The owners are nice. The hotel is well equipped, clean, quiet. Super breakfast. Our dog was very welcome. We will be back.

At the foot of the mountain, very well. Good welcome of the manager. Spa area is a real plus. Very good breakfast, provide more choice of teas in the area for lunch. We spent a nice week-end. We recommend it.

Hotel 70 years that has little change in its decoration with panelling style mountain chalet. The lake-view rooms are well lit and allow you to enjoy the scenery. The bedding is comfortable. The family welcome is friendly. Simple and hearty cuisine but the price of the meal is high for the service provided (27 euros). Other restaurants do better on the area.

Half-board room: warm and family welcome. Good quality traditional cuisine. T. Good sleeping. Room a little dark (back of the building) that would require a refreshment. Jacuzzi recent very appreciable!

Unfortunately for my friends and I, we do not fall on the right people, when I read the comments. We were very badly greeted by the boss, the waiter who I hope was fired, was audieu, rude and insulting, wanting to fire us from the hotel because he knew where to forget that we had taken a room, so he was drunk. The only nice good breakfast and we were very busy with us. For the reception that we have them in the afternoon and in the evening, at 95, €50 the night without sheets without duvet just a bed top without telling us that there was a small extra bed in each room while we were eleven so level cost, it is accommodating with friends. Thought I wasn't going to come back.

No fuss, simple, friendly staff, correct rooms, at the foot of the slopes of Super-Besse. There is enough to relax, have a drink, do a game of ping-pong. Rooms with lots of beds.

The hotel meets all the conditions: location, cleanliness, … and especially the kindness of all the staff!
If we return to Super Besse we will definitely return.

Always a pleasure to come to this property. Well located in the resort with a panoramic view. One more to be able to relax in the well being space. Breakfast and perfect home, as if we were part of the family.

Our north side double room was clean and well equipped with a TV in each room and closets to store all our belongings and suitcases. This room, too, deserves a refreshment.

We spent a week with the family (two parents, two children and one teenager) in half board at the Gergovia Hotel at the end of February — beginning of March 2018, and we had an excellent experience from all points of view. The reception is warm and friendly. The dinners are excellent (the food is very good quality and in large quantities) and very well organized: we feasted, and the waiters and waitresses are very friendly and very competent. The breakfasts are delicious and also very complete, which is important when you go skiing. The rooms are very well maintained every day. In conclusion, the ambience of the hotel is very nice, and we had a great week, thanks to the whole team, very competent, very friendly and always available. Congratulations to them and them!

We love the ambience of this hotel, the friendliness of the teams, the family side and the good table! As well as the family room! That's why we've been coming here for three years now. But it is true that a small refreshment of the hotel would not be luxury!

Nothing to complain about, everything was fine! The team was attentive and accommodating despite some changes on the number of reservations. The rooms are nice too. Very good value for money.

It is a well-kept hotel, run by the hospitality professionals, the staff is always at your disposal. The location is excellent in the immediate vicinity of the amenities. A special note to the chef who visibly loves his job and knows how to share it by making you good dishes.

A charming hotel with a warm welcome and available. The breakfast buffet is top and the evening food is family and varied.

Friendly hotel, the staff is very nice, the rooms are good but equipped with quite vetustes objects. The meals are OK but not exellent. The relaxation area (jacouzi + sauna) is superb after a day of skiing.

When one agrees to pay this price there, we expect much better; to more comfort (the shower is unusable, a hairdryer would have been appreciated, the old bidet which one removed the faucets could have been removed for a long time…) ; to more cleanliness (are the Windows cleaned from time to time? the dead flies on the edge of the Windows are they so difficult to remove when the room is prepared?, the stench of the room at the first entrance leaves fear of a problem hygiene and ventilation in the corridors would not be superfluous…) the whole deserves to be renovated, but hey, considering the location of the hotel what good to break your head since it will always fill… It is hoped that at least the employees are well paid… We don't understand all the positive opinions.

We just leave the Gergovia with sadness, because we come to spend 5 days with friends to ski and rest.
Everything is perfect:
-friendly and functional rooms with views of the slopes
-the most comfortable bedding and a bed of 160
-a small constant care team
-advice for visiting the area (you can feel the love of Sophie, the owner for the Auvergne)
-ski rental tips (feel free to go to SKINIUM on the part of Sophie because these are real professionals) at affordable prices
-advice to take lessons of ski and we invite you to contact ESI (Aude. Super! ) as very nice and very patient
-a recommendation with a very competent osteopath
At the Gergovia is quality! Sophie and Loïc (his son) were able to surround themselves with a competent and friendly team. And a big thank you to the chef who prepared for us small dishes highly appreciated after a day of skiing.

We liked least the kitchen, for the price we can do better.

The price/quality ratio leaves seriously desired.
For one night in half board, we did not expect this: a room very dark and own limit, a bland meal with any product of the terroir, wine in cubis, products of the buffet has limit of freshness.
For the same breakfast, salty products are industrial and there have oranges, there is no press citrus!
In short, do not expect to find in this hotel the merits of the internet site, but expect to pay prices.
We do not know why it has still its 2 stars! We strongly discourage.

Very friendly excellent food we have a very good weekend.

Very good stay! Small downside to the meal. A single pad, and bread distributed by pieces (do not expect has a well-stocked basket). Very nice bath tub collective or individual bathtubs in the rooms.

Friendly staff, good restaurant, but age of rooms, bathrooms, decoration in general and dirt incredible in the rooms behind the curtains of dozens of dead flies, dust for 1 year at least, bathroom grime black at the base of the toilet and around the barrier shower.
Run this hotel: at the edge of the scam especially when you pay the tiny room 140 euros the night.
