+++ The Service (7 points above 10) I think it good. They friendly and helpfull when I have any request. Employes're always smiling… +++ The Location (4 points above 10) _This hotel near TGV train => 15min there will be trains running through. U'll feel the vibration => not happy when u want to sleep when the morning, the afternoon_ at the midnight I want to go outside … but I feel boring notthing to do_ this hotel near the center commercial courier (65 rue carnot, 74000 annecy) … +++ The room (2 points above 10) _ I think the bedroom is ok but so small with 2 persons. But the rest room need to chance. Omg look so old and sketchy (the furniture look like at the 2000 yr) I have slept the novotel in paris 3 times and now slept at annecy 2 days … look like same and dont have different. … +++ the parking16€ / 1 day ===>> the end I will never come back this hotel if I travel around the france next time.

Ideal hotel for a business stopover or for a stopover during a trip. There is everything you need (restaurant-rather good plus-, parking-a little pricey-). The staff is very friendly and professional.

The hotel is very well located with a private parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great family stay.

Professional travel for a symposium. Very good welcome. Hotel very well located a few steps from the old Annecy, in addition parking in the basement so no worries about parking. Finally had the chance not to hear a train because of the SNCF strike.

Like all novhotels it is practical and functional. Suitable for undemanding tourists and business meetings.
You will not find anything typical of the place, not even the croissants, but the location is convenient to the center, for the proximity to a shopping center for quick purchases, parking.
The cleanliness is decent, the staff young and often inexperienced but polite. Average breakfast, if you have kids there is not a game room, neither pool nor an outside space for them.
Our room was small but quiet with double door and double glazing. Suitable for visits to the city of a few days. Just to sleep. I don't particularly recommend the restaurant inside.

Novotel is always very good in service. Good Bed and Good food too. Will come and enjoy Novotel Annecy France again someday.

Executive room "Standard", TV a little small, but pleasant drinks offered.

The hotel is below average, the building is directly above the train tracks, so sometimes you can hear the monotonous thud of wheeled steam somewhere below. And the hotel itself is old, though well-groomed. Breakfast is scant, there is nothing.

The hotel itself is large and the rooms are very decent, only downside the TGV which runs under the hotel every 15 min.

Extremely expensive for the quality of the service.

The price of parking is excessive 16 €/night.
And to top it all the hotel is located above the rail rails which make a lot of noise and shake the hotel about every 4 minutes…
I strongly advise against it!

The hotel has all the facilities from games to bicycles for rent to elevators to perfect ambience to great food. It is located close to the lake and overall it was a great experience!

Hotel vicino al centro. Camera sufficientemente silenziosa e spaziosa per due persone. Wi-Fi gratuito con ottima ricezione dalla camera. Parcheggio coperto sotto l'hotel a 16 euro al giorno. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Good location with indoor parking. Rooms a good size and comfortable. Some rooms with good views. Food in restaurant was tasty, both breakfast and dinner. Staff well trained and friendly.

Main reason was that they had good parking facilities, in underground car park. But room was nice and large enough for family of 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast was really good.

Its plus point is its location. Just take the underway below the station and it is couple of feet away. The food is excellent. The rooms are very nice. The hospitality of the staff is another plus point. They have excellent staff, so sweet and cordial and helping. Would love to stay again.

Hotel very well placed, the railroad goes under the rooms, not a noise. Mini Bar offered. Hotel a 2-minute walk from the old Town, 1 minutes from the shopping arcade and the pedestrian area. A small fee for the rooms is to be expected.

Outstanding location, very clean, great breakfast. Just around the corner from old town as well as the mall. Located above the train station but has good sound insulation.

One of the best and best value hotels in Annecy! The location is almost perfect, being so close to the train station, and just a 10 min walk away from the old town (city centre). The suite that we stayed in was extremely large and the staff were really friendly too. The breakfast was also notably brillant. Will definitely recommend!

Very nice hotel, a bit expensive but it's a 4stars in Annecy centre, one of the most beautiful city I know.

I was there for a work conference.
I didn't sleep there.

I was for professional reasons in this Hotel, which is above the train station or the Zugschienen is built. The Hotel is ok, has everything you need and it is clean, however, is due to the trains from 05:30 PM not to get more sleep to think about, because the Hotel vibrates and wakes up due to the volume of trains on. The Breakfast was ok but there are only Instant scrambled eggs. All in all; there are far nicer and better Hotel than this in Annecy.

Room 516 right above the tracks. Great this is my work base for 7 nights. Not only do trains run straight through they also run round in the tunnel the vibrations come to the 5th floor. If you live in a city you might eventually get used to it. I would suggest that the photo's show the quiet side of the hotel as the other side is the coach station. If you are from a more rural setting like me its a nightmare. It is as described. Central location.

Ideally located 2 steps from the Center and the train station! And completely refurbished.
