Very nice hotel for the price. The staff is calm, professional without being uptight. The location is really good, you can access the lake in 2 minutes anf there is a court with butcher, cheese store, supermarket, wine shop, etc. The rooms were clean, moderns and very bright. You have some teas (bio and fair trade), coffee and a bottle of water in the room. There are no english channels though. Highly recommend, I will be back.

The + + + +: Pets allowed — perfectly located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bright and air-conditioned rooms (just missing a minibar). Italian shower nickel. The pancakes of the evening are sublime. 2 small flats however: the Wi-Fi very "feeard" and a pillow had been soiled by our dog but the pillowcase was not replaced and we had to do with for 3 days… shame.

Saturday 3pm: I stop with my wife in front of the creperie of the hotel because we had a little hunger… I'm going home… falls on a person who seems to be the Manager… This one responds with a condescending air: we are a restaurant, we are open for lunch and dinner…
Sunday 12h precise: we go back to the same restaurant. I see marked open on Sundays. I go home and ask if it is possible to eat. Always the same unpleasant Manager who always responds to me with his condescending tone: the kitchens open at 12.15 pm.
It tells me however a table from afar and the… nothing happens for 15 minutes… No one comes to offer us to drink or take the order in advance… We are totally ignored (knowing that I see it right next to do nothing with the hotel staff who visibly finishes his break…)
In short, fortunately we really wanted to eat a pancake because otherwise… Help! The most dismal service I could see with a level of politeness close to 0.
Fortunately the rest of the team is nice and the pancakes are very good (we still waited 30 min and I suspect even the Manager to have done on purpose since a table arrived after us was served before…)
Edict: 1:30 pm. The waitress came to find me after reading this comment, very embarrassed by the visibly known behavior of this "Manager" who is actually receptionist.

Comfortable room. Nice staff, even the director of the place. Buffet breakfast with good ingredients including the organic majority. Easy Parking.

It's very nice hotel and near a bus station.

The hotel is well located and well appointed. The bedding is of good quality and the staff is friendly. The hotel also has a pancake house where you can eat it for a decent price. Impeccable cleanliness, I recommend.

Very nice hotel, clean room with nice amenities, friendly and friendly staff. The pancakes at the crêpes are generous, as is the breakfast. I recommend!

The hotel is of good quality overall. Far from the train station and quite noisy unfortunately.

Nice little hotel in annecy next to the lake. 20min walk from the old town but you can take the bus which is just next to the hotel.

The Premium Room (jacuzzi and balcony) is really at the top! The décor is very well made in the bathroom and the facilities are up to expectations. We also slept very well in the comfortable bed. I also recommend dinner in the evening at the hotel pancakes (the décor is cozy, the pancakes are consistent and fresh). We recommend without hesitation.

The hotel was very friendly The bedding is very comfortable. Close to the lake, very well located. The pancake Shop is at the top (well consult the opening days before)

A disaster in terms of service… booked for 20 rooms and unfortunately a guest did not come so we occupied 19 room and well the hotel charged us 20 room without any possible negotiation. To flee this type of person.

Great reception! Very nice room, huge bed! and very comfortable bedding… very varied breakfast. Little more: Organic products! And the nice doggie who comes to greet us.

We loved the fact that the hotel is situated just a few minutes from the beach and maybe 15 minutes walk from the old town. The staff are very very friendly and speak very good English. The rooms themselves have everything you need — super comfortable bed and fluffy pillows, clean bathroom and toilet. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a weekend at Lake Annecy.

Hotel completely renovated this year. Two steps from the Lake. Superb decoration.

Good room, good breakfast but a bit expensive (€12) and espresso, without empathy and listening service. Any request or remark is taken into account. Wi-Fi very random.

We spent a night in this hotel during our trip from Saint-Tropez to Munich. Everything was brilliantly clean in this hotel. Furniture is old, but I dont have problem when its clean! Bed was comfortable and staff quite nice! Its also pretty close to lake. Recommend this hotel.
