in the day. Tax stays about 1s/d/adult.
Friendly and friendly staff. Overall not too expensive.

Great welcome from the receptionist when we arrived. Very friendly and wanted to practice​ his English, which was great because our French has become a little rusty! Well presented room and comfortable beds. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. Nice little pool and fitness area. Good choice of breakfast food and drinks, but at €11 per person a little expensive; however, this was more than compensated for by the excellent value for money provided by the room rate and as we checked out another staff member enquired if everything was satisfactory. That's great customer service. Overall, excellent.

Good value hotel, basic but clean and quiet. Comfortable beds.

Surprised by the quality of the proposed service. The room is spacious, the bathroom to bath a little less, but overlooked thanks to the deep end. The mattress is a bit too soft for my taste. A matter of taste certainly. The breakfast is hearty and pleasant.

Very clean look. Nice staff. Why not 5 stars then? Because differently from other hotels of the same chain it does not have an internal restaurant. There many very near just in the neibourhood though.

Here's a Kyriad hotel in the standard of the hotel chain. It can make the difference because it has a heated indoor pool, this is very significant.
For the rest, all good, reception, breakfast and rooms, no complaints…
