No cozy, no fridge, no glasses, the smell is not very and it is without carpets. The air conditioning doesn't help, the Wi-Fi is terrible. From the pluses the location is not bad to the lakes 5 minutes by car, next to the city parking is free. The breakfast is probably worth the money, although hardly) ), responsive staff. The result does not correspond to price/quality.

Beware, tourist trap hotel to avoid. We spent 2 nights in a disappointing room, for €150 at night, the toilet paper is endone a bunch of kitchen towels camping… We do not understand the prohibition of enmenener a bottle of water in the room during periods of heat… Lack of seriousness and poorly polished intern. We went for Mother's Day at the La Mama Restaurant. We ate very well very good friendly warm welcome we will be glad to return.

Very good reception from everyone at the hotel. The rooms are top, well equipped and clean. Only downside, there was a lot of noise in the morning when people get up and the doors slam. But otherwise it was a very good stay.

We went there on March 31st… nice welcome but when you arrive in the room it is the cold shower! Low-end bed… The cabinet needs to be changed. It's very small… a 3 star and not even enough to have a tea or coffee in the room… and the bathroom is the pompom… the furniture is dilapidated… The toilet paper in irritating sheet it's a shame! For 120 euros and Ben! For 40 euros More we went to the Imperial Palace! Nothing to do with it.

The waitress at the reception of the 29/03 in the morning, she has bad faith and unpleasant with the guests, she presents herself as the hotel manager, no politeness and respect with customers, I strongly advise everyone this hotel.

It was a joy to stay at the hotel Novel in Annecy! I had the pleasure of singing in The Jazz Club which is right down stairs of the hotel and it was all so wonderful! The room was very comfortable and the staff at the hotel Novel are kind and generous. Their restaurant, La Mamman has delicious food! Yes, I look forward to the next time I have the opportunity to stay at Hotel Novel, Annecy.

Good hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms. In the bathroom lacking, of course, the bidet but otherwise everything OK. A little less the restaurant, pretty good for breakfast but deficit as far as dinner is concerned. I think it is preferable to have lunch at one of the many restaurants in Annecy.

It is a budget hotel with minimum amenities. Good for travellers looking for a break after long drive or those who are on one night business visit. Neghbour hood is peaceful and green.

Fro… Very very blah. If I had to note that this restaurant is a zero pointed… Nothing was good, the pizzas are to flee, my table neighbor has also been outraged by his plate… €100 for a less than mediocre meal.
€12 the breakfast still mediocre, even no milk…
Otherwise the staff are lovely, nothing to say on this side, very nice! The hotel is clean, and the room rather nice. Just a little problem of very bad refoulants smells from the bathroom at our arrival. The framework is not top but nothing too serious, the old town of Annecy is not.

A very warm welcome, a modern and comfortable room, easy access, not problems to Park, and a very good dinner on the spot. Perfect.

Nano and his wife really do their utmost to make the stay of their customers as comfortable as possible. Wonderful that you will enjoy if you have the opportunity to stay at the hotel or simply to use the services provided such as conference rooms or the restaurant for a family meal.

Already two stays, and surprise rooms redone with air conditioning, free Wi — Fi. And always a remarkable home. Pitre fine and very good restaurant. I really recommend.

We did as the restaurant. Bad experience and I never return. French fries drowned in oil, coffee from Liège, we (we were 3 to have tasted it) had the impression that there was alcohol. Disgusting.

Very nice to the boss, and comfortable rooms with air conditioning, all for a very reasonable price. Good restaurant and easy parking, it's rare in Annecy.
